Like the community real well. The community is real good. Well kept and real nice people. Have met a lot of nice people here. I am kept real busy here. The maintenance people are real nice and do a good job. Everyone is real nice.

Communication with residents is horrible. The office staff also have major communication problems. One person tells you one thing and another tells you something completely different. Office staff always says I need to follow up on this or Im unsure let me find out

Specially Marilou, Kaila and maintenance staff are amazing! Always knowledge, helpful and hospitality in the office. For us all is good and we recommend this community because you can feel here like in your real home.

I love it here. Its such a chill place to stay. The ONLY down fall that I can say is the building structure is so so LOUD.. Other than that The Well is very nice. The staff is the most appealing attraction to The Well..

Wonderful the staff at the office are great its just that some lack of quality control that I've noticed such as not being able to properly open dishwasher because the floorboard underneath was not installed proper, or that the ring from my ceiling fire sprinkle fell randomly,Or that my blinds failed within one month of living as well Casper was having multiple issues such as turning lights on and off and closing window blinds the breaker/fuse box in bedroom doesn't close properly.

The office staff is great. The only request I have is that my upstairs resident allows his dog to scratch on the windows etc. If this person is not home, perhaps someone else could care for the animal.

The place is great. Me and my pregnant wife and two dogs just moved here from WA and we love the place. The neighbors are super friendly, the complex is very safe, and the apartment was AMAZING. I was deployed overseas 5 days after we moved in and the neighbors keep checking on my wife and help her with whatever she needs. I highly recommend this place.

Great location. Close to Costco, Target. Galleria Mall, Sunset Casino, variety of restaurants, Cowabunga bay & Henderson Hospital. I rented the bigger of the two 1 bedroom apartments which is the perfect size for me and my two kitties. Very pet friendly community. I see my neighbors walking their dogs on the walkway that goes around the property. Love my new kitchen with the big sink which I always wanted and my kitties love the floor to ceiling windows which I do too. Noise hasn't been an issue like my previous apartments, I can't hear my next door neighbors conversations. Since I live on the second floor, I do hear footsteps and movement of my neighbors upstairs but I expected it when I chose the second floor. AC is a bit loud. I have it on auto so when the fan kicks in, you can hear the fan blowing which rattles the blinds in my bedroom. I have had problems with Caspar tech in my apartment since move in but currently working with Caspar to fix. It looks like it can be useful but havent been able to use it properly yet to get the full experience. I feel safe here which is a huge plus for me. The Well has a secure mailroom so unlike my previous apartment my packages won't get stolen. Only been here 2weeks so haven't had a chance to use the pool or fitness center yet but looking forward to it. The main building where the management offices are located always has a refrigeratof full of drinks and snacks that we can enjoy as well as residents appear to love to hang out there because there is a great sense of community here. Iam looking forward to the Well BBQ get together next weekend to get to know my neighbors a bit more. Overall, I have had a great experience with just a few hiccups but hiccips are expected since no place is absolutely perfect. I am happy to call The Well my home.

The new complex is very nice and the staff is doing excellent job by keeping it that way.... Although tenant have to STOP throwing furniture items away in the dumpsters... Republic does not pick those type of garbage up.....

Beautiful place friendly staff. Construction continues. Maintenance is terrible. Paying rent is a hassle. Love Casper and garage. Location and socials are wonderful. Love that they accept pets. Kombucha is AWESOME when not out.

I love this beautiful brand new property in Henderson. The three bedroom with the garage attached was my absolute favorite! I am happy that I was able to visit the property for the day. The associate were very warm and welcoming. I would love to visit again soon.

