Generally pleasant apartment and community with affordable prices. Biggest downside is the lack of area entertainment/spots to visit that doesn't involve driving somewhere else. Continual work done by staff on maintenance and grounds improvements, but unfortunately a persistent issue with communication.

It has not been a goid experience. The people in the office don't speak. The other residents are rude. The residents walk their dogs without a leash. The walls are too thin. I can hear the washer & dryer down the hall. I wish I could leave but due to my incident I have to stay.

overall good. issues with building door, key fob will not work and the physical key sometimes spins in the lock. this MUST be addressed. i have had one person buzz my door to let them in. this is a security risk

It's been a real mixed bag. Bonus activities have been very cool, and the exercise room is phenomenal. However, the appliances feel very sub par, and my neighbors have been very noisy. Also not crazy about the unreliability of the washers and dryers. And the units could really use some ceiling fans.

Good community has fun nights at the club house. I am disappointed that you now charge for blind slats. That is considered maintenance, If the landlord wants to charge for the slats, maybe they should update the blinds. We pay more than enough rent; where we shouldn't be charged $4.00 per blind.

Horrendous. There's constant miscommunications among management and tenants. Management keeps switching the payment methods for rent and currently there's a $10 surcharge for rent if you don't get the Beztak credit card. There's crime in the parking lots in which catalytic converters and even cars get stolen. Lastly, the apartment buildings aren't secure. My building's door has never locked which means anyone can come in as they please.

I have not had any problems in the time that I have lived here. Recently under new management and they have been great at organizing monthly activities for the residents. Monthly emails and reminders.

It's a really quiet and safe community, and the event coordinator makes it feel more like home. Communication is also good as well, if you have any questions, you'll always be able to get them answered.

I've been living at Trilogy Apartments for 6 1/2 years now so far I haven't had any major issues. apartments are very spacious. They also have some that are updated. I recently moved into one myself. Very quiet neighborhood neighbors are friendly. Staff and management are nice.

Management has done a great job at upkeep of the facilities and giving me peace of mind while I live here. It was one of the best apartments that I've looked at, and I have had nothing but a great experience living here so far. Can't beat the price, space, or location given. Neighbors are also very friendly!

The apartment complex is nice and the amenities are great. However, the company is pretty awful. Communication is terrible, it's near impossible to get clear or timely responses from anyone, and if they do respond, it's rare that your issue is resolved the first time. The people that can actually help solve your issues are never available and messages always have to be passed along. Their damage waiver program is also a huge pain to bypass with your own renter's policy and they probably do that purposefully. It's all about money for them, and I've been charged for things beyond my control numerous times. When looking into those charges I either never received a reply, the right person was not available, or I was told I was simply out of luck. I rented from Uptown in Canton before Trilogy and they are managed by the same company. However, I never had the issues there that I did here. Policies apparently are not the same here and the staff is far less helpful and understanding here. I would highly. recommend Uptown over Trilogy or honestly a different company altogether.

I absolutely love my apartment. The front office staff are really nice and try their best to accommodate you. My biggest concerns is my neighbors. I can hear them while I'm inside my apartment and they smoke weed when the property is smoke free. Some neighbors hang clothes or blankets on their balcony, causing the property to not look up to part. I have made complaints about it so hopefully it doesn't happen anymore but overall The Trilogy is a good place stay especially if you have suitable neighbors who respect that you work (so their not too loud). Another thing is that the walls are really thin, I can hear neighbors come in the building, and talking while I'm inside my apartment and they're inside of theirs. I can also hear my upstairs neighbor walk around. However, maintenance is top tier at The Trilogy. Again, it's a good place to stay. Every apartment has its pros and cons.

Tired of getting emails about tenants smoking marijuana. Cannabis is legal in Michigan both recreationally and medically. I don't think threatening tenants with legal action for using cannabis or tobacco products is the right way to go just because it is a violation of federal law. That marijuana law only applies to federally regulated facilities. I understand that Trilogy has to comply with state/local fire and health codes. It's too bad we are losing so many freedoms in this so-called "free country".

Overall I have had a very positive experience at the Trilogy Apartments. It is a fairly quiet community, and the amenities are nice. When I moved in, I had several maintenance items that were resolved in a very timely manner.

The office staff never gets back when you on anything that they say they are. Contractors leave your apartment open to everyone. And Maintenance does not change furnace filters like said. It's been ok

Decent place to stay. Very quiet area and close to shops. The apartments themselves fell old and uneven floors in current apartment. Also, there shouldn't be a minimum character limit on this section. A few words to say everything is fine is all that is needed.

At this moment I think rent is a bit high for the apartment I'm in. Not sure if the flooring has had water damage and was covered up because the floor has soft spots and wavy while walking on it. During the summer the smell of dog droppings is annoying while trying to get fresh air. Also the occasional smell of cigarette smoke and recreational smoke in my apartment coming from another apartment isn't appealing either but other than that it's quiet, friendly staff and has quick maintenance response. Work in progress!

I am disappointed that my back door has been unlocked since I moved in in May 2023. It has not been locked for more than 2 days on a row. That's concerning to me where anyone can just enter into my building through the unlocked back door.

Good community, very quiet and peaceful for the most part. I'd highly recommend trilogy a place to move if needing a place to move. Everything is in the area, grocery shopping, restaurants, airport, schools and etc
