So far my experience has been excellent with no real issues. Any of the tiny issues I’ve had have been handled with urgency and I appreciate that! The area and staff are hands down some of the best that I’ve had personally.

I like living in this community it’s quiet and they are friendly and have quite a few events also the amenities are great and the outside is always clean the apartments are nice and up to date I have no complaints since I moved in

Day to day is fine. We have had SWAT team break into an apartment building across from us, there are a few people who peel/burn out of the complex or rev their engines in the middle of the night, I had an issue with the management team telling me to be up at 5am for pest control only for the pest guy to tell me they cannot come until 9 am when the property managers are present, sometimes neighbors play music too loud or smoke weed. Property management also put a tow warning sticker on our car for parking in our dedicated space after telling another newly moved in tenant they could have our space and I also had my wallet stolen from outside of my apartment where someone fraudulently charged my card for vans and Nike shoes. Oh and homeless people rummage through the trash occasionally (take yesterday for example). Other then that things have been fine.

The Well has great community. The location is accessible to many opportunities. Amenities for sure are great! The staff are very helpful. When I moved in, it was smooth transaction and the unit was clean.

The Well is a well maintained property. The property management and maintenance team seem to be on top of things. Overall great experience so far. The units have a smart home system that operate the lights and camera which is a plus but the app tends to be buggy.

Normal for over all. The neighborhood I lived in was quite average. The area around the trash bins was often dirty and messy, and the sound insulation was not great.It left much to be desired. Staffs is good but phone is hard to get in.

Hello, I've lived in the complex over 5yrs now and I'm aware that some of the Appliances May need Updating. My comment is for Paul the Assistant Maintenance Manager, Paul is very Professional, knowledgeable and Courteous. I put my order in for the A/C issue I had and he arrived on time the day that was convenient for me. Which I really appreciated I was working from home on 11/10/2023 My A/C panel was not working after testing the A/C Paul new right away that it needed to be replaced, he also replaced the filters and now the A/C is working great. I appreciate his professionalism and he is a great asset to the Greystar/Well Property.

The apartments were built without any additional insulation or concrete to keep the noise from traveling through each floor. Every person above me has lived as if no one is beneath them and it makes me really not like living here.

Dont trust the 5 star reviews. Do not live here. Rebuild with walls that actually block sound instead of every sound being amplified. I never touch my guitar, one of my only sources of true happiness, because I worry about upsetting neighbors. Neighbors, by the way, who don't give a damn about stomping, slamming doors, screaming arguments, loud engine cars, and dog barking. The planes and helicopters are loud beyond belief. Hire competent staff for the front desk. If someone says they are unavailable for calls until after 5p, but email is okay, they should only be emailing. They shouldn't mess up your lease twice. You shouldn't have to move into a place with broken features and animal stains then get told to buy your own lightbulbs after nearly 3 weeks of living there before maintenance even can look at it. They shouldn't ask you to "come in so we can discuss this" for issues you bring up, which just screams that they don't want a paper trail of proof that they ain't gonna do anything to address the issues. Hire proper maintenance, with full staff and well pay. Enforce the pet policies for large breed restrictions, given that many here have a massive dog that is not friendly and pulling them by the leash instead of controlled. Hire a pool company to maintain the pool, which is broken every few weeks. Have a shift for the office that is open until 6 or 7pm so people who work during the day can use the "clubhouse" to play billiards or get the snacks that are said to be free. Stop charging people to pay for the electricity of the compound, especially when it's closed to them 90% of the time if they work during the day. And *especially* when people charge their electric cars and you want me to pay for it? How is my base rent ~$1470, yet I'm paying tacked on fees totalling ~$1620?? I feel bait and switched. I feel taken advantage of. Don't even call me about fixing things, especially because I won't take the dang call because I work, but especially because Im moving as soon as my lease is up. I made my mind to move within the first month and haven't even fully unpacked. Homeless people have dug through the trash, someone broke into my car and rifled through my glove box (nothing worth stealing but come on). You'll see tow trucks constantly, so they sure love getting on people's case over their car but I've never even seen a security guard. Don't even get me started on the weed smell 24/7 of the stinkiest weed you can imagine. I don't care if someone smokes, just smoke something that doesn't reek. I hate it here. This has been one of the worst years of my life because of my sleep being disrupted and my finances getting tied up in -------- hidden fees. I'm furious about living here. Greystar is not a bad company, having lived at one of their properties before, but how the well has been managed, whether by them or whomever is the new manager of the week, has managed it quite poor. It is a fancy looking bag of excrement, and you do not whatsoever get what you pay for.

