my experience has been great so far! the staff is very helpful and friendly. the apartment is beautiful and well cared for. the amenities are well-kept and in great condition. would definitely recommend this community to family and friends!

So far we love this apartment community - it is much more upscale than what we previously were getting in Charlotte. The apartments are well maintained with all new appliances and high tech door systems.

Overall it's a nice community but it should be cleaned more frequently and thoroughly. Pool is always full of leaves and trash service is only within two hours (from 5 to 7 p.m). No cups for coffee and paintings at apartment was done unprofessionally.

Greenside is a very beautiful community. The location is so convenient and safe! Amazing, attentive and very professional leasing office team! The move-in process was smooth. Love it here! Dog friendly and sugar creek greenway is right down the street to take your dog for a nice walk!

Beautiful well kept property with wonderful amenities ..caring staff, wonderful coffee . Easy access to mail and packages This place is kept very clean Hallway carpets step kept spotless Also the social room and game room are extremely well kept as is the workout room.

This place is the best! We love everything they have to offer! From the WiFi lounge to the club area to the pool! This place has it all! If you aren't already staying here, please come in and check it out!! You won't be disappointed!

The move-in process was very smooth. The leasing agents were available to answer any questions that I had and accommodate for all of my needs. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in this area!

My experience has been great so far. The apartment building is clean and well taken care of and offers great amenities to the residents. It is in a great location with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It is also not far from uptown.

Very helpful and friendly leasing agents. The common areas are well kept and clean. They used quality building materials unlike a lot of the other complexes in the area. Rooms are pretty quiet, seem to be minimal noise from rooms above as they build in a concrete layer between floors as a sound barrier.

I've been living here for one week and haven't received any information on the apartment complex such as when valet waste will come or if I need maintenance who I need to go to. It's fairly quiet, parking can be a little painful because there are so many compact spaces and not everyone parking appropriately.

Nice apartments and facilities, conveniently located next to hospital. Staff have been very helpful so far. Great with communication. Move-in process as simple as possible. No major issues since I've moved in.

The experience living at this community has been great. The office and maintenance crew is helpful and responsive. My home is comfortable. Parking has been great, never an issue. They hold cute events and are very dog friendly.

From the moment we toured Greenside, we knew we wanted to live here. The community has fantastic amenities and a great staff. Greenside is in an awesome location within walking distance to a lot of great places. It's a quiet community with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend living here!

We just moved into Greenside apartment this year in which I lived 2 miles away prior. Great amenities, great staff, great social events and great location have made the choice very simple. Great place for an individual, or a family.

This new complex is so beautiful! Everything is brand new. The pool and fitness center are really nice, & the community feels very safe. Something I just noticed today is that the washer & dryer are practically silent, which is so cool to me!
