For over a week, dog poop has been strewn all over the apartment flower beds and they haven't cleaned it up. Homeless people are often seen rummaging through the garbage dumps. The noise from the gym nearby late at night is very loud. The area around the apartment is very dirty.

The Well provides a great space for renters who can feel at home. There is enough space for us to go walk around and it is very pet friendly which is a major factor for us. The location is also a big plus since its near the major stores that we need to go to every now and then. And its near the freeway.

Amazing community and office team

The team has been amazing front the start. When i leased with Gracie she was so helpful, her manager, Ashley was also friendly and welcomed me. Then when Chris walked the apartment with me at move in he was super helpful.

The Well Apartment Homes have exceptional Staff in all departments. Engaging Events & Foodie Experience's. Ring is a nice amenity addition to track deliveries.Residing here for a year now and willingly renewing. The only issue is the highly questionable bad business company Conservice used for the third party utility billing company.

I did feel safe until the shooting happened. And my upstairs neighbor is ridiculously noisy like stomping u hear everything, it's not good. I want to transfer to another apartment but now u have to go thru the process of being a new tenant which is crazy cause I live here already.

The Well is by far the best apartment community in Henderson. It’s close to everything, the staff is incredible, and the grounds are well kept! The staff is so thoughtful, always remembering to say hello.

Overall staff is very pleasant and helpful. The property is well kept by the maintenance team. Gym always clean. Pool area always clean. I locked myself out on Labor Day. The maintenance staff got me back in my place in no time. Living at the well has been a pleasure thanks to the staff.

I've been here for almost 4 years, when I first moved in I live in a second floor unit with my 2 year old, and my downstairs neighbor complained on me while I was moved furniture after, I eneded up getting moved to a downstairs unit due to my neighbor unfairly complaining on me almost everyday after I finished moving in my furniture, since I've been downstairs my experience has been much more relaxed

The Well is a calm and clean community for families and all other individuals. The pool is great, it has a walking distance park, and it is overall a safe community. There is lots of parking available for guests and friends to visit.

I really like my community, the amenities and the functions that are held for our enjoyment. I don’t see the benefits with the ring camera since you have to subscribe at an extra cost for the video recording.

The overall experience at the Well is great compared to other apartment complexes. I feel safe here and it is a perfect sized apartment for me. The people who work here are very friendly. Some of my neighbors are weirdos but you can’t pick your neighbors unfortunately.

When having to move from a house rental due to the owner choosing to sell The Wells came up on my apartment finder. The staff made it easy to tour it when I just happened to drop in with no appointment. They checked back with me after the tour and eventually after looking at a few other apartments chose The Wells for not only the beautiful modern look on the inside but the amazing amenities and honestly the management staff. We’ve been here almost a month and I love everything. The grounds are kept clean, the building we live in is quiet and the paved walking to the park next door with two dog parks is super convenient for our pooches.

Good, Cadence was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. Highly recommend checking these apartments out. Complaints online seem unfounded or exaggerated from my experience. So far so good check it out!!

A lot has happened wrong from the beginning. My reserve apartment for the first floor was give away, and I'm temporary disabled. The second apartement was a wreck and I could move in on time, he air conditioning was broken and wirs were hanging out of the AI system. Some broke in the time space of maintenance doing repairs. The washer and stove malfunctioned and maintenance took forever to check things out and then my daughter got electrocuted. And then the AI malfunctioned. I'm at a lost for words anymore.

It's been about three weeks since moving in...and I feel so lucky to have found The Well apartments. The apartments are rather new, but even better the ceilings are very high, and my one bedroom feels so spacious. It has a dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer, you don't need any appliances at all and they are all rather new. I'm on the first floor, very little noise from neighbors, almost to the point where I was wondering if they were there. The complex is also very quiet in general, the location works for me...close to the highway, Costco, Target, Walmart, Mall, etc. The best part is, that the management, Cadence and Ozzie, have been super helpful, and at least one has always been available in the informal office area. They have been super kind and so friendly, it has really made my transition to apartment life so much easier. Just super thankful to them both. Sang
