Great location, right next to campus, great prices, & the pool/grill area is really nice. The maintenance always seems eager to help even when you don't ask, they will offer. If you move to Starkville, this is the place to live!

You can't beat the prices and specials they have! It's quite like you need it to be, close to everything going on, & nice pool/outdoor area. they also have weekly resident functions that are fun and you get a lot of stuff!

This is where you should live now! All staffs are kind and they react fast with residents' complaints. Actually during that day! More, they continuously re-model the systems for portal site and gate/parking policies to make residents feel comfort. love it.

Twenty One is an average place to live. My roommate has had problems with maintenance & management. Office staff are usually very accommodating. There are some security concerns, but I've had no problems personally. There are no cameras around the apartment buildings, and one of my roommate's car got broken into one night. I've had problems with getting the gate open unless I use my card key. Now every time I have a guest I have to go meet them at the gate to unlock it since my access number doesn't work in order for me to just give them access. There are both pros and cons to living at Twenty One.

Office rarely answers the phone and management never responds to emails. 21 charges you for various miscellaneous things when you move out, totaling to over $150+ on top of what you're already paying for rent (even though you move out halfway through the month). Our dryer stopped working, out walls had cracks, the elecrixirt overcharges were ridiculous (and management claims they can't do anything about it because a third party handles electricity). If you have any issues, they will not be taken care of by anyone at 21 apartments. The area is sketchy as well. Multiple times we were blocked from entering our building because cop cars were surrounding it. If you can, live anywhere but 21.

Apartment was robbed, nothing done about it. Lots of money/billing issues. We were towed in the middle of trying to pack up the apartment to leave ($200 fee, which on top of rent coming out today made for a VERY expensive morning. Yes we were towed when we pay rent.) Police in front of the building every few days taking statements and or aresting people. Promised that if a renewal happened they would get new furniture... Never happened. Two years of constantly changing management and bad situations. Please take all of the one star reviews into account. Do not live here. So glad my husband is out.

I love it here. Over all the years I spent here I enjoyed myself. It??™s very reliable, with being across from the campus. The walk isn??™t that bad. The staff makes sure all issues I have had were solved in a great time frame.

The apartment was well taken care of my the management in the fact that everything was working well, and if there was something that wasn't running to expectation, they would fix it quickly. The office and public facilities are also very clean and well taken care of. With the pool and hot tube being very nice and clean.

Everything is easy to brake from the furniture to the appliances. I??™ve had multiple problems occur while living here. I recently had an issue with the placement of mail and nothing has been and it has been 3 weeks now. Overall my experience has mediocre.

My overall experience is okay but i just have a bad problem with mice in my unit. I contacted the leasing office and they sent pest control a week later just so he can do absolutely nothing. So the problem continues and it??™s getting worser

The roommates that 21 put me with I got along with them better than the people I chose on my own. The maintenance arrive fast when called. My furniture is nasty I have requested for new furniture countless of times. The newer apartments have hardwood and I honestly feel like for What I am paying for a four bedroom i deserve hardwood floors. The apartment was nasty when I moved in. It is very easy to get an overage! The best thing about living at 21 is the location.

Friendly neighbors who are welcoming . The campus is close to the apartment so, spending money for gas is unnecessary. It has the best leasing staff who are willing to help with any problem. It also have an easy access points to the main roads and back roads of Starkville to beat heavy traffic on college game day.

For a first apartment its not that bad. The price is reasonable. The location near the school is one of the best qualities. The inside of the apartment is cozy especially when you get to live with people you know.

Overall it has been okay. Maintenance at the beginning took a very long time for fixes to go through, because of a "priority system". All it did was slow down what was being done. When getting tenants to resign constant spamming of calls came through until you decided one way or another. Having visitors need a special parking area is extremely unneeded.

My experience overall has been good. The property is not as nice as other apartments and the interior is in need of renovations. I do enjoy having my own space in a one bedroom apartment. The overall complex could be kept up and made nicer.

My experience on the property is good but my living situation was bad. I feel like I was incorrectly matched with my roommates. They are nasty and don??™t clean up or take the trash out. One always moves people in which is unsafe for others. Two of them are always smoking and I didn??™t ask for smoking roommates.

I had a lot of problems with my downstairs neighbors. They were always fighting with people from their balcony, but the police came 3 times and they eventually got kicked out. Now everything is pretty peaceful. My main complaint is that it??™s hard to ask questions to the main office workers if one of the managers isn??™t there since they won??™t know the answer.

The apartment provides good value for the dollar and the minimal distance to the MSU Campus can't be beat! It can get a bit noisy around late night, but nothing major! There is only 1 trash compactor is property which is very inconvenient since its located all the way in the front and often fills up fast!

Positive, a good first time living arrangement. The surroundings are fairly safe and stable considering other cities. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Another thing is making sure to specify on your lease the type of person you are and what you expect from your roommates if you have any.

I??™ve never had any bad experiences here. I love the fact that the apartments are walking distance from the school! I don??™t like how thin the walls are. You can literally hear everything. Other than that, it??™s a great place to live. It??™s very well furnished too.

I am having a good time at 21 apartments. I have made new friends and they all seem to be cool. Also the environment is good. Staff is very friendly and amenities that 21 provides is appreciable. The best part is that if we recommed someone to live in 21 apartments there is always an economic incentives which is really cool.
