Friendly staff who went above and beyond with helping me move here from another state. Great amenities. Attentive maintenance staff. Secure parking. Spacious, luxury apartment in a great location. 10/10 would highly recommend!

It is warm and welcoming. I've been very happy with the cleanliness of the place and speed at which concerns are addressed. There is always something happening and it feels like they truly care about you.

Amazing and courteous staff. Overall well kept and clean. Walking distance to Greenway, South End and Uptown is a plus. Very dog friendly. Generally feel safe around the neighborhood. Sixth floor is quieter than other places I've lived in.

The tour I took at this community was excellent. Everyone involved was professional and very helpful. They took time to explain everything in great detail and have also been very helpful on the back end with answering questions and making sure that I have everything I need. First class all the way at Greenside.

This is a great, quiet community. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The building overall is really well maintained, especially the common spaces. We are very pleased with our choice to live at Greenside.

Very clean, private and great area! Love all the shops near by, always parking spots located near my apartment in the garage. The leasing agents were also super helpful throughout the whole process! The pool and gym are my fave!!

The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean, and the maintenance is prompt. The location of the apartment complex is great for young professionals in the Charlotte area. There are parks nearby, as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

I had an amazing experience moving in so far. The office staff are very welcoming and helpful. The process was so simple. I love everything about this place. It's clean and it's beautiful. It's close to everything.

Tyler made the whole move in/leasing process process very easy. Best experience I have had moving into a new community. Very happy with everything and it is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this community.

Staff is very friendly and the community is clean. I like that the apartment hosts monthly events and food trucks for residents. Pretty quiet community. Haven't had any issues so far. The only thing I've noticed is the garage doors seem to break kind of often but luckily there are multiple entrances so not really an issue. Even if something is out of order the staff will send out an email quickly with updates.

so far so good - the community is quiet and clean. I really enjoy the amenities and the proximity to the city. Additionally, being so close to Target and Trader Joe's makes the location so convenient.

Greenside felt like home right away. We moved here in need of a short-term lease in Charlotte and were blown away by the courteousness of the staff, condition of the grounds, the excellent location, and the community's amenities. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours, sometimes within a few hours, which is a huge deal. I love being able to walk into Uptown, to the grocery store, or just in the greenway for a scenic stroll.

Apartments are modern and convenient. Management is best I have ever had out of 12 apartments. It is also very well located in the city and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. A good choice for someone who wants to be close to city but not feel crowded

Moving into Greenside was a breeze. The leasing office was friendly, organized, and very helpful through the process. They offered a freight elevator and moving cart to make the process more efficient. The apartment was incredibly clean at move in. My experience has been great.

Jordyn and the entire staff at Greenside have made my moving experience a great one! They have provided everything I needed to make my initial experience in Charlotte fantastic. I appreciate the amenities of the property but the staff is the standout so far!

I love Greenside!
I just renewed my lease for an additional 15 months and couldn't be happier! Greenside has been one of my favorite apartment experiences so far. Staff/maintenance is super helpful and attentive. Location is unbeatable. Thank you Greenside!

Highly Recommend Greenside
Best complex in Charlotte area. Amenities are endless and resort style. Staff is friendly. Complex is well kept and super safe. Great location. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. Orly (Orlin) is prompt, friendly and so thorough. Tyler goes above and beyond to help tenants, super neighborly. Great community vibes. Highly recommend.

I have entirely enjoyed my experience so far. I have met kind and caring individuals, everyone is pleasant and respectful. Additionally the amenities provided for residents hits all of the bars and combined with the location makes a fantastic place to live.

I have enjoyed my experience at this community, so far. Management is always quick to resolve any issues that may occur. They try their best to point to make sure any problems are addressed correctly. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful and everyone either minds their own business or are very polite and helpful.

It has been fine overall. I think the rent is too high for the amenities offered. I also think it is not held up to the standards of the apartments nearby as far as cleanliness in the hallways/garage etc.

Easy clear process for leasing and moving in. The online virtual walk throughs were great and they have floor plans with dimensions available which were helpful for confirming my current furniture would fit into my new studio. The staff were friendly and communicative. The building is relatively new and well maintained with fantastic amenities.

Lovely spot, vibrant surrounding area. Office staff is very friendly. Excited to continue to grow in this area. Dog spa is awesome, looking forward to continue to use this for my fur baby. Overall, very satisfied.

So far our experience has been great! Our touring process completely sold us on Greenside even after we toured many other apartments in the Charlotte area. So far we love our apartment and our experience! My only recommendation would be to advertise more because it took us awhile to find Greenside.
