So far it's been great to live at the Monarch. The community is nice, the apartment and amenities are great, and surprisingly the location is convenient to everything. The office, front desk, and maintenance staff are very responsive and attentive to our needs and make it a pleasure to live here.

Great location, nice apartment, air conditioners /heaters are not the best. Central air in Hallways but in apt is a loud horrible ac and heater combined. Water pressure is the worst ., sometimes unable to flush toilet. Management and maintenance are great but these problems Seem unfixable

It has been a great pleasure so far living here. People can be lord at times but it a large building so it's expected. Management is great as well as Maintenance staff. The amenities are a plus to living Here.

Good location. Rents are excellent for the amenities, apartment sizes, services, etc. Friendly staff and community. Great and prompt maintenance staff. Close to NYC with views of skyline. Right across from MetLife Stadium and American Dream Mall.

ITS' A VERY GOOD COMMUNITY. ALL THE RESIDENTS ARE GOOD. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS VERY EFFICIENT AND TAKES CARE OF YOU VERY WELL. WELL SECURED AREA. GATED COMMUNITY. NICE ARE AROUND TO WALK; INSIDE GYM; POOL; YOGA ROOM; CHILDREN ROOM; CONFERENCE ROOM AND A BIG HALL FOR LARGER GATHERING. IT'S KIND OF ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL. NEWER BUILDING AND CLOSE TO ALL MAJOR HIGHWAYS.

We would like the following to be fixed or taken care of: 1- parking spaces need to be cleaned 2- Stop increase the rent every time we renew the lease 3- some residents keep smoking in their apts even though we have called the office so many times regard this matter. 4-

Clean, efficient, staff is excellent and very friendly to work with. The facilities are well kept and i don't think there's much issue i've had so far. Gym/Pool is quite nice to use, and outdoor can be a treat sometimes. Only issue is that if there's running on upper floor, you can feel it, but i'm guessing that's for all apartments, so i'm all ok.

This is a great apartment building. So many good things in the building. Parking lot in doors would keep us from going outside in the rain or snow. The gym is very nice and many things you can do in there.

The Monarch is a great place to live, the Office staff, Maintenance and Concierge are all very professional and welcoming, food trucks on Wednesday, free yoga on Saturdays and some times a special treat with a Continental breakfast. These and other little details will make you feel you made the right choice to move to the Monarch.

Solid place to live. Rent going up is a little worrisome but I get it. Typing a minimum of 200 characters here is a bit tough but overall I've liked the apartment here. The ammentities being closed is a bit frustrating but what can you do

The problem with the clothes dryer was fixed within a half hour. The maintenance person was very courteous and professional. He cleaned up any rubbish made during the repair and was helpful in explaining to us what the problem was.

Everyone on the monarch staff has Excellent customer service, attention to detail, communication and follow up. I'm so happy I moved in. I feel safe, I'm comfortable and I can really call this apartment my home.

Great place to live. Good amenities although pool could stay open later into the year. The move in policy is a little difficult and stiff to navigate. Haven't had any other bad experiences though. The shuttle to the train station is very helpful.

Helpful, courteous staff. Kind community. Gorgeous, well-maintained amenities. Perfect location. The Monarch had everything that we were looking for in an apartment complex and more. We are grateful to be new residents in such an enjoyable, accommodating, and safe community.

I have been here for a few months and so far my experience has been great. The staff is amazing, the building is clean and the environment of the complex feels like family. I would recommend the monarch to family and friends

I just moved into the Monarch a month ago. The staff in the office was helpful with me looking for the perfect apartment. I love the amenities that are available at the Monarch. It has been a great experience.

My experience at The Monarch has been great! The building is very up to date with modern, sleek looking apartments. So far there was only one issue with my apartment that was quickly resolved by maintenance in the same day. Eugene, one of the property managers, has been a real standout employee. He was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire leasing process. Eugene is very affable, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any question!

In general is nice here, the staff is very friendly the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable, I recommend this place to anybody that like privacy and want to leave a peaceful life, the community is great, great neighbors and the best is pets are accepted, I don't have any pets yet but I will get me one. Thanks.

The community is pretty friendly, building is nice. There are some minor problems, but nothing too over the top. Positives definitely outweigh the negatives. Covered free parking is a huge plus. The location is pretty secluded which can work for (very quiet) and against (nothing to do in the area) you.

Feels like a dream. Loving it here. The staff has been great. Every person I pass by has a genuine smile on their face. I moved in on the 4th of July and could see fireworks way off in the distance over the meadow lands. Super great place. Looking forward to everyday here.

I love living here at the Monarch. I don't have complaints regarding the staff here. They are all helpful kind and patient. Management does a great job keeping us informed regarding building grounds via email. Most residents are kind. My complaints regarding some residents are very minimal. No matter where you live it's always going to be those few people that don't respect sharing common areas. But maintenance does a great job staying on top of things and keeping common areas cleaned and smelling good.

This is a great building to live in. It is extremely well maintained and the maintenance team is very quick to respond when there is an issue. Living right on route 3 has its drawbacks but it is a convenient location for getting around.

The Monarch is a Great Community. Apartment are well appointed and the property is very well kept. Neighbors are quiet and very considerate. Great amenities and ample guest parking. If privacy is important this is the property for you.
