It's a good apartment building. They took really long to fix the problems when they use a contractor. I have a cabinet on the storage room still waiting to be fix since 1 month ago. Also I had a problem with parking spot and they took 3 weeks to solved. Somebody was using the parking that I was paying for and they took 3 weeks to send it to another place.

The Trilogy Apartments has been a nice stay for the value so far. The included gym and various clubhouse events are a nice welcomer for newer and older residents alike, and keep things fresh. The public buildings have been clean and tidy upon every visit. The only complaints I would have is a lack of lighting in certain wooded parking lots during the nighttime and the lack of tree trimming and removals. The former has induced a couple vehicle break-ins and the latter causes excessive foliage droppings and tree branches hitting vehicles.

The hallways echo so bad i can hear everything. Need a dog poop station in the dog parks so that its easy to get to. The gym needs more regular cleaning and more sanitation stations. Some of the door keyless entries are not working the best at the main lobby and on the buildings. the locks get stuck when trying to enter. the lock on my mail box gets stuck and i have a hard time inserting it into the lock. the laundry room needs better ventilation.

my experience overall has been great good environment, nice neighbors, and staff the maintenance team is great and fast the only thing I wish was better were the laundry rooms I wish there was more than one room per building and also, I wish they could be cleaned more often.

My experience here has been great thus far. The maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. It's quite and peaceful especially after a har day at work. This place has so much to offer especially the community outings.

I moved in short-term under a unique family situation, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting me set up with a short term lease for the best deal possible. I have multiple small children, and my neighbors have only ever been kind and tolerant about their noise. The maintenance has always been done very quickly and without pushback. In addition, the grounds are consistently clean and well-maintained.

I can't speak to the finer points of this complex as I never actually signed a lease. What interactions, or lack thereof, I had with this place were all initial steps to getting an apartment reserved and a lease agreed upon. I took a virtual tour that seemed pleasant enough. I proceeded to fill out an online application online and tender a deposit as they only had one unit available in the price range I was looking for. In four days time I received no communication from the property, either in regard to my application or with information about the unit I'd reserved, maybe to arrange a tour--not a phone call, email, text message, nothing. Five days after submitting my application I received an automated email from a third-party company, not from anyone who works for the property or even an actual person, telling me my application had been processed. This lack of communication/interest from the property in a prospective tenant had already put a bad taste in my mouth about moving in, and ultimately the decision was made to not move ahead with a lease agreement. Even after this I still received no communication from anyone at Trilogy about when my deposit would be returned or anything else for that matter--absolutely unprofessional. It became apparent I'd have to call them to inquire about when my money would be returned, however, it eventually showed up in my account one day without need for that. That's really the only positive takeaway I had here. From my very brief experience with Trilogy I couldn't recommend it anyone.

The reason that I'm writing this review is to show the hard process that they have for accepting the applicant. I provided a lot of document and still, they really tried to bring a lot of excuses to exclude me from the application. What is suggest is at the beginning do not apply for this house without confirming anything with them (written confirmation) and they might ask you to pay the application fee at the beginning. But do not do it and it is just the scam. Without having document of moving date like online document, do not pay even one cent to them. They got 140 $ from me for application and after one and a half months they did not accept my moving date and they pushed it back. After I came to conclusion that this might be the weird thing and also poor and terrible managing from the manager side, I change my decision and expected to get a refund. However, they did not process any refund. This is my suggestion and I hope it helps normal people like me to prevent this waste of time and money for them. The response from the workers was so so late in the email and terrible manager and management. Please don't waste your money on these scammers.

Friendly staff and a jam packed resident events calendar. I was trying to decide between two different complexes and honestly the atmosphere is what sealed the deal for me here! I like that they allow pets and the pool is wonderful too. It feels like a place you can really experience a sense of community and meet other people.

I like living here but do not LOVE it. This place has a lot to work on, especially in the apartment homes. I always wonder where the money goes towards because it really doe snot show it in any of the homes and or property. It really has poor management. Other than that it is good enough for now.

I have lived in many apartments and this is by far the worst experience. It was great at first until they changed companies and it just went downhill from there. All I can say is do your research before thinking about this place. I can tell you about the shady stuff but you'd have to see for yourself or look at all the bad reviews and do some research of your own by asking people questions, take time and observe the place, etc. What they present is not what you get that is for sure. As a business owner myself, I see the unprofessionalism that occurs. They treat customers (tenants) as just $$$ and don't take pride in keeping good paying tenants. If a tenant voices their concerns, you don't tell them "well if you are unhappy break your lease." Just saying. It's been a learning experience for sure.

I have lived here for 5 yrs and watched the quality of mgrs, staff, and tenants drop. From denial of responsibility, to firing the staff or conveniently repetitive changes of staff to avoid accountability, to policies to cover up the Trilogy short comings, to even the paying tenants who have NO issues paying rent or utilities (normally is 1st what is asked about you) cover there cost to operate to even preemptively filing and sending evictions notices. For some reason they have a pet policy but allow people to keep & feed 2 ft from the building stray cats, racoons, and field mice (yes mice) look between 4:30 am -7am 6pm-12am. (Watch for animal food spots even the parking lots under your car) When asked about I noticed whenever complaints are posted by past/ present tenants they hurry to discredit them and then advertise how friendly of a company they are. I've reported this and was told it didn't happen. If you're smart you will video/ audio record them like they video /audio record you in the clubhouse. Watch what happens to me after this post 2019.

