The apartment and amenities are amazing. The staff work hard and I am always impressed. I am not a fan of the concierge because they are rude and always give me problem about visitors. When I have visitors they also tell how rude the concierge are.

My experience st the Monarch has been very positive so far. I hope the rent increase for my new lease is manageable. Otherwise I will have to move. I like everything about the community, however I wish rent increases would be lower.

Great place to live in, my only concern is about the people who smoke weed inside the apartment daily. Everyday we have to smell it and it's not nice for us and my child. When I rented they told me it was a smoke free building.

My wife and I are really happy. John, Deb, and Rita are awesome. I like the fact that smoking is not tolerated inside the building and heavily enforced. The maintenance team does an awesome job of keeping the property looking like new. And best of all, we've made really good friends here - is not uncommon to sit in one of the patios and have a class of wine on weekends and relax under the star with our friends. We truly love it here.

Deb (Leasing Manager) was extremely influential in my decision to move to The Monarch. She was informative from my very first visit and was very responsive to my questions throughout the process as well as helping close all items required prior to move in.

I've had a good experience thus far. Facility and amenities are always clean. I utilize the gym and yoga room mostly, both areas are usually clean and equipments are in . working order. Generally the community is quiet however depending on which side of the building you are facing for example, I used to live on the side facing the courtyard which can become a little loud at night time. Security is good- I feel they do a good job regulating visitors when they drive in to park in the building. I would Recommend living in this community due to the available amenities, covered garage parking and friendly staff.

The Monarch is a great community although it may not be appropriate for everyone. The building and grounds are extremely well maintained and the office staff is exceptional; however, as it is located right off of the Route 3 service road, it may feel a bit isolated. The amenities are great for adults and small kids (there is a children's playroom, one basis for the "Noise" rating), but nothing for the 7-18 group, and you cannot walk to anything once inside the community. The community does offer a weekday shuttle service to Secaucus Junction which is a huge plus to those who commute into NYC.

Great! The building is clean and well-maintained. All staff is friendly, courteous, and kind. Maintenance responds remarkably fast. The appliances work well and you cannot hear the neighbors from your own apartment.

I honestly love the amenities more than anything and my best experience is not having to shovel snow in the winter. Everyone is friendly and nice. Love that it is a pet friendly building as well. All the major highways are all at the exit of building too.

Overall good experience to live here. Its a well maintained and peaceful community. It has got all the required amenities. Space in the apartment is also ample. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Everything is great I have no complaints. They answer issues with quickness and efficiency. They always know what the boundaries are to my privacy and know how to make me feel secure in my home. I would recommend anybody to visit this community to check it out. Would not regret it!

I have been here a year now. I don't have one single complaint about being here. This is a great place to live. All the amenities are kept clean. I use the gym everyday. The machines are always clean and ready to use.

The staff has always been friendly and understanding of any concerns I have had. Any issues have been resolved in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about my time (4 years and counting) at The Monarch and have enjoyed living here.

well beside for the calcium dripping on my Benz,the 3" of water behind my car, the dog ---- that sat 6" off my door for over 12hours, the nosy neighbors and kids riding bikes up and down the halls I love it. oh I love receiving my rent amount on the 2nd while its due on the 5th.

The monarch was our first choice. Hands down was the best apartments that we have seen. The amenities and community is top notch. The staff is always available to help. You can call, text or email 7days a week. Deb has always been there to help.

Since I moved to this wonderful luxury building I am having a better style of life. Clean and neat common areas, maintenance workers always on time, front desk employees very professionals. I love the environment.

So far no complaints, people have been nice while moving in, maintenance people nice, good parking. Store being on site really helps and very convenient from apartment. Apartment by the service elevator barking all the time.

Clean, descent, spacious, amenities great, staff good, shuttle to the train is a plus. No problem so far. I do recommend to live at the monarch. Concierge is open 24hrs and are very helpful on delivering mails and packages

My experience in this place was no really good,few examples they don't clean well this place starting from parking area,then floors,carpets on the floors smell bad because of the pets in this place,pets owners allowed there pets to pupu on the floors and they don't clean well after that,after 10 pm some nights can be noisy,in the pool area i did recognize that people don't clean well and properly water in the pool,bacteria level in the water was very low and I didn't used water in the pool for at least one week,area around garbage room was smelling really bad many days,as you can see many many things are not doing well.
