Great move in experience! The apartment units are beautiful and everyone has been friendly! Maintenance was quick to address small paint fixes and a leaking shower head. No complaints! Stephon and Jordyn were super helpful when moving in.

Move in and Jordyn were great
Jordyn was wonderful getting us set up with our unit and taking care of any questions we had throughout the process. The move in was seamless and we love our new place. The leasing staff in general is great and we feel very welcomed!

The apartment complex appears to be really well kept. All of the amenities are clean and well-appointed for resident use. The staff are all friendly and happy to help with any issues that arise. Overall, the community is really well organized to fit the residents' needs and provide a comfortable home environment.

Great Experience
Moving to Charlotte and I toured Greenside with Stephon. They had limited availability with my price point and move in date, but Stephon worked so hard and jumped through so many hoops to make sure we found a unit that worked for me! He gave a wonderful tour (sold me on the pool and the dog park) and helped walk me through the application on the spot. I was preapproved within an hour of stepping foot in the leasing office, and I am so excited to move in!

I have been thoroughly pleased with service provided by the staff at Greenside. It is clear that the staff cares about making the residents feel heard and creating an atmosphere of cleanliness, comfort, and fun.

I don't know bc I just moved in. But so far I love the apartment. It's beautiful and the perfect size. Lots of natural light and the views from the 4th floor windows are amazing. It's a little pricey.

So far great, the staff is very nice and they have been able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Community is clean and quite! Everything is very secure which is nice, I am confident i will receive my mail/packages. Always enough parking.

Greenside is the perfect place to live. It's in a great location and has by far the best amenities. The complex is always super clean and the staff is friendly. Between the dog park, pool, gym, clubhouse etc, Greenside is the place to be.

Great Staff - Application and move in process was as simple as one could possibly make it. Perfect location, set just the right amount away from the bustle of downtown to give the feel of a thriving urban community nestled in the heart of the city.

With uncertain times in pandemic era, we are glad we live in a safe and comfortable community like Greenside Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina. Any issues that arise are quickly resolved. We have lived here for nearly 3 years.

Love it! So happy to be here and I also love the valet trash, the security of the building and the units are top notch! I wouldn't have wanted to live anywhere else except for Greenside. The location is perfect.

Beautiful apartments at Greenside! Perfect location close to great shopping and restaurants and quiet despite being next to a busy hospital. Great amenities and definitely the best value in the Dilworth area! Definitely recommend!

Greenside is a very clean facility with exceptional amenities. It is close to the Greenway that provides a safe way to access shopping and nature. Also, the access to I-77 and I-85 is very easy and you can get around and out of town very easily.

I love my unit and the area this community sits in. Maintence is wonderful and has been so helpful. It's lovely to be so close to a greenway with a dog and also close to uptown for work. The upgraded dog park has been really great too.

Great community! Always safe and quiet. Maintenance is timely, friendly and professional. Great location too and easy to walk to Harris Teeter, Target and Trader Joe's! We even walk to freedom park or take the trail to Park Road Shopping Center.

Greenside has a great location for folks looking to live close to center city Charlotte. The grocery store and other amenities are very close by and the Greenway is great for exercise as well. I feel safe at Greenside. Neighbors in the building are friendly and while there are a lot of dogs, most of the owners exercise good dog etiquette. The parking is not too packed and spaces between cars is average - not uncomfortably tight like some parking decks. The walls are think and very rarely do I hear my neighbors. I've renewed my lease twice without regret.

I love it here at Greenside the amenities are awesome really upscale pool area, rec room, and workout facility. The apartments are spacious and modern and I feel the rates here are the best. Lot of medical folks here since the Rush Dickson medical Atrium tower is right by us it's great I swing by their Starbucks at times quick walking distance.

It has been very good so far, everything is super nice. The amenities have been great, I love going to the gym. The apartment is super nice and up to date. I would not want to live anywhere else. Best decision I could have made!

Overall positive, the apartment is up to date with nice appliances, lots of storage space for smaller square footage. Leasing office is nice and the common areas are clean. Other tenants are friendly enough.

Have had nothing but positive experiences here so far. maintenance team and office staff are friendly and always willing to help. location is by far the best in the city. The area is quiet yet close to south end and uptown.

Stephon is awesome Everything was great from the time we toured to the day removed and they were very minor issues when I moved in they got resolved extremely quickly faster than I could've ever thought. Everything really has been very simple and awesome.

Very clean and updated apartments. Amenities are great and well kept. The location is very close to prominent areas of the city, yet surprisingly quiet to where you don't hear road noise. Highly recommend staying here!

Younger residents overall. Generally clean. Pet friendly. Pool is pretty. It can be a little loud sometimes. Great neighborhood. Good amenities. Garage always has spots available. Secure package system and dry cleaning pickup available.

The staff at Greenside has gone above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth, stress-free move in process. Since day one, they have been extremely helpful in making sure I have everything I need before move-in day. The property feels so lux and the amenities are the cherry on top to my already perfect studio apartment (which has the feel of a one bedroom)!
