MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES ROBBING YOU

A 1 week notice was given to residents who had already re-signed leases informing us they were going to embark on a 1.5 year long construction project (yea right probably 2+ years) to renovate the building because they failed to ensure water proofing when it was originally built. Numerous residents have been displaced to other units, construction noise is disruptive, windows are boarded up, constant dust and debris, random people walking around. No rent reductions or discounts for amenities we can't use. Worse off, I started noticing money was going missing from my wallet so I set up a webcam and caught the construction company's grounds keeper breaking and entering to steal my money. Caught in 4k. The manager left me on read for 2 weeks, not offering any solutions or concessions. I put up flyers to get more information and multiple residents reached out saying they had cash go missing as well. They even contacted the office with no investigations or solutions. No security upgrades after these incidents. AVOID

Nice building but current, endless construction makes daily living in the apartment difficult. It would have been nice to have known about this prior to the notice given only 48 hours in advance, when it was too late to make a change.

The front desk are lovely and have done the best they can in the situation they are in. With that being said, this is the worst living situation I have ever experienced. The construction is never ending and RIGHT outside my window all day. The apartment complex looks terrible on the inside and outside. There is always a weird smell in my hallway and the construction has made this place a dump. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Since moving into Greenside July 2023, I have had a wonderful experience. The leasing office & maintenance teams are great and respond to messages and concerns quickly. There has been a significant amount of new construction that I have not had problems with, but I know the teams are working constantly to try and resolve problems that arise for other tenants.

I enjoy the events they organize for residents. I met great people there who became friends. The property management team is very friendly and helpful. It is a few minutes from Uptown and the little sugar creek greenway.

The construction on going right now is an absolute nightmare, but the office team is doing the best that they can. The local management and maintenance is amazing. I hope we have a pool by summer, but the way the construction is going I'm not sure.

It was great when I moved here in 2019. The last 2 years it has gone down not for the better. The staff turnover is real high. Property is not as clean as it used to be. Constant smell of dog feces coming through the ventilation in the hallway. Dog urine on the elevators.

Service Elevator broken upon move-in, had to use the main elevator which was not suited for large furniture and took much longer due to traffic of other residents. Wrong information given money order. Apartment infested with cockroaches.

Everything was touched up and repainted and made to look new! There are some unavoidable dings in se of the appliances as it has been lived in before. Appearance was exactly like the photos and dimensions were also correct. Move in process was super easy and everyone was really helpful!

I had a great tour with Xavier. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable about the apartment complex. He was unable to show me the unit I was interested in due to the availability at the time; however, he gave me detailed information about the unit which helped me compare to the one I was able to see what day.

No issues; I really enjoy living in this community. Leasing office is efficient and will always help resolve any issues that may come up. Great location, decent amenities?cardio equipment in gym needs to be updated. Please get newer ellipticals (Precor) and maybe a full size punching bag instead of the current boxing setup.

Very helpful process regarding sight unseen leasing from a distance. Bianca was very thorough and eased my mind woth every step of the move in. There were some minor maintenance issues that were completed on the day of move in by Orlin. Really couldn't ask for a better welcoming as all my concerns were addressed so promptly.

Absolutely amazing apartment complex to mve into. The amenities are inclusive such as valet trash, internet, terrific pool, gym including separate boxing gym and yoga room. The maintenance staff are super responsive. I can't compliment the front staff, Bianca and Tyler enough, or the main maintenance staff, David, Orlim and Josiah. So happy I moved here!

The build quality of the units was comparable to any other cheap five-on-one, and the required community fee is misleading versus the advertised rental price. The parking and mailroom spaces felt were poorly lit and generally felt unsafe. There are many comparable options nearby with more reasonable, transparent pricing. Biggest perk was the location and view.

it is a friendly community, I just wished it was cleaner the fret elevator is always a mess, the club house tables seem like they are not cleaned and there are always weird smells coming from the building

I just moved in to Greenside last week, so far it has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prior to moving in, they were responsive and great to work with. Would recommend if you are looking for an apartment in the Dilworth area.
