I have had a problem with my carpet the dye is coming through and spots. Relatively it has been okay hot water is spears for showering. Under sink is sinking down beautiful place to live in. Scenery nice pool people management most of the time halls are clean laundry room trash in between dryer and we have no dryer keeps breaking down.

I just moved into Rose Vista this December of 2021 and I have to say my apartment is a very cute and cozy place to stay at. The neighbors are also very friendly and super nice. Hoping to stay here for a very long time.

it's been a roller-coaster ride, no consistency to the office staff, or the maintenance staff. The first 18 months were fine, but it has been increasingly unpredictable since then. The fact that competent maintenance personnel cannot be retained is incredible.

Quiet community lots of green space nicely located near convinces such as grocery stores, fitness centers, restuarants, cleaners, drug store, banking. Near state fair,, near como regional park central park.

I moved here this winter. The assistant manager that gave us a tour was so friendly and personable. We immediately felt so welcome. The way the buildings are laid out create a unique opportunity to meet your neighbors. I haven't been here too long but I get a sense of community here. I'm looking forward to see how that looks the summer with the outdoor common spaces!

management team has been great! they have made the moving process very easy and they are very friendly! they are great at communicating and keeping you updated on the process. they were also very fast with the application process which made everything 10x faster and easier

The management is extremely friendly and often has different opportunities to connect the community. We have really enjoyed living here. It has been quiet and they keep it very clean. There are also nice facilities, such as BBQ grills, picnic tables, gym and pool. They respond to maintenance calls quickly.

My experience being a resident at Rose Vista since Feb. 2020 has been a very positive one. All the staff members are genuinely friendly, nice, and listen to the residents. The grounds are always clean and beautiful. They have been taking Covid seriously here and make me feel safe in my apartment community. We are in a quiet area, yet right next to a Cub Foods, Harmar Mall, Target, Gas Stations, Food places, the Rosedale Center, along with many other shopping stores, schools, parks, and Como Lake/Zoo. There is a pool, fitness room, and mini book library, all of which I've used in my time here and enjoyed. My neighbors say 'hi' when we pass and keep to themselves most of the time, which I like. I've had no problem with pests (which is very important to me!). The apartment price is reasonable compared to other rates in the area and I love my apartment. Thanks to the staff for every thing! If you come to Rose Vista, I hope you also enjoy your stay! I plan on being here a long time.

I am just rounding out my first year here at Rose Vista. I have lived in many apartments in my life but never have I lived in one with such a rock star staff. From the manager Suzie to the maintenance staff (I'm so sorry I don't know you folks' names!!!), every interaction with each of them is a pleasant experience. They are all friendly, caring people who just want to make this apartment a happy welcoming place. Anytime we had a maintenance request, it was fixed super fast. Throughout the year the office has held a number of events to help keep everyone's spirits high during these tough times. Some of the events include but aren't limited to free fresh smoothies made in the parking lot, door decorating contests, and even a hunt for rubber duckies around the apartment grounds! I want to thank the entire staff for making 2020 a whole lot more pleasant and bearable. If you are looking for a new place to call home, definitely check out Rose Vista.

Rose Vista is a quiet, peaceful community just north of the State Fairgrounds. What sets Rose Vista apart from other residencies is their professionalism, hospitality, and speed at resolving issues. I had a refrigerator that was leaking and they made every effort to fix the problem and then, when that was not enough, they immediately replaced the unit. The buildings are clean and quiet - a very nice place to live.

The location is convenient for my situation although the rental pricing is a bit expensive personally. I like that there's 11-12 units per Bldg although the floors and walls are thin. Overall if you're looking for convenient for location, bus lines and grocery stores this is the place.

We were forced to move as our landlord chose to sell. The pandemic has drastically effected our budget. I looked at a lot of places at the same price and nothing came close Rose Vista Court. It is so clean, convenient and professionally run, we feel blessed to have found it at a very challenging time. The whole staff is SO good - super friendly, professional and proactive. Grateful!

I have only lived here for a few weeks but we are really enjoying the community and the neighborhood. It is pretty quiet and the area feels safe and inviting, we have also utilized the pool a few times and it was fun. We also really like the package lockers so our packages are not sitting outside :)

I have only lived here a few months, but have found the building and grounds to be well cared for. My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe to live here with my children. I just moved in and it's been really great! The place is cute and there are so many stores near by. I had an issue with my AC and I put in a maintenance request and they came out two hours later to fix it.

When I first moved in, back in 2017, everything was great! Great staff, great apartment manager and issues were resolved quickly. The last year or so, I feel as though the quality in staff has gone downhill at least with regards to repair issues. I'm hoping this is an issue that can be resolved. The groundskeepers and new apartment manager have been great however!
