It's a nice building. Quiet neighbors. However, the windows do not block out sound from the highway. There are too many dog owners. Many times the dog owners do not clean up after their dogs. When the weather is warmer. The dog owners think their dogs can take over the limited narrow waking path that surrounds our small property. So it makes going jogging or for walks inconvenient.

Good peaceful community. Must have a car for ease of commute here because nothing is available at walking distance from here. Roofed parking is available which is a big plus. Pool and gym is also available.

The apartment complex is very quiet in terms of construction. Everyone seems to stay to themselves and I am very happy here. I look forward to using the outside spaces when the weather warms up. I have not tried the gym yet but the concierge is good, always available, and I am happy here.

The staff and building office are wonderful and always helpful. Any issues are resolved quickly. The community is quiet which is good. Everyone seem to keep things to themselves. Maybe it's because people are timid.

We have been here for a little over two months. So far we have had a great experience living here. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the building really feels like a community. Maintenance showed up in less then 30 minutes to switch out a lightbulb. We haven't had any major issues. The building is very quiet and the neighbors we have met are friendly and kind.

I enjoy the social aspect of the building and the convenience of the location. It is great having a concierge. It has been very good for my son to grow up with the apartment community. I do wish there was more care and thought given to long term residents as not much improvement is done to the building and we get nickle and dimed for everything. Being here 10 years, its sad to see what isn't maintained or updated well, as little things can make a big difference in this situation.

Great front desk staff
At first glance, the Monarch looks like a nice place to live. It has decent size apartments and the Front desk staff is great! That said, there are many things that lack in this complex. Starting off with the AC units in the apartments. Think like the units you find in a hotel, under the window, loud, ineffective, and pricey to run. Also, the traffic has a lot to be desired if there is a concert or other large event at MetLife. Additionally, there’s not even a shuttle to MetLife or American dream offered. Even the local hotels have shuttles that run throughout the day and night. Lastly, it is surrounded by a marsh/swamp area and with that comes critters in the garage. ( think mice and snakes). The management office does Little to prevent this. There’s only an exterminator that comes twice a month. Don’t even get me started about the noise that comes from RT 3. It’s like living at the Indy 500. If you actually want to keep your windows open to keep your unit cool.

The path from elevator to my apt always stinks. Chute cleaning and carpet shampooing is expected for a luxury apartment complex. The gym is good and has different equipment. Pool is usually crowded but well maintained. All the amenities are in great shape except trash disposal. It's also strange that kitchen cabinets are a mix of soft close hinges. Some of them are soft close while others just bang. For an apt complex that calls itself luxury, this should be standardized and it looks like cutting corners. The apt was cleaned and in great condition overall except the flooring which has lot of scuff marks (but not a big deal)

The team is Very responsive and courteous. They are always attentive and ready to assist when you reach out. I have only had a positive experience thus far in my 5 years at the property, and i would therefore always recommend the building

The community is nice. The only shortfall is it's right next to the highway. It can get quite loud if your apartment is on the highway side. The gym is good. Sometimes they have community activities. You can ask questions or communicate with neighbors on the neighborhood platform

We have lived at this apartment complex for a little over two years now. For the most part, it is an enjoyable community to live in. We love our apartment. One downside to the building is that we live right off route 3, which could get hectic depending on the time of day/year.

Fairly good experience living here. As of right now, the price is fair. If you commute to the city frequently, be aware that public transit options are extremely limited and the shuttle runs only ever 40 minutes for short periods of times (weekdays only). The maintenance/office staff are strong and the building is clean and well maintained.

I had a truly wonderful experience living in my apartment. From the moment I moved in, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The leasing process was straightforward, and the management team was friendly, responsive, and professional. They made sure the apartment was spotless and move-in ready, which immediately set a positive tone. The modern appliances, clean finishes, and thoughtful layout made daily life comfortable and enjoyable. One of the best parts was the community amenities. The gym was well-maintained, the pool area was perfect for weekends, and the common areas were always clean. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, usually within 24 hours. Overall, living in this apartment was a positive, stress-free experience. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for quality living in a well-managed property.

So far so good. Although traffics get "extremely" bad sometimes when there are on-going events at the MetLife Stadium or American Dream Mall, I found that it is generally satisfactory to live in this apartment.

Very well maintained community with great value for the price. Plenty of parking space available and has excellent amenities. Feels a little interior but if that is not a factor, this place is highly recommended. The staff is really friendly and helpful too.
