Peaceful, pool area looks like a resort at night, staff is pleasant. Love everything about it. Great location underground parking included, valet trash Pick up and free wifi. I don't want to move, would love to own something like it

Beautiful and well-equipped apartments, quiet community, responsive and helpful staff - can't ask for much more when you're looking for a home. As someone who formerly lived in a small old-style apartment in a different city, having a unit (with a similar footprint) that uses space as effectively as Greenside's is truly wonderful.

Brand new here, but feel safe (my priority). A few issues upon movein, but responded within a few days. I have only spent one night there in the last week, but could here my upstairs neighbors walking and hear the pipes when they showered 10-11pm. Otherwise quiet in the halls.

I moved to greeenside during COVID from out of state and because of that was never able to see the unit. The leasing office was really helpful during this entire process. They were very prompt in providing information and attentive to our needs. I am very happy with my apartment, it is even better than I expected!

Very nice community with seemingly nice amenities (unable to actually use amenities due to COVID, but they look nice!). Great location, easy walk to green/park space, great for dog owners. Apartment itself is very new with high quality appliances.

Great amenities, nice location, apartments are spacious, lots of natural light and great kitchens, large closets and bathrooms. Management is super helpful. Quiet but close to Uptown and surrounding neighborhoods. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, great office stuff, but read the agreement carefully before you rent from Greenside. You will have to pay more by earlier termination than you would pay off the contract in full. I was going to move out in 2 month before contract expiration, but have to stay, because payment would be twice more than regular, which doesn't make sense. There is a lot of noise from construction started at 7AM every morning, and a lot of dust.

I worked with Stephon while looking for an apartment in Charlotte while living in Michigan. He was delightful! He set up a virtual tour of two apartment floor plans for me, answered countless emails, texted me promptly, and was very kind whenever we spoke. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. While I did not sign a lease with them, it was a pleasure speaking with Stephon and getting to see his enthusiasm for his work.

When looking into the apartments, I was very specific with what I wanted and really did not think they would be patient with me. However Molly and Kali were very patient and helped me make the decision. They never made me feel as thought I was bother no matter how many I was bothering them.

So far, things have been great. Haven't lived here long enough to tell really, but the staff & residents are very friendly. The complex is very clean and new. The person above me is a bit loud, but other than that they complex is very quiet.

So far I have had such a great time moving into my new apartment. The facility and management is awesome and also very clean. Everything was organized on my move in day so it was very easy. All my questions have been answered and this has been a very smooth process.

I have been living at Greenside for about a week and a half now, and I love it so far. My apartment has a great layout that utilizes the space well and has a huge balcony. The whole building is very stylish and modern. All of the staff members, from the leasing office to maintenance, are extremely kind and friendly.

Love the unit and all the details it has to offer. Countertops are beautiful, the hard wood floor, and tile throughout the bathroom and closets are nice and easy to clean. The location of my complex is wonderful.

Greenside has been great. The apartment is nice and the amenities are great. I love the gym and pool and I think the management does a good job resolving issues quickly. I would recommend Greenside to someone looking for an apartment in Charlotte.

Love living here at Greenside!! My place is exactly what I wanted it! Great amenities ! Staff is top notch! It is a very pet friendly environment. My furbaby agree 100% when he gets his treats in the office . It's close to uptown, to the Greenway and Freedom Park. Great restaurants near by, very walkable. If you want a great place to live, this is it.

So far, so good. Quiet for the location; very friendly staff and great neighbors in the best neighborhood. Charlotte has many options to consider, but residing right on the greenway just a few blocks from center city is just about perfect.

Greenside is awesome! It is clean and has ample parking space. The management team downstairs are very responsive and helpful. The common area is superb and the pool area is very nice. Access to the building is secured.

It's nice here!!! It's a Convenient Area and I feel safe. The building itself is noisy! I can hear my neighbor above me at all times. And the maintenance men are awesome..... Kali the manager is so helpful and sweet. The building needs cleaned more then once a week thou...... my building back home similar to Greenside was cleaned everyday.... thank you and I hope that's helpful..

The apartment is neatly maintained be the wonderful admin and maintenance team. Located very close to uptown and walkable distance to many retail outlets. The units are very spacious and well designed. Due to a big hospital complex located next to apartment complex, we hear a lot of ambulance sirens which is quite disturbing at times.

Great amenities and nice apartment layouts but what really makes Greenside stand out from the rest is the staff. Everyone one in the leasing office makes you feel like they care about you and enjoy interacting with you.

Greenside is a wonderful community! There are great amenities and nice upgrades throughout my apartment. The building is not too big which is also nice to never have too much of a crowded pool and gym. The garage spots are pretty tight, so that's kind of hard to get used to but there's always spots even for guests!

I love it! It's close to work and a lot of restaurants and shops. I wish the dog park was a little nicer and had grass instead of dirt because every time it rains, it's too muddy to have my dogs run around. Also, would like a bench there! :)
