The maintenance guy was awesome, he realized I couldn’t go to bed with a hole in my door & came right over to put a new door handle on. I love everything about the Well except how the tenants let their dogs go to the bathroom & don’t clean up after them. Also, they are very messy when throwing their trash in the big dumpsters, there have been times where there was bags thrown in the ground like maybe people are having their children do this task & they just throw it near the dumpster. Very rude. This is a very nice apartment complex and the tenants should be doing their part to keep it that way!

So far I thoroughly enjoy staying here. The environment is very peaceful and very close to so many things. I enjoy the layout of my apartment, which really sold me. I also like that the apartment came with a ring camera. So far I’ve used the gym out of all amenities and that has been great!

From the office ladies to the maintenance men this apartment complex has been very responsive, helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond! I have truly enjoyed every encounter as they are very lovely individuals and everyone is very respectful, professional and friendly.

This community is a nice place to live. We have an issue with homeless people on our property going through our garbage and we also have an issue with garbage cans being too full and having no room to place garbage therefore people are placing the garbage on the ground this is an issue that needs to be addressed to keep all rodents, rats, etc. out.

Great place to live. Quiet, clean and affordable. Staff is nice and attentive. Maintenance is very quick to solve issues. Beautiful scenery. Complex is beautiful. Amenities are awesome. I chose The Well because of the location, the look, the style of the apartments and I love how modern they look.

I’ve been living here for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The management team is super friendly and always quick to help with anything that comes up. Maintenance requests get handled fast, and the property is always clean and well-kept.

Great community, my wife and I have been living here for over a year and a half and we love it. The community is great, location is great due to all the stores near by. The Well management and maintenance team are great, always helpful and quick to attend to work orders.

I think they are overpriced. Not safe for multiple reason, they don’t maintain the cleanliness of the pool, gym, stairways, etc as they should. There’s trees falling down all around which makes it hard to walk through. I have seen cockroaches around and there’s dog poop everywhere. I think they should take one day at least every 3 months to clean up everything. If you were to ask for volunteers I’m pretty sure a lot of people would join, What I love about this apartments is the location, so many things close by!

The Well is a very nice apartment. The maintenance team is top notch and they always fix things very quickly. The downside is that it's very expensive to live here (well it's more reasonable now, but I'm locked into a higher rate) and there is consistently dog poop like everywhere. But the amenities and apartment units themselves are very nice!

The Well is an excellent place to live. I came to this area to work as higher education executive and want to live where a lot of other professional people live, and this was it. It's quite, and allows me to enjoy living in an apartment complex again.

Maintenance worker showed up unannounced at my banging on my front door at 5 o’clock pm on a Sunday night! With no maintenance request no no prior notification, regardless of the time, hour or day of the week! Not cool or acceptable by any means. I’m just asking a friendly neighborly question is this a common occurrence or thing or is just me that thinks that the hour and time he showed up unannounced was weird and completely uncalled for and unnecessary?

This is the best community I’ve ever lived on maintenance. Staff is always on time. Front office is always kind and courteous. Every time I call for the littlest things and I know I could be annoying sometimes but they get everything that I asked done with the timely manner, and that is the best thing I could ever ask for.