About us: ( See update below) Lived in the "A" building in the back of the property and have Always paid our rent and pet rent etc ON Time if not A few weeks early. Great tenants no complaints kept the place clean. First incident: Flooding in the basement apartment. They came to put the fan in our apartment to dry up the carpet. ( willing to look past the first flood until..) Second incident: Floods again! They came in and torn open all the walls in the living room and bedroom to find out why the flood was happening. They found many hole in the wall. They fill the holes but did not replace the insulation that was moldy in the first place. So the winter was miserable! Still try to stay positive but at this point counting the days for us to move. Third incident : The carpet was not replaced after they pulled it up and had the air blow under it to dry up the water that has been sitting there for awhile. And when they came back to put the carpet back into place, they left the carpet wrinkled really bad to the point I have tripped over how bundled up the carpet was But still trying to not complain as much but kept evidence of the living situation. Which I can provide! I read reviews on how they try to cheat you for their mistakes and to keep record and that is what I did. Fourth incident: We moved out early around April ( our lease was up in May) We paid lease up full and waited for the final bill. Today I just got first word from the apartment after the move that they sent our final bill to collections! It was sent June 3rd! Our lease was up on May 31st. We have not received any information on paying the final bill from Trilogy apartment but from FCO (debt collector). Now we have to get a lawyer for credit report detrimental. Now this does not mention the other unsavory things that went on at the building from marijuana smoke , fights in the hallway, drug deals in front of our building, unprofessional maintenance, broken front door and the list goes on. And we were willing to look past it because it is a low costing place..you get what you pay for BUT for them to ruin our credit (after being perfect tenants, now I have to lawyer up. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!) I have lived at several properties throughout the country, and this is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had, not to mention the most unqualified staff that never takes responsibility for their mistakes. I will also be writing a letter directly to the corporate office of the property management company to give them the chance to make this right. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, total waste of money regardless what the rent is, even if it was free I still wouldn't recommend living there. We are done , it is time to complain. We will keep you updated. Update: Got a hold of the property manager and she flat out lied about 1: when we gave our notice. She told us we did not give our 60 days notice..when in Fact we did and have a copy of the letter dated and sign by us and the leasing personnel. 2. They told us they mailed out our final bill on the 23rd of May and their policy gives 2 weeks for the final bill to be paid, but we received a mailed letter of the bill from collection on June 3 ( do the math!) They sent the bill less than 2 weeks to the collections. 3. The property manager was very rude and yelling at us when we called her out on her lies. ( still in shock on how she handled the call for someone in upper management) Proceeding to legal actions! Do not let then bully you and please keep all documents when dealing with them.

First, let me start by saying this. If you are even considering moving to Trilogy, DO NOT. I dont even know where to start. We are paying $800 for a one bdrm one bath and the place is practically falling apart. The bedroom and living room windows are not properly sealed at all. Our bedroom window is completely covered in mold and also causes mold to grow in the closet closest to it (due to improper air flow) we've put in many many maintenance request even emergency ones still nothing. Now mind you they won't fufill the requests but they will surely come in your apartment without you knowing. We had a recent break in and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of stuff was stolen. We've been informed by other neighbors that it was forsure the maintenance. Apparently this has been going on for years. They take the keys from the office and tell you that they don't have a copy and need one but mind you they have 3 copys upon move in (2 for you and your roomate or spouse and one for them). But one of my good neighbors have been working with the sherrifs department on detecting the issue, so the maintenance can keep breaking and entering if they want. If you plan on living here MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE YOUR LOCK. I cannot stress that enough. They are highly over priced. Late fees are ridiculous they aren't open to working something out at all for rent. You can't even make payments throughout the month. Everything was all good in the beginning then everything just started to unfold. So if you're looking for a greatly overpriced, unsafe, non professional, overall trash apartment, you're looking in the right place! (:

This is my second time moving into these apartments when you first view them they look amazing but not for long ! I lived here for sometime an my building is horrible! I called and complain several times an nothing is never done! It's January and it's flys in the hallway HOW ? It's smells so bad my neighbors leave there trash in the hall way for days it's trash up an down the hallway it's dog dropping everywhere I put in several orders some which were never completed even the ones that was supposed to be completed before I even moved in they make you now pay your rent online using your checking account for free but they somehow always have problems getting the funds they wait to call you so you can pay a $50 late fee also a $25 return fee and $10 fee for having to bring in a money order if you use a debit or credit card it's a $30 fee if you take a money order into the office it's a $10 fee ! You literally pay for everything it's always some type of fee. There always someone new working in the office it's seems like a new staff every month! I believe these apartments is over priced the stuff is very unprofessional an rude very unorganized maintenance does cheap "upgrades', my rent is going up over $100 there going up on people rent before there lease is even up !

