We moved here before this Pandemic hit. To date, the staff has been nothing but friendly when I call with questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is wonderful and chatty and get things done right away. They also ask you if any other work can be done before they leave just in case you forgot something on you work order. Our neighbors are nice and we do not hear any loud noise from their apartment other than the occasional doggies barking but thats normal. Anyway, we are happy we chose The Well vs. other apartments near the area to call home. We even recommended people here and they recently moved in as well.

Always clean and fairly quiet. I like the big open space. I can breathe and move around with comfort and peace. All the staff are polite and greet me when I see them. I love the flowers blooming now around the compound.

I have always been very well attended. Marilou has always been very attentive and provided a first-rate service. The apartments are very well structured and modern. The kitchen is my favorite space. In addition to offering a large kitchen fully integrated with the living room, it offers convenience when it comes to cooking. I'm sure the staff will understand your needs and help you choose the best apartment for your family.

Recently moved here from Pennsylvania and so far so good. I have enjoyed my short time here. The staff is helpful and friendly and so are the neighbors. You have everything you need within 5-10 minute driving distance. Definitely glad I chose The Well so far!!

Everything was awesome from the tour to the move in. The staff was very communicative and helped out so much. The property is beautiful and I have used the pool several times now and loved it. My apartment is so modern yet comfortable. I would highly recommend The Well Apartments.

I just moved in so I still have quite a bit of road to go before I can give an honest review. As I mentioned before though, when it comes to the move-in experience, Id just hope that the product knowledge training gets extended so that the next prospective leaser isnt led astray. Outside of this, management has to make sure that maintenance comes In to clean every unit and check the appliances before someone else moves in .

My wife and I really really enjoy this apartment, especially because we were the first to live in the unit, we have the large 1 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. Everything is awesome inside the unit, we love the windows and our dogs love them more, the appliances are top notch and Caspar is really convenient when it wants to work, but some things were rushed and you can tell. Noise Is definitely the downfall of this place, people slam their doors like they stormed out of a room after an argument and it shakes the whole wall. This happens as well with the downstairs tenants with their doors and the garage door itself. If you have a loud upstairs neighbor good luck, we almost broke our lease because the noise was so excessive in the middle of the night and we were going insane from not getting enough sleep, it was like we had a newborn. The grounds are nice but I always see trash that sometimes hasnt been picked up for days and I would know because I walk my dogs twice a day everyday. Some people have real hard time picking up after their dog, all the pet owners here are supposed to be fined if they dont pick up after them but I really find that hard to believe for the amount of crap I see, especially when there is a trash can 2 ft away from piles of dog crap left from lazy owners. The amenities are pretty nice to have as well, we love that the pool is heated, the gym is pretty good and I love playing a game of billiards. Plus the free snacks and drinks are nice treat after getting my mail. Overall we love this apartment and are very happy here, but its still apartment living.

I've lived here over a year now. Staff members are friendly and helpful . The staff pre Covid 19 planned events in our community. The Apartments are nice. Since Covid 19, the staff have been helpful with passing on information about rents payments. The owners of the Wells haven't given tents a break . Sure you can make payment plans, however you will have to pay sooner than later. The owners should do more. How about 25 to 50 percent reduction. That saving would help the tenants immensely. Groceries, utilities, car payments. Everyone needs help. Humanity shouldn't come with a $ sign.

The manager and leasing agents are extremely professional and consistent. They are friendly and do an outstanding job following up consistently. The maintenance team is professional and organized. They are knowledgeable and skilled. The grounds are clean. I'm not happy with the way the Caspar team left an unacceptable amount of wall plates that are a brutal eyesore. It interferes with decorative decisions and makes the apartment appear to be a previous data center converted into an apartment. There are just too many plates plastered oall over the walls in every room. They should be removed, patched with drywall, blended with texture and matched paint to conceal them properly. Other that, I love the general decor, the staff is amazing and professional, the grounds are clean and attractive and the maintenance team is five star, stellar professionals. The Well is the best property in Henderson.

Even with the current State shutdown ordering everyone inside and quarantined, the well told me i have to leave by the 23rd which is the 60 day date i gave them before all this happened. I am definitely going to take my case to the courts especially if i get sick during the move when i should be inside

I've lived here for about a year and a half and feel like I have a pretty good opinion about this place. First off the location is pretty good, almost direct freeway access and you are pretty close to every necessity you need. The move in process was pretty straight forward and more so being that I moved out of state doing everything through email and phone calls. All of the staff was really helpful and I didn't feel like I was being rolled over the coals. Here's my review of living here. Amenities - When you move in, even on the website, they try to sell you on the amenities. Sure they are nice but I have almost never used them. Gym is ok, they have a good amount of equipment for an apartment gym, but I need more so I just go to LVAC up the street. The pool is nice but in the summer it is packed everyday and you can barely get on a grill as they are always being "cleaned" or broken, I've used the girl precisely 1 time. Clubhouse is cool it's nice to show off to guests but it's not really practical and I never find myself there. Caspar is a joke, the functionality is really crappy and after a month they start billing you on your rent statement, and then when you want to cancel you have to call some Caspar rep blah blah blah. Community- The community here is not the greatest or worst I've lived in. Generally, everyone is friendly and I haven't had problems with neighbors. Only concern is walking your dog you might get flattened by people thinking the complex is i15. All of the walkways are nice, the landscaping is nice, but maintenance needs to clean the exterior more often as I find trash littering the breezeway all of the time outside my apartment. Dwelling - The dwelling itself is nice and modern. I have a 2 bed 2 bath unit with an attached garage. The garage is awesome! The apartment finishings are nice and I have gotten a lot of compliments from guests on how nice it looks. The absolute worst part of living here is the noise. It's kind of become white noise to me over the past year but it is REALLY noticeable when you move in. I live on the first floor and it sounds like there's a sumo wrestling match above me all the time. There is no insulation on the pipes so it sounds like a waterfall whenever the unit above you is using any kind of water. I live in one of the units right by the construction (yes I was aware of it when I moved in), but it is really bad some days. There is about 10 feet between your bedroom window and a crane full blown slamming framing on the ground. It is annoying for sure, especially when you wanna sleep in after working 60 hours a week. Value- Living here is not cheap. I pay upwards of 1400 a month here not including internet and electric. Rent seems to fluctuate monthly a couple bucks don't really know why but has stayed pretty consistent. The app is awesome to pay rent. All in all if you want a really nice looking apartment and amenities to show off to people the Well is your place. Not all of it is practical and the building construction is pretty cheap and the community is just OK. I would have a hard time recommending this place to someone else beyond the positives that I mentioned. My first house is being built right now and I'm counting the days until my lease is up and I move in.

I have lived at the well for a little over a year and absolutely love it. Its in a convenient location and I love all the events that are held for the residents. Everyone is very nice and helpful, and the apartments are beautiful! I definitely plan to stay here for a while!

Aside from witnessing several arguments, a murder, hearing a drive by, getting a vehicle broken into, seeing homeless people sleeping, and seeing dumpster divers, everything else is ok. I do not like that nothing was done to make up for the amenities being stripped for months.

Management is rude and they like to fine. I have had major allergy issues since moving in! I think there may be some air quality issues. Apartments are nice but you hear everything your neighbors do. Oh and all units are connected so if someone is smoking on the third floor it comes through. I do not recommend these apartments or this community.

I have lived in many different apartment complexes through out different states. This is the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. The staff are always available and friendly. Activities are fun and varied. The amenities are first class. I love that it is safe, clean and very quiet. The option of a garage was new to me and adds to the complex feeling like home.