Please Read-Bullying, Retaliation, and Very Dismissive
If you’re thinking about moving to The Well Apartments, here’s our honest experience after almost 3 years here. 1. Garage Door Issues: Our garage door broke multiple times. The manager, Ashley, had every single maintenance guy try to fix it — clearly outside their scope, but the effort was appreciated. However, her refusal to call a 24-hour garage repair service was unacceptable and left us stuck without proper repairs for extended periods. 2. Retaliatory Legal Letter: On May 22, 2025, we received a letter from The Well’s attorney banning us from in-person or phone contact with the office after a 49-minute meeting about noise complaints. Please see the attached letter from The Well Attorney. We have audio proving no aggression occurred. Oddly, during that same meeting, staff offered we could reserve the conference room for work — which completely contradicts the claim that we were a threat. 3. Privacy Concerns: During that meeting, a woman we believe to be the receptionist walked in, sat down, and gave unsolicited opinions without knowing all the facts. This felt like a clear breach of tenant privacy. 4. Flooded Patio & Damaged Property: On June 13, 2025, a cleaning company hired by The Well flooded our patio with dirty, foul-smelling water, ruining two pairs of shoes. We couldn’t use the space for days. It took four days and an email to the regional manager before anyone responded — despite management previously claiming there’s always someone available. 5. Intimidating Settlement Terms: After the maintenance supervisor came to take pictures, The Well agreed to pay for the shoes — but only if we signed an unreasonable release waiver. When we refused, they offered payment via personal check, which we declined in favor of certified funds or ACH. We finally received payment from the vendor on July 17, 2025, without having to sign the illegal release waiver that The Well tried to make us sign to receive payment for the damages caused. Please view the attached document that The Well wanted us to sign to get reimbursed for the damages caused by the cleaning service they hired. 6. Unsafe Living Environment: Since that attorney letter, we’ve been afraid to even request maintenance or use the amenities we pay for — the gym, pool, spa, community kitchen, game room, conference room, or even attend community events. This environment has caused significant stress and health issues requiring medical attention. 7. Maintenance & Apartment Conditions: Please see the attached photos showing trash left in front of our door for days. We have direct access from our garage, so the front door is only used for packages. Our dishwasher often requires multiple runs for dishes to be cleaned properly. The appliances are generally in poor condition, and there are issues throughout the apartment, including: o Burned-out or missing kitchen lights o A smoke alarm that fell off the wall due to pounding from the floors above o A bathroom faucet handle that falls off every time it’s used o Missing or faulty light fixtures in the bathroom It’s concerning that these issues exist while we don’t even feel safe submitting maintenance requests due to fear of retaliation from the office. 8. Mail Room Access: The front door to the mail room has been broken for at least a month, with a sign posted stating it doesn’t work. Residents are forced to walk around the rear of the building by the pool just to access their mail. There’s no excuse for this not being fixed in a timely manner, and it highlights a clear lack of care from management. Please see the attached photo of the sign. 9. Events We Can’t Attend: Imagine receiving emails like the one on August 3, 2025, promoting a cookie event in the office — celebrating National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day — while you can’t attend or enjoy any amenities because you were sent a letter barring you from any contact with the office. Living here has been pure hell over a situation based on lies the office staff told their attorney after failing to handle a previous issue correctly. 10. Discrepancies in Letters & Legal Action: The letter sent to us contained discrepancies compared to the one sent to the other party. Ours didn’t mention that everyone residing in our apartment needed to be on the lease, yet their letter did. This inconsistency raises serious questions about the legitimacy of the claims. We are filing a lawsuit against Greystar Property Management and pursuing civil action against each individual in the office who made false statements about us to justify these unwarranted stipulations. 11. Document Requests & Advice to Tenants: We have requested copies of these statements from Greystar via email to Regional Manager Paki Mitchell, who forwarded them to their lawyer. We also asked multiple times for meetings with Paki Mitchell to address our concerns, but we never received a response. Advice to other residents: Document everything. The office may try to bully or intimidate tenants into signing documents that are clearly illegal. We have proof of all interactions and are confident we will be vindicated regarding the false statements that have caused significant stress in our lives. 12. Proof & Supporting Evidence: Attached is a link from our Ring system showing another resident describing how the office handled a car break-in. We experienced the same dismissive and careless responses — the fact is, they do not care. Beware of the fees associated with your Ring service and note that there are glitches in the system when trying to view footage. This is an honest review, and everything stated here is true. We will update it once court dates and verdicts are set. Bottom line: The Well looks nice on the surface, but our experience has been filled with retaliation, intimidation, lack of accountability, and poor communication. Future residents should be aware of these ongoing issues before deciding to move here. From the beginning, they made the move-in process feel effortless. Every question I had was answered promptly, the communication was clear and professional, and all the details were handled with care. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before my move-in date. On move-in day, my apartment was spotless and ready to go. The maintenance team even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable in my new home. Their warmth and professionalism made a stressful time feel easy and welcoming. I just moved in about two weeks ago and I am so happy with the decision I made. I feel safe in my new community which was a big priority for me. Cecilia and Sydnee demonstrated exceptional patience and responsiveness in addressing all my inquiries throughout the move-in process. I always ask a lot of questions so I appreciate them so much for answering everything! They truly make The Well feel like home. Sydnee and Cecilia (Cee Cee) are actually a big factor on why I chose this apartment over others. Chris and Aaron from the maintenance team have also been incredibly helpful. Shortly after I moved in, I requested to have my tub reglazed, and Chris had someone take care of it the very next day. I also submitted a request to have my bathroom cabinet repaired and Aaron responded promptly and took care of it right away.

Grounds are maintained and it’s definitely a community I would highly recommend for family living that is conveniently located to shopping and family activities. Definitely a plus factor to have a 24 hour gym and pool access
