Amazing management

I’ve had a great experience with Rose Vista Management. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the people they serve. Anytime Ive had questions or needed assistance, they have handled everything quickly and with a positive attitude. The properties are well-maintained, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean, safe, and comfortable. Communication is clear and consistent, which makes a huge difference. Its refreshing to work with a management company that actually follows through and treats people with respect. I would absolutely recommend Rose Vista Management to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy team.

Lax on enforcing no smoking policy.

Honest review that I hope informs people before they move in. This review isn't motivated by spite or anger. I just want to let people know before they sign a lease. I would advise to not move into either of the available units in building 1222 (1 on top floor and 5 on second floor below me). I am moving out of unit 1. Ever since day one there has been a problem with someone smoking weed in the building. When they smoke, you can't avoid it. It comes up in the linen closet, the radiator in the bedroom, and under the front door. When it's nice out, if you keep the window open it just comes in through your window. It is a fairly regular occurrence. Heavy 3 or 4 times a week. Even last night at 4am I got smoked out of my own bedroom and had to sleep on the couch. I talked to management a few times about it. They say they are doing stuff but there has been no change in two months. They know who it is. they have said and I quote "I will even call the resident today to get this resolved." So what they are doing isn't working. I say this to warn people so they don't end up in the situation like me. Fortunately Minnesota gives us right so we don't have to live with it and we can move out as I am doing. They do require you to sign an addendum to the lease saying you will not smoke in the building but their enforcement of the rules seems very lax. I would be inclined to think they really care if they actually did follow ups with me and would ask inquiring questions about if it's gotten better, and about patterns like time of day, days of the week, stuff like that, but they don't. If you are wondering about the rights, look up Minnesota Quiet Enjoyment law and MN Warranty of Habitability law. Don't be duped either. It is not legal to smoke marijuana in a multifamily residence per Mn. Stat. 342.56 "vaporizing or smoking of cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially derived cannabinoids, or hemp-derived consumer products" in multifamily residential buildings, except for "the use of medical cannabis flower or medical cannabinoid products." Violations are punishable by a civil fine. Other than the marijuana smoking it's not a bad place. The rent does seem slightly high compared to other apartments I've seen recently. My old stove there is not great for baking. You can just barely see the numbers on the dial for temp and the temperature does not seem to be accurate. Good luck and happy apartment hunting.

Staff management is doing the lord's work. Very easy to talk to. Helpful when they can. Polite, respectful and friendly. Summer time grass cut and clean. Winter time, I think they need a team to make sure the parking lot isn't a total ice sheet.

The environment here is genuinely serene, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The buildings are also quite nice, and the maintenance is consistently timely. There's ample parking available, good staff, secure package delivery, and a convenient walking distance to most stores.

I've really enjoyed living here. It's, for the most part, a quiet community. The grounds are beautiful with trees and well maintained landscaping.The location right across the street from Cub foods and ALDIs and a Holiday gas station is very convenient.

The office staff is very polite and accommodating. Both Suzie and Shia were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Some obvious problems with the apartment were made apparent upon moving in that if a thorough walkthrough of the apartment had happened they would have been discovered. Only tip I will say is to make sure everything is looked at before a new tenant rents the unit.

I recently moved into to the Rose Vista community, in mid-May 2025. From my very first contact with the community property management team until two months later I have had nothing but positive interactions, AMAZING help, fast and reliable communication with both the office staff and the maintenance team!! The neighbors in the community are very kind and friendly people as well! The grounds are beautiful!!! There are beautiful plants and flowers throughout the community, The buildings main/common areas are cleaned by actual professional cleaners on t least weekly basis, dumpsters get full quickly but are emptied fairly quickly as well. I moved here with credit improvement in process and I am so grateful and happy!!! I moved from a place that was literally run by a slumlord. I don't say that lightly, it is a fair and factual statement. I now live in a beautiful community with great office management staff and maintenance staff as well as great neighbors in my building and other buildings. Thank you Rose Vista!

The community is wonderful, the neighborhood is beautiful and amazing. It is situated at heart of city . The Aldi and the cub food is Stone's throw away. I'm really impressed how close is everything. The maintenance team arrive promptly if you have any issue . Most importantly, the office team are very welcoming and friendly.

Difficult moving in process. I called a lot to know the status of things, clearly communicated my timeline, and still received word just two days before I had to move. I put my application in a week and a half prior to that. Additionally, it just wasn't up to my cleaning standards?animal hair everywhere in my townhome, and I'm not an animal person. Stressful to say the least.

I love the staff. They are responsive and helpful. When maintenance issues arise they have always been quick to respond. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. The location is centrally located to anything in the metro area. Roseville is a beautiful city.

Love the community that we are in, neighbors are really kind and respectful and the staff is also very welcoming and knowledgeable. We haven't had any issues with neighbors or anything bad happening. Maintenance was quick to answer the service requests we put in and fixed the problem right away.
