This community has definitely gone to the gutter since I first became a resident. Seems like I’m always stepping over trash once I walk into my building. The pool used to be accessible 24/7 but now closes at 4pm. There is no longer a sense of community here. My car has been broken into twice in the past year. I’m aware this isn’t a gated community but we did have a hired security company patrolling the complex at night, but I havent seen them in a long time. Do not move here for safety. This is one of those places that still blames their lack of service on covid.

I’ve been living here for going on a month now. The units are very nice and spacious. Love the floor to ceiling windows & lighting features they have throughout. & I’m sure the smart home feature is nice when I take the time to learn how to work it. The community is beautiful & I can tell they have a lot planned for this area. Quick access to EVERYTHING!!! Staff is nice, maintenance could respond faster I’m use to 24/48hrs. Overall 9/10 definitely would recommend.

My experience at the community has been overall good. I understand the COVID Pandemic greatly influenced the services that could be safely provided; however, I look forward to when we resume the monthly food & drink activities at the community.

My significant other and I have had a great experience thus far in the moving in process. Jennifer in the office has been excellent in answering questions/concerns. We enjoy the amenities this community has to offer including coffee and pool table in the main lobby as well as the gym.

My experience with community has been short lived, Ive met some of my neighbors through walking to the gym to walking a friends dog and meeting other furry friends in the community. Everyone is friendly and willing to say hi

Its just extremely loud. We are in the third story and can here every single thing. It shouldnt be like this. Our dog barks at everything and we get noise complaints because of the fact that we can hear everything. We have actually considered breaking our lease many times. Everyones doors slam and we get singled out along with another door. They doors are extremely heavy and close on there own very fast before we can even catch the door. I am not recommending this place to live to any of my friends. The apartment is nice but its not worth it.

I have wonderful experience at The Well. The staffs were kind and helpful. The Well is in a close proximity to stores and hospital. I can see the beautiful mountains and Las Vegas Strip from my deck. I am so glad that I made The Well my new home.

The well is perfect, my family loved live here, my kids loved the community, my apartment is so huge and comfortable for my family. I appreciate all maintained and staff for hard work everyday. Thank you so much for all support with everything, first of all at pandemic time.

Neighbors are silent. The staff is great and the Maintenance really cares about their job. Pool is always clean. The only thing is, the pricing is outrageous for not including utilities. Parking is it not great at all. If you are a family with multiple vehicles, good luck. Oh and when renewing a lease here, your rent will go up.

I have had a wonderful experience at The Well. The staff is friendly and attentive and I don't have any issues with my apartment. Sometimes people speed through the neighborhood at 2 AM but it seems to happen less now.

Overall this is a great community staff very helpful for the most part. Somethings are just out of community control. Enjoy living here just concerned with neighbors smoking to much weed its going through AC Vents. Biggest concern with the well being of my 2 year old.

It has been a great place to live overall. Awesome location, everything nearby, and a pretty safe area. The garage is a huge plus to keep the car cool during the summer and safe in general. The only thing I've ever had issue with are people revving their engines at all hours and speeding through the lot but that's not a unique issue.

All of the staff members have been helpful. Although there were a couple of issues wothin my apartment upon move-in, the staff provided assistance that addressed those concerns. Although I have not lived here for a long time, I recommend living in this community.

At this time I wish not to make a comment. One additional comment The neighbor next door and apartment 1938 have been slamming their front door since March of 2019. When the door is slammed so hard it has been a few occasion part of my apartment decor has fallen on the floor however, did not break. The next time that the next door neighbor in apartment 1938 slammed the door real hard I may have to contact Henderson Nevada Police department to file a noise complaint. Again this issue been going on for over two years and some other issues with the same neighbor with the dog and etc has been resolved except for the continuous slamming of the front door.

A great community to start, but on the decline lately. Safety, noise and smoking have all become concerns and diminished the living experience over the past year. Addressing those concerns could make it a good community once again.

Super beautiful and friendly apartments! The 24 hour amenities are one of my favorite parts of living here! Maintenance was quick and efficient. Caspar is really awesome and convenient so its worth it! Definitely luxury living!

My experience at The Well has been great, but security and things like being charged for other people throwing out furniture is irritating. I have also tried to contact the office by phone multiple times and I often get sent to voicemail. These are just few things that I feel the new management should improve, but other than that I do enjoy living here.

