American Dream has opened on the same road resulting in increased traffic. There is a shuttle to help with transportation to public transportation (limited hours).

We have overall enjoyed our experience at The Monarch. It is very beautiful with a great location. Issues with staff and policies can arise, but that's the nature of any luxury complex. Visitor parking situation needs some work. Maintenance staff is the best, as Jonathan stays on top of everything.

Clean, modern community centered in the developing entertainment center of the Meadowlands. Apartments are spacious and views are extraordinary. Maintenance staff is exemplary and having the office and deli/store in the buildings is very convenient.

I have lived in The Monarch Building since 2016 and I absolutely have loved my experience here! It is hotel living for sure with amazing amenities. The maintenance crew is wonderful and efficient. I would stay here another five years, but I am getting married and buying a house.

It is incredibly frustrating to live at the Monarch. It is way too expensive for the quality of the apartments (i.e peel and stick "wood" cabinets and "hardwood" laminate floors) as well as the quality of building management/leasing office staff. Management just doesn't do their job and are incredibly rude if you ask for serious help. We have had occasional issues that negatively affected our lives (due to noisy/disrespectful neighbors mostly) while living here, and management may as well have laughed in our faces. If the Monarch is going to consider itself a "luxury apartment" then they need to hire folks that actually respect that, and will treat the residents accordingly. Unfortunately, this year has been the last straw for us, and we will not be renewing our lease or recommending anyone live here at this point.

Upon arrival we were meet with respect in a very professional manner. Ofice staff introduced themselves and asked which apartment were interested in. After choosing a floor plan we were shown the the amenities and property.After viewing prices were discussed and asked if there were any questions. We told manger we would get back with them. Tour was good.

The Monrach community is the best one you will find , quite , safe ,clean have all facilities you will need for you , they are cleaning the community every day , The management safe so professional they will help you for any thing you will need, The maintenance staff is very fast action and so professional and they are solve any problem in the apartment within minutes which make you always feel comfortable in the apartment ,last week my washing machine not working probably in my apartment they change for us with new one within one day ,Thanks for all maintenance staff and thank you for Mr.John the Manitance Manager & Thanks for Monarch Management ,Thank you

I moved to this apartment in June 2020, I have nothing but nice things to say about the building and the staff here. They're always helpful. They help me with my packages or other things that I can't move by myself. Maintenance workers come very quickly post requests.

Not happy lately. We were tricked to sign a lease twice and were given a promise to change the carpet. After we sign the lease, no one even entertains the idea that we have been living here for past 6 years and this is not fair.

when i first moved in we had a pleasant time with old property manager who happened to get fired. new property manager treats us all like ---- and doesnt care about her residents or her place of work. I informed her of policies such like weed being done and nothing was done a week later a huge drug bust happened its all over this building is for felons and unsafe. No one listens and better yet are barley in office and when they are they are "on a call or busy" while they all sit in their chat and do nothing

This place is a drug den. State and local police busted a meth lab here this week, without warning from management that this would occur. Drug dealing/use is rampant, and the manage office ignores concerns and communications about these issues. Super expensive rent for the high-crime element here.

We only moved in recently, but so far so very good! Any employee we have come in to contact with have been extremely helpful. The leasing office has been a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to any requests. Maintenance quickly resolved any minor issues that we've had. We have not heard any noise from neighbors through the walls, which is a good thing. The grounds are maintained and cleaned on the regular. We feel very safe living here. It truly is a luxury apartment building and we couldn't be happier living here!

I've been living here a long time and management has continually changed over time and has only gotten worse. I do not recommend living here. Management / leasing office is terrible. Police are always here bc they don't properly vet new residents. They do not care about residents, it's about making more money. They don't answer resident emails or return calls but they hassle the resident about everything and threaten to charge more or add penalities. They don't communicate anything. The Monarch was once a great place to live but no longer is due to current management. I'm sure they will respond to this review and ask me to contact them which will go unanswered by them.
