Besides the loud traffic from RT 3 and the constant smell of weed, living here has been great. I especially enjoy having the pool open now and having the parking deck so my car is not so much an inferno.

The Complex is a Quiet community. The grounds are well kept and safe. It would be nice if there were benches and a sitting area outside and a place for kids to play. (Slide, swings, sand box, sprinklers or basketball court).

the apartment building itself was dirty and poorly maintained. you can see on the baseboards in the hallways built up dirt, and the apartment I was shown had not been cleaned yet. even the terrace outside, the wall of the apartment and by the AC for the bedroom looked moldy.

It is a pleasant community and the neighbors are friendly. Management and the concierge are exceptional when it comes to issues with the apartment. I have been in the community for three years and I have no complaints.

In the time i have been here, there has not been anything negative occurring with the staff or amenities. It is a great place to stay if you can afford it of course. The main perk is the underground parking as there is no need to be concerned on snowy days lol. Only negative will be the accessibility to the complex as it is obly 1 route to go and leave and if there is a traffic jam or road closure, prepare to wait a while before they let you in.

Excellent customer service! Tickets are addressed promptly, and the property is well-maintained and clean. The reception staff are incredibly kind and responsive, making interactions a pleasure. It's a great place to live. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to assist, and the office personnel are equally welcoming and helpful.

Overall great experience. Love the covered parking and option to have storage units for a good price. The concierge at the front is a plus so I know my packages are safely delivered. Also having the butterfly door entrance helps not having to go all the way downstairs to let in a guest.

We love the Monarch. It's convenient, secured and safe. They're also very clean. I rated 3 stars for noise because there are specific kids who run around the hallways and they're always in the gym playing around.

Very Friendly People . Most of them hard work persons, like to party despite of the weather conditions and complaints of a few .. Lot of Dog's friends and Family Groups . Huge Culture diversity is mixed in a very welcoming environment!

Lately, not great. New property manager ------------, Regional manager ------------- and ---------------- from accounting are so disappointing ! Unorganized and unprofessional. They don’t care about the tenants. They don’t answer questions, make mistakes all the time and then leave you with the fees caused by their mistakes.

My boyfriend and I could not have had a better experience during our first visit at the Monarch. We were able to schedule a visit within the same day, which we both very much appreciated. The community was very well maintained, inside and outside, to include the parking garage. The lobby are was very clean and so were the various common areas. The concierge greeted us warmly and professionally. Myra, the assistant manager, was friendly and professional. She took her time showing us the community, to include two units, and provided us with useful information verbally and in writing. We left the community feeling certain that we wanted to live here. We could not have been more satisfied with the visit. The Monarch has all that we are looking for in an apartment and in a community: spacious updated apartments, walk-in closets, balcony, indoor garage parking for two (with the bonus that one spot is included in the rent) and amenities, specifically, the pool. Based on our visit, my boyfriend and I would highly recommend the Monarch to any prospective tenants.

Great place to live.. friendly staff ..place is safe to live and quiet. Transportation is very easy to get around. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a safe place to live for you and your family. School buses always available.

Ok experience. Building is convenient for me for work. But definitely needs improvement on management tenant. relationship. Stop nickel and dimeing your tenants for small things. Example $35 charge because of lockout

The cart has been broken for months. No new food trucks. Rent is way too high and increases way too often. Office staff is not knowledgable or helpful to your concerns. Gym needs to be bigger or moved to area downstairs that is empty.

The neighbors at the Monarch are great. We even have a group that became friends after one of the many events corporate organized. The only big problem is the leasing office, they do not make it easy to move or if you have any issue to resolve it.
