This is a great community to live in. Only problems I've had have been minor repairs. Staff responds very efficiently and also communicates very well to residents. I've been living here since 2016 and I can say that I'm ultimately satisfied with living at 21 apartments.

21 Apartments is a great community to live in. Everyone that lives is very friendly and easy going for the most part. All of 21 Apartments staff- from the property manager to the groundskeeper-is helpful and really seem like they care about each resident. My car battery died & I did not have any jumper cables. I called the office to see if they had some to loan me. They did not at the time, but the bookkeeper volunteered her personal cables for me to use. I expected maintenance to bring & help but she showed up right after I called and said it would have been 15 min before they could get there so she came. Having a caring staff is important when u live there

I moved into 21 and used the Roommate Matching Program. At first things were great & then a few small roommates issues started to happen. The Leasing Manager, Nikki, was always available to listen to my concerns and even helped with a roommate meeting to help all 3 of us work out our issues. All-in-all my stay at 21 was great!!

I loved the staff at 21 while I lived here. It has been pretty rough with some roommates, but the staff was kind and courteous and helpful. The maintenance was always quick with responding to any need. The community area with the pool and gym is such a great place to interact and meet new people!

I have lived in 21 Apartments for nearly a month and I love living here. It's really close to campus and has great amenities. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they communicate about everything that is going on and coming up in the apartment complex. I will definitely renew my lease when that time comes.

Friendly Staff, close to campus, computer lab, love having a private bathroom, the events, etc. Never had too much of problem while living here. I moved to 21 in Fall 2016 thru Spring 2018 then I moved out to move somewhere else thinking I would save money but I was so wrong and hurried up and moved back to 21 apartments June 2019. I really missed living here tho.

I have enjoyed living at 21 apartments. Overall I would recommend 21 apartments because it is reasonably priced for everything that you get. Plus, its location directly across from campus had made commuting to class highly convenient.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I repeat. DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this place no stars I certainly would without hesitation. This place is awful and awfully run. Several years ago when I moved into the apartment I was assigned, it was absolutely disgusting. The common areas had hair and dirt everywhere and the bedroom was the worst thing ive ever seen in my 22 years of living. The tub looked like 40 people went mud riding with dogs and washed all of the mud off in the tub and didn't rinse it out. The baseboards and walls were filthy. the carpet looked like several had animals used it as their toilet. If you took all of the hair off of the baseboards in the common areas and just my room, you could make enough wigs for every hairless person in the WORLD. Everything was nasty and you could clearly tell they didn't clean anything before we moved in. It took 2 people 4 hours to just clean the bedroom and bathroom 4 HOURS. that is not including the several hours spent cleaning the fridge, oven, getting the hair off the couches, etc. fast forward to move out. the lease says NOTHING about getting the carpet professionally cleaned but you are required to get the carpet cleaner or you will be charged. They will charge you for literally anything and everyone get some kind of charge. I have seen charges vary from $70-$300. Granted everything was disgusting and dirty when I moved in, it was all cleaned by me BUT I was still charged for spots and things that were ALREADY THERE WHEN I MOVED IN. Its convenient and cheap but you get what you pay for and for that reason. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It was the worst decision I have made to date in college and I certainly do not want anyone else to make that mistake.

21 Apartments was a great place to live because it just felt like home away from home. Other residents and staff were always friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe or had to worry. The pool, gym and clubhouse were awesome too!

Horrid; Flooding and mold upon move in, management was little help and charged us overages they they themselves caused. Management does not make time to speak to residents and office workers refuse to give out WORK emails for management, making communication impossible. The only good employees were the maintenance staff, who were in and out of my apartment for various reasons: Flooding Mold Broken Utilities Bad Internet

So far so good. I love my room and my apartment. Although I want to move to the townhouses. I don??™t like the livingroom suit but I am appreciative because I didn??™t have to pay for them . I think the apartments should have three bar stools instead of two.

Everything has been amazing since I moved into my apartment. It is a welcoming atmosphere, close to campus, and well kept. It checks off all of my boxes for housing. I would recommend this apartment complex to all of my friends, I plan on doing just that!

My experience at 21 has been very good. The price is very fair for the amenities included. The staff is helpful, the maintenance crew is always expedient and effective, and the space is comfortable and well-kept.

I have a great experience. The price is kinda too high but I love living there. I don??™t understand the utility bill but it??™s a nice place to live. I love the pool and the gym. I??™m ready for summer because I love the pool here.

A lot of people smoke weed and I hate that. But the management is good and I love the leasing agents! They??™re so nice. Move in was great because I??™m on the first floor. I wish the gates for people to walk through were closed more often. It??™s creepy when it??™s 3 am and they??™re standing wide open for anyone to walk through.

Let me just copy and paste. Y??™all are sketchy as ----. It feels like we are living in some type of money laundering situation or something. You can??™t find any info on regional management, corporate, sister complexes, or what realty group even owns the ducking complex like you can on every other complex. And the emails I receive felt like a threat. Sign and renew before we up the price. Lakeside offered a deal lowering rent rates by $10 to $390 a month for residents, meanwhile 21 ups ours in ------- DECEMBER be $30 making this place a ------ deal. No I??™m not paying almost $470 dollars for a ---- hole thatcant even fix a pot hole. Which by the way if my car, tires, or rims are damaged in any way I will sue in the grounds that the complex has been fully aware the hole exists and continues to let it get progressive worse. It was just a hole now it??™s a ------- trench you can??™t avoid, and what does management do? Puts a ------- CONE in it. Where is that cone now? Half way across the parking lot after somebody took it out. Pretty sure the fire hydrant was wearing it this weekend. So thanks 21 for running a sketchy --- operation and threatening us to renew a lease. I will also add. My toilet flushes nonstops day I put in 4 requests and it just kept getting worse so I don??™t even ---- with that anymore. Also when the people above us flush the toilet it sounds ilike a waterfall in the living room directly behind the couch. Also the woods behind building g6 look like a ------- landfill.

It has been ok but there's a lot to be desired. My room is on the bottom floor and I have a bad problem with bugs and the skunks are everywhere. I have seen several snakes since moving in. My first move in day, my room was not properly cleaned and my carpets are horrible. The microwave is too old and will go off by itsef often. Last night, we discovered a mouse in our pantry.

It has been a great experience. I enjoy the property managers and employees. My apartment is not gated but I think that it is less of a hassle. I enjoy my roommates. The only thing that would change about the property is the visitor parking. There needs to be a little bit more.

No problems! Good location. Never had any problems with management or with safety. I like that it??™s gated. The gym is never crowded and the equipment is clean and newer. When we moved in there were some problems with the stovetop and within two days it was fixed!

I really love staying here at 21 Apartments. The only thing I wish that we had was a basketball court. Other than that, I am very satisfied with where I stay. Maintenance is one call away and the office workers are very friendly. Most of all,I get along with my roommates. It is a very peaceful neighborhood and I love that campus is nothing but a few steps away from my apartment.

Always getting charged for something. Last month we left for Christmas break gone all month. I made sure everything was off, but when it was time to pay for rent had a extra 35 dollars charge to account. When we came back maintenance had put new carpet in one room. They left the lights on in the room they fixed for I don??™t know how long. We told them and they didn??™t fix it. It??™s always something new every month !

When we moved in 21 apartments, our rooms and dining room were messy and dirty at that time. I was so upset. Also, there is one garbage space, so we have to walk or drive there. It is not inconvenience. Overall, everything is okay.