I am impressed by everyone that works here. They are very good at their jobs. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. They are courteous, and did I mention that everyone from office to maintain the grounds are always working diligently, which a very good ethnic. I like to say that everything is perfect. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They work hard and I see it daily. This apartment complex has made everything easy and I love it. They I mean everyone that works here deserves a thank you from me. I want to mention how safe everything is. I love everything about this place. I want to thank everyone for working. So far the community and staff have been great. Everyone has been friendly for the most part. The areas are really clean for my little guy to run around and play. The amenities are nice as well and the staff is always keeping it up to par.

Horrible experience once greystar management took over, staff at office helpless and rude and horrible transition if greystar taking over. We had to go out of our way in the middle of a pandemic to Walmart to get a money order because new management couldn't get it together

Maintenance is always timely whenI have submitted requests. The location is excellent. The parking is close enough. Design is modern and upkeep easy, and I seem to have enough closet space. Bathrooms are different and that is welcome change. Patio is open and airy with a decent view.

This community has been a breath of fresh air! Its clean, beautiful, neighbors are kind and friendly! Staff has been supportive, and patience through the process! Please hold off before jumping on one of their move in specials. You will end up facing more problems than ever. Below is a full detailed review of why me and my husband decided to move out after living in this beautiful community for 18 months. Reasons for leaving: Safety- being a non-gated community I've had my car broken into twice, my friend in building 16 got her entire apartment ransacked, no 24 hour security on property or reachable by phone. This has become alarming and nerve wracking. The office also will not notify you of these things happening on property. Lack of local amenities- when moving in and signing an 18 month lease we were sold on Union Village, the dog park that was getting built, and the amphitheater, but seeing none of those is upsetting. We understand delays happen but seeing any of those projects come to life (they haven't even broken ground) makes me question if we would have ever seen them during our lease. Change of management- The Well had an amazing office when we first moved in but has rotated more times than I can count. Carla has been insanely missed by myself and many in the community since moving to The Aviary. I'm sure all the new ladies are wonderful but a simple introduction email would've been nice so I can put a face to who I'm speaking to on the phone. They claim in previous reviews that their team has been loyal, any new employees are just people you've probably not met. That is all a lie. Where's Giovanni or the other gal that used to work front desk who swabbed my dogs mouth! Communication - The management, especially Danielle, lack timely communication skills. I recently waited 18 days to hear a response about my security deposit, and after calling and speaking to the 3rd assistance property manager in 18 months, I finally received a response "I am so sorry! Your email was sitting in the drafts. I just sent it. Have a great day!" So unacceptable. Billing - Utilities are not metered per unit. You will pay utilities from the entire building divided by the size of your unit and how many people live there. I called conservice "their billing company" and complained and their response "Well at least if you have a visitor and use extra water you wont be charged for them, it'll be divided by everyone" I responded " Well if another unit does that then they screw me over, so why would I want to screw them over..." You also have a community electric fee, which I thought covered the cost of the clubhouse, but after it closed and I was still being charged that fee, I found out it also covers the carports and exterior lights. Pretty sure you legally have to have those lights, so to make a residents pay for them is absurd. Reviews- Don't believe every review you read, they have members of their team and their husbands leaving reviews. I've attached those photos Amanda Carson was one of our previous assistance property manager, and her husband was Joshua. Two people we've seen enjoying the pool before but did not live there. They also left reviews on The Aviary's webpage. Funny how you can live in two places at once... Move Out - Last but not least, our move out inspection, or the one we never had. We were told day of that an emergency came up and that we wouldn't be given a move-out inspection. Instead we were told to take pictures of the unit for review. After moving out I found out that they would only be returning $21 of my $300 deposit. Most was used to pay for my final utility bill, so I knew I wouldn't get it all back, but I was charged a $60 partial paint fee, even after being told not to paint the unit myself, a carpet cleaning fee (it's Vegas and I lived there for 18 months so I get it) and a $60 partial cleaning fee. Pictures below will show you I left the unit it tip top shape. Even Penny, the new assistant property manager, agreed and said it looked perfect. This is a very honest and non biased review. This is not saying I didn't love living here, because i did. Clearly a lot of work to be done with management and policies. Why are people leaving so often?!?
