I've lived at Rose Vista since Jan 2016 and overall have been happy. Office staff and maintenance have always been very friendly and responsive to any requests that I have submitted. They have gone as far as delivering packages to my apartment as I am usually unable to make it to the office during business hours for pick ups, and I believe they've even checked on my fur baby when I was out of state. The 24 hour maintenance have responded quick and resolved any issues within an hour of any requests I have made. My unit is a nice size, bright and open and has always been fun to decorate for the holidays. There were plant windows when I moved in that were adorable, but were replaced shortly after as they weren't the most efficient for heat (understandable, but I still miss it!). The location is great - easy access to all major highways, close to shopping and Como Park and Zoo. The only complaint I have to admit is the sound. Depending on your neighbors they can be very noisy.

Great place to live, the staff is helpful and friendly. The complex is very well taken care of and if I call the office for any reason get immediate response. For the last two years that I have lived here I feel safe and secure, especially being a senior citizen.

My experience here at Rose Vista has been very good. Excellent groundskeeping and the outdoor grill is always clean. The staff treat every problem with urgency to help. The maintenance and caretakers are top tier. The office staff are very helpful as well.

I have had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The residents are all kind and quiet. Lots of amenities that are hard to find elsewhere. The apartments are super nice and kept up to date.

A good, healthy, and thriving community of earnest people. Truthfully a God send, the man who built it is a great example. You can find his book in the main lobby, I recommend you come on down and give this place a look!

Good maintenance and upkeep, prompt snow removal, great service from staff. Quiet neighborhood with many nearby services, restaurants, close to shopping and main roads. The staff is very helpful with questions or repairs.

I have not ever experienced such a multi-cultural community that is so loving and family oriented. We will be living here FOREVER. We enjoy the pool , playground, and grill. The shopping area is so convenient. This is just overall a great community.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I have lived here for over a year and have experienced nothing less than what feels like luxury. The management/ maintenance team are amazing here. If you're in the market looking for a new home you've just found yours!

September, I think it was 2006, forget. Of all residences, grounds great, current management almost all are one of nicest, friendly, kind. So glad to live here, enough to put up with occ. ODD folks, most of the time peaceful. Met some nice people here. Can't expect most neighbors to stay over 1-3 years if well behaved. The not well behaved stay longer than expected. Tenant by me has lived here longer than I, nice neighbor! Am lucky to get to know a few tenants in the building, and property..this seems to not be a place to make lifeling friends. People live here on a transition basis of changes in their life. Once they age or parents do, move away.. one reason. Marriage coming, job change seems to be amongst the other reasons. Guessing due to what damage some short staying tenants have done, can't expect updates within an apartment esp. if it is section 8, or perhaps older residents.. unless it is for all apts. All that matters is passing those HRA inspections. Some tenants I wince at thoughtlessness done. It's not that often, and Rose Vista Court cleans up messes I hear about later which has been nice.

Close to alot of shopping. Bus lines lacking though. Really need your own transportation. Good deal if you dont live alone. If you can, do a showing after 3pm. If you do in the day it is a quiet place. Little deceiving. After mngrs leave, its loud no rules. Kids rule.

The apartment complex is quite nice. The management and maintenance staff are very kind and respond quickly to any requests or inquiries. The kitchen is smaller but still a decent size. It was nice to get to see the actual apartment that we'd be renting. Great location as well!

Overall I enjoy living here, however I have struggled with the laundry equipment. I also had mice this winter and it took over a month to get the problem resolved. The staff are very friendly and I like the amenities, but I'm not sure the value for this location is worth the amount of rent I pay.

Overpriced and under maintained. Tenants are paying more and more every year and getting less and less. We pay 65 a month for a wet garage. We pay 1700 a month and the grounds behind our town home look like a city dump.

The staff is amazing and everything about the apartment is amazing, except for the neighbors. Upstairs neighbor AND next door neighbor loudly talk loudly about their bed bug issues... and there's only one washer/dryer per unit that you must share with them. Yuck ? I do my laundry elsewhere... Apartment hallways constantly smells like smoke because of neighbors. Walls are paper thin as well. Loved my time here except for literally everyone around me. Storage units are also great. Parking in a garage is not worth it at all and could be far away from your unit, so definitely not worth it. I'm also paying way too much in rent, but I love my unit. Cabinets need updating; ugly and hang crooked. New stove would be nice too but I made it work.

Quiet and a good location. The staff are respectful and timely. Located right across from a Cub Foods which makes grocery shopping extremely easy. With continued updates of the buildings and the apartments, this is a great place to live.

This is an excellent community with great apartments and a real sense of community. The staff is friendly and receptive.. I would recommend this property to other renters. The maintenance workers are prompt and friendly.

Clean and well maintained apartments. Safe community with a good balance of families, young professionals and students. The pool is a nice feature and community events are fun. Parking is a problem, guest parking is not available and residents even have trouble getting a spot in the lot.

I love living at Rose Vista. The best part is the friendly staff. They ensure that I have everything I need to feel comfortable and at home in my apartment. I also love the location; it's so close to many restaurants, activities, and parks.

So far I have 3 complaints. How minor these are should be indicative of how much I like this place. The floors creak in certain spots which really isnt a problem for me, more so the guys below me. When I use the oven, heat radiates up pretty bad so that's just asking for some melted Tupperware at some point. Finally, the showerhead in the shower is too low. I'm tall and it ends up hitting my chest. Other than that... Yeah so far this place is great!

Overall, the apartments are decent or at least the one we were able to sign for. Some of the amenities (pool, free parking, and work out room) offered are nice. However communication with management was inconsistent. Some folks are more responsive than others. One really big issue in my opinion, we were told there was no smoking in the building, then later we were informed that tenets could smoke in their units just not in the common hall areas. The best part of the apartment does not actually have anything to do with the actual apartments living quarters or the management, but just the convient location.

For the most part, it is a nice place to live. My apartment is newly renovated so everything is in excellent condition. The staff are very friendly, and the one maintenance issue I have had so far was resolved very quickly. My main complaint so far is that the floors creak quite a bit, so you can hear your neighbors above you walking around. I can also hear people talking, either in the hallway or in their apartments. However, so far my neighbors are respectful and keep quiet at night.