Staff sucks here and the apt buildings made poorly. I can’t believe this place was built in 2018 and keeps causing many issues in apt units. It’s terrible. Things stop working and maintenance guys don’t care even if the AC is not working when it’s 120 degrees out. This is exactly why I want to move out

The Well is an update apartment with decent amenities. However, there is a lack of maintenance personnel. Management has a high turnover rate.When I moved into The Well, I was impressed with the barn doors and Casper. Initially, there was no noise and maintenance was good. Over time, I got upstairs neighbors with a two year old who would run continuously. I am a flight attendant and my sleep hours vary. Parents should take a second floor apartment above garages or a first floor apartment. The current manager had never introduced herself, nor has she responded to me regarding a wrongful charge. I questioned this charge on June 1st, it is now June 23rd. I’m disappointed in the new management at the Well.

Cars drive too fast in the complex. Work orders don’t get completed in a timely manner. Having to wait 2 months is ridiculous. The system in my unit didn’t work for 2 months but I was still charged for it. Nobody refunded me even thought they said they would. Overall my experience living here has been good. But just like any place there are struggles.

Dumps with fancy light switches. All day every day from 5:00am till midnight all you hear are airplanes and helicopters. It’s directly in the flight path of landing aircraft. At night you can’t walk down a sidewalk without having to dodge cockroaches. They’re everywhere. Over the past year the pool was shutdown by the health department for months and months. Did they properly manager return the amenity fee to the tenants? The entire place is covered with the dog poop your neighbors don’t clean up. The office is run by a third party property management company. Big red flag.

Having lived at the Well for just about a month now, it really is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. The floor plan of my 1 bedroom unit is laid out in such a way that feels very spacious given the square footage, and the modern amenities are such a benefit I think it's well worth it. Nayib on the leasing team was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to handle what we needed done. The place wasn't super clean when I first moved in (the floors were pretty bad and the toilet wasn't spotless in particular) but I always clean any place I move into so it wasn't a big deal. Seth from the maintenance team was a pleasure to have in our new home to take care of the few minor items we needed fixed upon move-in, and everyone was very communicative throughout the whole process. We haven't gotten a chance to really use the pool yet but the gym in the community is pretty solid and being 24/7 accessible via key fob is a massive plus for someone who's regularly up pretty late. Overall, I'd highly recommend the Well and would make this decision again if I had to go back.

I give this place a solid 3/10. I haven’t even lived here a month. Countless problems, no one cleans up after their dogs, the entry ways are dirty, kids run around with no supervision messing with things and saying inappropriate things… to me specifically, the parking is horrible, and we moved in to find out that our doors will not close to our bedrooms and other rooms, our a/c unit is obnoxiously loud, we had ants inside, the fan in my son’s bathroom is stuck on and won’t turn off, and when our dish washer runs water spews out by the kitchen sink creating a giant puddle. Do better. I lived at an apartment complex in 2019 and never once had problems, no maintenance needed, clean complex, great experience overall… they are just too expensive now.

Staff is good. Has an incident where a homeless couple came in my apartment through the patio door. I did inform staff members and was told to call the police but I had already done so. No other incidents but I was quite surprised for the amount of rent I pay.

So far we love it here! We have been at the pool almost every other day, the fitness center is beautiful, and our neighbors are friendly and quiet! We feel safe at home unlike our previous dwelling. I do wish there was better insulation in our ceiling but the person above us just might be extremely heavy footed lol. Otherwise, we love it here and can’t wait to move to a two bedroom!

Pool was at limited hours for months. And maintenance requests take 3+ weeks for a very simple fix. If your issue is not what they deem an “emergency” it will sit. Could not use my kitchen sink for weeks.

It was cool for my first year here until new management came into play. This new management is lazy, incompetent, and just provide thousands of excuses. They don’t answer phones and every single time I step foot into the office they’re sitting on the laptops. I still to this day after 2 years of the new management taking over, have never seen that one lady come out of here office not once during her time here. She’s here literally just collecting a check. If she the head of the place then it makes sense why her staff doesn’t do anything. They just follow the boss. I would advise any friends and anyone I run into stay away from this place! At all costs!

The only reason I give a 5 is because when we moved in the kitchen sink was not working. Water with black gunk was backing up into the sink, and the disposal was not working. Therefore, I couldn’t use my dishwasher either because I could not turn the disposal on. When you move in you have 48 hours to let them know if anything is wrong with the apartment. I let the apartment complex know. They even asked me if there was anything urgent that needed to be done when I turned in the paperwork after my walk through and I let them know about the sink. A week went by in our new place and I didn’t hear anything. I decided to put in a work order. I heard nothing, called the office and they said they would do their best but they were backed up with work orders. After almost two weeks of not being able to use my sink, garbage disposal, or dishwasher I had to call someone to come out and fix it. I understand things happen and people get busy but when you first move in this should not be an issue, or it should at least be a top priority to fix.

I didn’t like that there’s not enough parking for the guests. Delivery services ALWAYS parked in covered spaces. Dog poop was everywhere. Breeze ways and stairs were always filthy. Community pool was down for a while (not really their fault, but it was really annoying). People were still smoking on their patios and in their homes.
