The community was pretty good, it was clean , comfortable. I had bad expwrience that somebody try to steals my car , the broke the glass but luckly they didnt get it. I hope you guys put camera on parking lot. When snow bad coming i hope the apartment clean the apartment road, so we didnt get stuck to get go to work. I hope parking lot availabe to resident with reliable price ( just dont rent it to public)

I like the Roseville area overall. It's clean and quiet. And I have no vehicle so it's nice to live next to public transportation and have convenient walking distance to shops,restaurants and stores. I also nice to be out of st paul because of the high crime rate.

Best apartments in Minnesota not only Roseville

I don’t what to describe them I been lived here for 3 year I never had any problems with the management and the apartment they are the best apartments in twin cities I will miss it Shia and Sarah the always there to answer your phone and fix the problem right away I will be back 2024 Shia and Sarah I hope u guys still there I will 1000000% recommend anyone to them they will never disappoint you and get tired to help thank you soo much

it's a great neighborhood and the staff are helpful and friendly. the amenities are great and i'm in a neighborhood with plenty of things to do, shopping centers, strip malls, restaurants etc. super happy to be here

I am concerned about security and feeling safe in the community due to not have many lighted areas in the parking spaces and walk ways. Also I am satisfied with the 24/7 laundry access. I would also like to see bigger bathroom vanities and more renovation of bathroom ceilings and efficiency with bathroom fans. It appears the bathroom fan is older and so it may not efficiently make use of its purpose. I would also like to see updates to doors and locks as currently our bathroom door has no lock and the front door lock appears older and can be updated as it would probably feel more secure.

The staff are really nice and willing to help anyway they can. The portal is really convenient to pay online. The community wall keeps us updated on what's happening here in the community. Areas are kept cleaned and well maintained.

Pretty decent. Office staff can have mediocre communication about things at times, but they are friendly and professional. Biggest complaint would be the increase in laundry price every few months and worrying about maintenance staff not watching for my cat when they're working on the apartment.

The staff has been more than wonderful. They have made this experience possible and easy. While taking my tour and filling out the paperwork I witnessed Shia interacting with her staff, residents and potential tenants and I seen nothing but professional and kind. Even though at moments it could have been stressful she was very nice and kind.

It is like a refreshing gift. Searching for rental housing is a nightmare for all - often fighting through a herd of people at showings. Rude and rushed is now the new normal it seems. But Shia and Rose Vista responded immediately and showed a well-maintained and clean, truly clean property and units. They actually performed like the promises of Platinum service! Thank you for making me feel like I mattered and that management will deliver a clean, safe place to live in a community that promotes mutual respect among all neighbors.

It's in a good area in walking distance from a grocery store which is very nice. The apartments themselves are decently sized for the price, and the staff is usually very helpful. There is a nice central community area as well.

I found this apartment listing online and moved forward with it before actually moving to Minnesota. First I will say it does not look like the pictures. My two bedroom was not spacious enough to actually have a dining room. But having an area for bar stools was a plus. I had SEVERAL issues with the unit that I put maintenance requests in for and they would come and I'd have the same issue again and again. Maintenance to me could definitely do better. The heating in the unit is a knob on the heater towards the ground that reads 1-5, not actually degree numbers so it's hard to find your temperature. Overall, the apartment is not worth the price you pay. I ended my lease early due to having continued issues and several maintenance requests. I would not recommend this apartment.

It's been pretty good. I don't have much else to say. There are a lot of stores around. Bus stop is close, Vets are close. I wish at least one of the big green garbage bin was close to the 1227 building.

The manager Suzie Gunderson is very unprofessional she doesn't respond to emails or calls at all. Suzie is very rude and doesn't belong in a management position. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This one time they sent out an email at night about a lot cleaning and towed 12 cars the next morning without any proper notice. My car got broken into here as well they don't have any security cameras or anything. They don't turn on heat till very late in the year i got sick so many times because of how cold the bedroom got. As i moved out they charged me $129 of water bill from the security deposit in one bedroom apartment on average water bill is usually $20 a month. i emailed and called Suzie so many times and still got no response. The place is poorly managed by Suzie!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE.... very old, outdated apartments not worth the price

So far everything has been great. Staff are super helpful and nice, apartment community has a nice, safe feel to it, and the apartment itself is very nice. The rent is a little steep, however the extra amenities like the pool and fitness center, nice location, and sense of safety make up for it for the most part.

Since I have moved over in the areas o have enjoyed how quite and peaceful my complex is. When I walk out my door I instantly notice how clean the hallways look. I've still have not made it to the gym but that's my goal soon. Love that the pools open as well.

1st 10 years with Cathy and Natalie were great. While John Goodman was alive, property looked like someone cared. Seemed to have a personal touch to hpw things were maintained. The flowers Cathy planted every year were really nice. Office visits were something to look forward to. Angie had a sense of humor that left you either smiling or laughing when you left. Still miss her.

Rose Vista is a great complex in a lovely area

I've been a resident here at Rose Vista going on 5 years and in the 5 years i've lived here, it's been great. It's a wonderful area, quiet, lovely community of people who live here and its a nice complex. The staff has been extremely friendly the entire time, they are receptive, there is a huge will of helpfulness and communication from them. Any issue I've had has been addressed promptly and with great service. And there have been several updates and quality of life changes management has made to improve living here. It's a lovely place to live.