Run and don't move here I can say this would be a trap the management is unprofessional and racist they try to evict you because of their lack To address issues that their tenants complain about for example this property has no dog park and many of the residents think it's ok to allow their dogs to ---- and piss in the front of your balcony and windows and when you complain nothing is done about it instead they will file Evection against you for speaking up for what is clearly a violation of Henderson Municipal code 7.08.010 which states it's illegal for you to allow your dog to waste on other people's property ... and according to Daniel the property manager at the well it's ok because after I caught a resident allowing his 2 dogs to go all over my front patio I was masked as the aggressor and a nuisance and am currently in court with them fighting this, while the guy with the 2 dogs who broke the law gets treated at as the victim she is also trying to evict me and say that I'm responsible to pay the rent here for the entire term of 19 moths or until they lease my apartment again which is complete -------- because the property is new and it's almost 500 units who's to say when mine will be rented and to top it all off they wait until u signed your lease to tell me that I can't use my Medicinal marijuana which I use for anxiety and PTSD this was not revealed to me on the tour not was it revealed to me when I sat down to do my Lease this was only revealed when I was giving my keys and given a list of rules that violated the properties policies this is a tactic that is being used to get people into the apartments under false advertisement and once you Have signed your lease and start living here you will be slapped with several Notices and then eventually they'll try to evict you and say you still have to pay the rent so do yourself a favor don't lease here they're way too many places in Henderson to live besides the well they say live well at the well but then there's dog ---- and dog piss littered all over the sidewalks of this new property and because they say the owner considers dogs as humans it's OK to provide such a health hazard to the residence run run run run don't lease here you'll regret it and the walls are very very thin I hear everything my neighbors do even when they flush the toilet.

My community experience is well rounded, with tanning by the pool in the summer to getting a good pump going at the gym. I love the little events they host in the office area serving drinks and food! Cant wait for covid-19 to be over to have the gatherings again.

Staff is very kind and responds quickly to concerns. Only thing I have not been happy with since my stay here is a pet fine that we were charged with. It was our first offense which they would not waive with a warning, it was very expensive and caused me and my husband a lot of financial stress since he was in between jobs. They worked a payment plan to split it into two payments with me, but stated that the fee couldn't be waived because it was stated on the lease. I checked and did not see that the charge would be $300... it was not clearly stated. I appreciate them willing to work with us but that charge is ridiculous. We would have learned our lesson with a warning or at least a reasonable fine amount. We are responsible tenants, we pay on time, every time. Its a shame because we still see a lot of feces that is not picked up on the premises and I'm hoping we are not the only ones they chose to charge.

The most amazing place I have ever rented! I highly recommend The Well. I gave security 4 stars because there is no security and the property is not gated in. However, I do feel completely safe there, especially since the entire property is well lit at night.

So far so good. Moved in April 1st. So time will tell. However based on my time here so far I would recommend anybody to live here. Great amenities and friendly staff. Units are fresh and plenty of parking. Events held by office are nice as well.

Actually since we still have not sold our house in Texas we have not physically moved into the apartment, even though the lease was signed and began five weeks ago, Therefore, I cannot answered many of the questions. I had requested that someone check the vacant apartment and make sure everything was ok; I was assured that someone did check and all is ok with our apartment.

It has been great so far. The app does not have the latest info it seems, and I have not gotten an apartment number placard yet. Friendly people and a very nice complex. Love to see the amount of dogs, but dog areas that are grass or turf would make this community 10/10.

My husband and I love living here! We are so glad we signed a two year lease, because we love our apartment and are looking forward to all the cool developments that are coming to the neighborhood. We were sold on the open floor plan & our kitchen/living room, but the Union Village construction coming was the dealbreaker we were looking for.

WARNING FOR ANYONE APPLYING! The management company for this complex is Avenue 5 and come to find out after applying at The Well that it's actually the same company that "used to" manage Castile in Henderson which we had horrific issues with in the past. (From not disclosing fees until the last minute, being disorganized, and not even being able to find their own units in the complex, and the list goes on.) Do your self a favor and do some simple online searches before applying here and giving them $50 per applicant just to be denied. (We have been approved for every other community we applied to except this one, we make almost 7 times the rent amount and do not have bad credit.) Also research the screening company they use called RentGrow both companies have a long lengthy list of complaints and lawsuits that go back years. Even calling the property manager, corporate office, and RentGrow not a single one of them were helpful or even willing to rectify the wrongful denial of our application. The lights at the pool are way too bright. They should be turned off at a certain time. The little colored gentlemen in the weight room had taken over the place. It would be great to guests if he had a certain block of time to do his thing. The other day he had teenage kids in there for lessons. Idk if they were even residents or not. It didnt seem like it. When he is in there it takes up the whole place. I am all for him having classes but block out times so the rest of us can get a good comfortable workout in.
