I've only been in my apartment for 4 days now but so far it has been a good experience. My apartment is clean and the office staff is wonderful. I can't wait to check out the amenities that are available for residents.

I just moved in to this community, and so far the experience has been great! The team is very involved- both leasing and maintenance address any questions or concerns promptly and warmly. The move-in process was smooth. The property has many amenities and an active community. Highly recommend!

I've only lived here for just shy of 2 weeks, but the experience has been phenomenal. I have to say the office staff, Tyler and Bianca are great! They are very personable. While I'm still getting settled, I am excited to eventually participate in the events around the property, workout at the gym, and enjoy the various seating/lounge areas!

Good place to live. Community oriented events are fun sort of wish they had more things for FT working people but that's okay. People are nice. Staff is nice. Area is walkable and fairly easy to access main roads and streets if needed to go elsewhere.

Greenside is a terrific place to live. The leasing staff and maintenance department are super responsive and committed to taking care of their residents. Issues are dealt with promptly and professionally, and are communicated well through the resident portal. The resident community is friendly, courteous, and QUIET! I have really enjoyed living here so far.

this is a fabulous community to live in - I would recommend it to any 20 something who is looking for a great community that is so close to everything! My friends all live here and it feels like a big sleepover.

Uniquely diligent management staff. Proactive, creative and helpful! The amenities are wonderful, the apartments are cozy and centrally located. My wife and I are extremely satisfied and have loved renting at Greenside

Have had an amazing time living at the Greenside, the community is so welcoming, the staff have been helpful, professional, and kind, and the apartments are a place you can call home. Would recommend living here to anyone.

Greenside is clean with great leasing office staff. Jennifer was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She made me feel welcomed and excited to live in the community. You can tell they care about their residents. Great location! I can't wait to attend the resident events!

Best apartment complex in Charlotte! Friendly staff, quick maintenance, and safety is taken very seriously (I.e., security gates, doors, packages, etc.). They follow-through with everything they promise(d), plenty of parking. Love it here!

Management is great!! They take care of problems you might have very fast. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Greenside staff keeps the apartment very clean and we appreciate that so much, especially for the common spaces.

Love it! Great area, love my apartment and the amantaties. The staff is awesome, they are very helpful and always have a great attitude. There are lots of areas to hang out. Love the work out room. Very pleased.

Overall a great community, our favorite so far. Our move is dependent on a few factors we're both waiting on otherwise we probably would have applied same-day. Definitely feels like a community and not just an apartment building!

Only been in the apartment a few days but so far it's been great. Quiet, peaceful and wonderful customer service. They've helped with everything I've needed or asked in an extremely accommodating way. Excited to meet some other residents over the coming months!

I just moved into this complex and it's beautiful! All appliances, hardware, finished are modern and up to date. Prior to move in the provided a detailed check list to make sure I was ready for my my move in date. The leasing office has been very responsive and helpful! Can't wait to check out all the amenities.

This is a beautiful complex in a great neighborhood. After viewing MANY complexes as part of my search (I am relocating to Charlotte and want to rent for the first year), Greenside Dilworth was in my top 3 choices. The units are nice and have nice finishes. The location is great and seems walkable. Most of the residents that I saw (just a few) and the leasing agents all appeared very young (mid to late 20's). I'm a little bit older so this was a consideration for me. I was there midday on a weekday, but it was very quiet (which is a definite plus for me!)

The leasing managers are very nice at Greenside, they helped me through the entire process and answered all the questions that I asked. The apartment complex is clean and quiet. The amenities are very nice.

Greenside is an amazing community! Apartment building is always pristine and amenities are kept up to A+ rating! It's a quiet community and easily accessible to Trader Joe's, Target, and more! Highly recommend this place.
