I love Greenside! Best apartment community I've lived in! Super quiet and clean. Friendly staff! The leasing office is very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issue. I never leave dissatisfied. Love this place! I can't say it enough

So far so good! Very beautiful community. Can't wait for the dog park to go through maintenance. Also Stephon was so much help throughout the entire move in process. I can't wait to begin my new life at Greenside !

I came for a tour and within 48 hours made the decision to lease at Greenside. It was almost a brainless decision because the location, quality of the apartment complex, and price point is unmatched. I love everything about living here already!

Everything from my initial tour to move-in was so smooth! I had plenty of questions before moving in, and everyone at the office always answered timely. The facilities are clean and modern too! Management requests are performed quickly as well. A huge bonus: there is plenty of parking!

This place is awesome and Orlen needs a big raise. I like this place a lot because it's clean and The maintenance guys are top notch. Everyone always has a smile on their face and you don't have to feel bad for calling maintenance like you do at other places.

So far so good, I'm hoping once COVID lessens a bit I am able to meet more of the community through events, using the amenities, etc. Charlotte was also very nice and accommodating when I had questions or wanted to come back and see the space.

This is a beautiful community with very attentive staff and every available amenity. It's close to everything in midtown Charlotte, which is very walkable and pet-friendly. The apartments are beautiful and luxurious. We love living here!

Greenside is a wonderful place to live. It's right in the middle of everything but it still feels like a peaceful oasis. I love being near the greenway, and the quiet block I live on. I am very happy here.

Great property. Staff does a great job. We love our particular unit and the apartment complex's location. Apartment complex is conveniently located on the edge of Uptown with the services of Dilworth and Midtown within reach!

Very modern apartment homes. The management office, specifically Stephon, are extremely helpful. The amenities are also nice and very clean. I would definitely suggest this complex to my family and friends!

Great experience thus far. Friendly staff, easy access to the freight elevator, covid conscious, and overall a great atmosphere. My apartment came cleaned, appliances working well and I am very satisfied. Thank you Stephon and staff for making my transition easy.

Greenside is the perfect community! It is safe and well kept. The staff is super friendly and very responsive. The community frequently offers different events for the residents and keeps us informed of anything going on!

Overall very pleased with living here. It is clean and the staff is very helpful. The amenities are nice and clean as well. The maintenance staff is quick and helpful. The community events that the staff puts on are fun.

Nice quiet apartment community but still walking distance to shopping and entertainment. Beautiful trail adjacent to the community and close to 285 if you need to drive anywhere. Overall has been a great experience.

Great community. Just wish amenities were open sooner. I understand COVID is an issue, but the amenities were closed for months with no reimbursement. Apartment is styled beautifully! Appliances are great for us, but we know some friends where the fridge door water pours slowly. Maintenance is amazing! Extremely friendly. Valet trash isn't great. Times are sporadic and unpredictable. Won't take recycling unless it it meets perfect, rigorous standards.Told different standards at signing. Community has had a few bikes stolen. Mine as well, but it was cheap so didn't bother me. Overall good place to live. Very convenient location. Friendly staff.

I don't know enough about the place to make make any judgements yet, however the staff have been very kind and helpful. I moved here out of state and they helped me with making the move in process go as smooth as possible.

I am very satisfied with my choice to live at Greenside. I immediately knew that this was the right place when I toured. I enjoy that this is not a super large community and that everything in the building is easily accessible. The amenities and finishings are very up to date and of good quality.

Management and staff have been very accommodating. I have had zero issue with response from maintenance. Property staff have the taken the appropriate steps to make sure our community is safe. I would highly recommend this community to others.

The leasing staff are super friendly and easy to work with. I'm new to the building but love it so far! The pool area is gorgeous and well maintained. I also have a pool facing balcony and everyone is super respectful About noise levels

I have had a great experience at this community. The staff is very friendly and willing to help at any time. Moving in during the height of COVID was made very simple by the office staff. Apartment unit in good condition, view of the amenity pool area is wonderful in the evenings.