Any time I need help, the staff here is thorough and helpful. When I needed help, our maintenance worker Sam helped me quickly and efficiently. He's always friendly and quick to resolve problems! Alexis in the main office has been great too, helping to answer questions and solve problems as soon as possible. I never have to worry because I feel like I have friends here who are happy to help.

Many, many positive changes have been made since I moved in here three years ago. The clubhouse is a great asset as it has a 24hr gym, a theater room, free coffee daily, and large pool. The leasing people Alexis, Josh, and Kaitlyn are friendly and helpful. Stefanie keeps the place clean. The maintenance crew Sammy, Eddie, Junior, and Bryan are wonderful. You couldn't ask for a better crew of people working together for the residents. My only concern is I wish some residents would take more pride in the community by watching their kids, clean up after themselves pets and kids.

Sam is one of the maintenance guys at the Trilogy Apartments. He is one of the few people that I can count on seeing a job through from start to finish while making sure things are done right. He will go out of his way to help you when things break down or for a simple fix.

It was OK, but now they really want people to stay away. And if you live here they want you to move out. I got a notice that a new $50,000 liability insurance police is required. They have a SEWER FEE, there is a fee to use the toilet. They don't even pick up the trash without a fee. It is insane. I CHECKED EVERY APARTMENT COMPLEX IN THE AREA AND NO ONE HAS A SEWER AND TRASH FEE EXCEPT TRILOGY. NO ONE HAS EVER EVEN HEARD OF SUCH A THING. Nothing is included with the rent. Unlike other apartment complexes, at trilogy you pay for THE WATER, GAS, HEAT, TRASH REMOVAL, AND THE SEWER. Nothing is included, and no washer & dyer, they only work some times if at all and everyone in the building has to share one. I ALSO WAS TOLD THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE A FEE TO USE THE CLUB HOUSE AND THE POOL. They require a 60 day written notice that you are going to move out, were as everyone else is only 30 day notice. They make it hard to move out because other apartments don't know if they have opening 60 days ahead. THE PLACE SUCKS. THEN THEY RAISED MY RENT $160.00 A MONTH, higher then everyone in the area. AND THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SEWER AND TRASH FEE. This place sucks, bring a lot of money with you if you want to move in here. Like

This place is terrible. Don't judge a book by it's cover, especially when moving in here. I literally could go on and on about everything we have experienced here. Broken parking lot lights that never get fixed. Broken building doors, so literally anyone can just walk inside our building that we are supposed to use our key fobs for. I, as well as many other building residents have complained about this for months and nothing has been done to fix it. Maintenance requests take ages to complete, if ever. Their excuse is that there is just a large waiting list... Office staff does absolutely nothing to help out with anything really. Any time you go to them with an issue they write it on a sticky note and say someone will give you a call. I have never received one of these calls back and have had multiple issues I needed resolved. I got charged for a DIFFERENT UNIT's DTE energy bill and it has been over 4 weeks now and the office has still yet to assist me in resolving the issue. They have lost rent checks in the past and for some reason will NOT print copies of rent checks when turning them in. They state that there is an online portal to check the status of your rent payment, but there is no way to obtain proof that you turned your check in. The woman who handles rent and other issues is crabby and always makes you feel like you are doing something wrong and wasting her time. There are kids (9-12 years old) in the gym messing with all of the equipment and running around freely. The security guards seems to just walk around and do nothing. Our car was broken into a week ago, we told the office employee and they literally wrote it on a sticky note and said someone will give us a call. Never received that call and I don't expect to. Makes us feel really safe on top of our building lock not working ever. It seems that the higher management doesn't even show their faces around here so there really is no hope for residents that are suffering. They run giveaways for posting reviews on these review websites in order to make them look good, but believe me, I do not want your 32 inch TV for this review. Please don't respond to this with the same copy and paste response, you should actually take the time to assist your residents with the issues that ONLY YOU have the power to fix.

When my husband and I first move here we loved the view and how everything was so nicely done. Months pass then things begin to happen such as cars getting broken into, clothes get stolen from out of the washer or dryer, and the staff became very rude. The corporation end up switching managerment which I was thinking great! Not so great because the same thing that is happening before Mangement switch is the same thing happing now. Honestly the place looks nice and pleasant, but that is exactly how they get you into the lease. After you sign then the unnecessary things begin such as clothes coming up missing as you wash them. Plus they only have one washer and dryer per unit. Also they will let anyone live here if you have the money to do so. In my building they have a man that's staying here and he is known to have went to jail --------------------------------------------. How I know? The simple fact I had a background check on the area and the names of the people and also the address of the people came up. Yes it's more then one that stays here. I understand that every place has there ups and downs, but the Trilogy is another story. I mean if you can deal with rudeness, not having everything in your contract as is, noise, clothes being stolen, and basically lies then this would be the place for you. Also the gym isn't 24hrs, but that's in the contract that it is, far as things being fix you will get that but at times they will tell you that they don't know or unsure about something. Be careful with the reviews as well, because I've asked some of the residents that are here and they have stated that most of the reviews are coming from the staff that stay and work here. My experience over all was bad, can't wait to move and find were people are friendly and get things done.
