This is a very great community. Everyone is friendly and I know most of them by name. I have twin boys and I'm comfortable letting them roam the property. Neighbors know them . They are safe and I have extra eyes on them.

Decent apartment in a nice neighborhood, we've never felt unsafe walking outside. The staff are friendly and polite. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Our neighbors are quiet, but the walls are thin enough that you can sometimes hear people moving around or talking. Only complaints are it takes awhile for the parking lot to be cleared after it snows, cell reception in the apartment isn't great, and even though no one smokes inside the smell sometimes drifts in from outside.

Great location to live. Close to many stores including grocery. Updated apartment with very cozy feel. Newer kitchen and floors make it seem like a warm and homey place to relax and call home. Would recommend.

Just moved in. Apartment was in great condition and Suzie from the leasing office was excellent and made the whole process super easy for me. Very happy with how the process went and would definitely recommend to anyone considering renting here.

Susie did a amazing job. I felt very comfortable as well. Also there was guy African American guy who just started I believe he did amazing as well with helping me out and getting my all set up. I feel very welcomed. I love everything about Rose Vista. Thank you!

I am in my fifth year living in this complex and it is well located, the units are in good shape and the community is kept clean. In the few times I have been in contact with office staff, they have been understanding and assuring, though their response has not always been as timely as I would have liked. However, they have managed to resolve most issues to my satisfaction. There have been efforts to improve the community (i.e. installation of delivery lockers, repaving parking areas) and the nearby businesses and services are a significant asset that have been a major contributor for my decision to stay. I have been concerned about the rapid increases in rent (In four years, my rent increased just over 22%) and I find that the one-bedroom apartments in particular are a bit small for the price point. However, there are positives that balance it out and continue to keep me renewing.

Great management/manager and staff. Very helpful and prompt and professional and very kind. Very adaptable and willing to work through challenges including having to break a lease. Continuous improvements. Community building events. Convenient location. Very decent and maintained. Aesthetically great. Mostly quiet. Would still be living here if not that I have to stop renting and buy a house at this time with bigger family in consideration. I was referred here by friends and would definitely refer this place. I miss my Rose Vista peaceful home and community.

Its quiet, tenants and respectful, and management are helpful. I needed a last minute work order completed before the end of the day, and management assisted me with the issue before leaving for the day.

It is a great community, neighbors are good to each other. Everyone is respectful when at the pool and open community areas. The things that are available to Tennant's is clean and they offer many different things

I really enjoy living in the Rose vista apartments. The Area is great, walking distance to a lot of places, restaurants, the zoo, state fair grounds and many stores. Has a clean small gym, pool, great grill area and playground

Pros: The surroundings are nicely kept. There are places for kids to play. It is very close to a grocery store, public library, schools. It was very well heated during winter. Cons: For our particular apartment, the non-carpeted flooring is from a very poor material. The furniture leave marks and it is very difficulty to clean. The floors crack.

I have had a great experience at Rose Vista so far, management and maintenance do a good job of communicating, creating a sense of community and keeping up the facilities. I especially love my apartment unit for its kitchen counter space and clean and cozy feel.

Affordable rent and office staff is nice and always willingly to help. Location is great as its pretty close to most restaurants and markets with Cub Foods being right across the street which is very nice. Maintenance staff is very good as well as they respond quick and get the issues addressed.

it's been great, fellow residents are courteous, no noise, no fights, great community. The only issue is the price. I'm still debating if I should stay or move, I guess that's the price you pay for the peace of mind

Property staff are always kind and helpful. Building and property upkeep is always done as needed. Property beautification is a top priority for our community, new features are done annually to keep up with the times. They also do things that help residents save money, latest example is changing out to LED bulbs and water saving faucet and shower heads. I absolutely love my community here never have had any problems with the community here. Neighbor and staff have been very respectful and professional. Staff here really care about the families here. I would definitely recommend all my friends and have recommended these apartments.

These apartments are nice and quiet, and fairly big for the price. The parking lot is well maintained. The office staff are always helpful and kind. Being able to have animals is really nice. The location for stores and public transportation is pretty good.

The grounds are well cared for, the management and groundskeepers are all friendly and helpful. The property is constantly being updated, including new pavement for the parking and driveways. When there are maintenance issues, the response is always prompt.

Very professional and clean. The response time was also quick. They did a great job on replacing my air-conditioning unit. I'm very impressed with the guys that helped me. I've never had a problem with response time.

I love Rose Vista. The management is professional, the buildings and grounds are well-maintained, and the neighbors are polite. I've lived here for thirteen years. I enjoy the picnics and events that management puts together.

This apparment is very amazing, the facts are the neighborhood they are not annoying, which is a very quiet and safe place to live. Also, the staff whose work at the office they are very Fradley and helpful staff.

This is a great community because the staff is so friendly. They will always welcome you with open arms. The neighborhood is quiet. Haven't heard any noisy complaints. Theirs a cub food across the street which makes it even better.
