I would describe my experience at the well as satiating. I feel so at home, so comfortable, and so grateful to be in this amazing space. I am in love with this properties aesthetic and vibe. Everyone Ive come across is young with a beautiful spirit. The staff is kind, the location is ideal, and the price is affordable. What more could one ask for!

There are a significant amount of addendums signed to live in this community - for example no parking backwards in your assigned space - that are trivial in nature. But overall I have minimal complaints with the exception of a dog that cries CONSTANTLY in my building.

My experience here has been nothing but miserable they've towed 2 cars one with no reason ! There was no signage about no parking they refused to be helpful when dealing with the tow truck , the front doors are a SAFETY HAZARD they open as soon as the handle is pulled I have a 2 year old who has almost tumbled down stairs running out ! Please be on guard until you have another door supervisor . I wake up at 5 am for school and I can hear my upstairs neighbors music all night and finally when Iam off on Friday's there's construction all morning it's been exhausting living here and Iam only on my second month , I will need to buy out my lease soon or get health issues dealing with them

The community is mostly quiet and very well kept. The amenities are perfect for our lifestyle. Giovanni was amazing at showing us the property and giving us a tour of the units we were interested in. He really help solidify our decision to move to the Well.

The best apartments in Vegas,wonderful staff,reasonable price,all new and modern,quiet area of the city, but all the shops are 5 minutes away, drive to the strip is also not far, this is the place where you want to go back.

Office staff Katie has been very helpful while I am living here and super polite. Zach and Carla are just as awesome. Zach and Katie are the ones who truly convinced me to move to the Wells and it is the best decision I made all year.

Sketchy leasing office where people steal your wallets and phones when you sign a lease. If you have multiple emotional support animal, they will give you a hard time asking you for unnecessary documentations. Very unfriendly and unprofessional leasing agent that drove golf cart like maniacs and then tell you to be careful when they throw you out of the vehicle. Overall the worst experience ever with any leasing agent. Got a refund of our application fee and looking anywhere but here.

A real review by a resident. This review isn't about the front end staff, most of them are A+, this review is about The Well as a whole. 5 stars for the staff, 2 stars for the complex. The complex itself is fairly nice, the amenities offered are great though I haven't taken advantage of all of them. The attached garage on the ground floor is a huge bonus. If you're at all concerned about noise, this definitely is not the place for you. Active construction is one thing and they're okay about not starting too early in the morning. You're also in the direct flight path of the airport, though you get quickly used to it, I hardly notice that anymore. The windows may as well not even exist, if someone walks by your closed window you can hear their full conversation clearly if they're talking, you can also hear the music from the pool all day if you're close enough as well as people being overly loud, I'm dreading to hear what that will be like in the summer with a 24hr pool. I can hear pretty much everything my upstairs neighbor does and where they are at any given time, good luck trying to decompress after a long day at work, or just lease the 3rd floor unit. The insulation layer doesn't stop any sound transfer at all. If you lease a unit by the pool, at night the LED panels will constantly shine light into your windows, even with the blackout curtains closed it looks like daylight outside. Also, they make you pay for the common area electricity, pay close attention to your lease before you sign it. For the price we're paying I expected the quality of life to be far more enjoyable and relaxing, but I'm constantly bombarded with outside distractions. Unfortunately this was a big mistake and I will not be renewing my lease when it's up. I've lived in apartments before and none of them were even close to this bad.

I've recently moved into my apartment and so far I'm very impressed. Its such a beautiful upscale property. Management is very helpful. I had an issue with my water heater and it was fixed immediately.

This community is great! Lots of events and a great location! Currently the place is still under construction so you may hear some early morning M-F construction noise and you are in direct flight path of the airport but we've gotten use to it. Just to be aware of it the ac/heat unit is very loud especially in our 1 bedroom. Overall we are very happy in our apartment and plan on staying as long as possible!

I haven't lived here long enough to have any kind of valid opinion. It took an excessively long time to get my furniture delivered, but this is not the fault of the apartment complex. There are far more people moving into the area than normal. I am still unpacking.

Serene. I wake up to an open, quiet, well lit space. The gym is probably one of my favorite ameneities. Theyve got a variety of machines, all modern technology. The staff is accomodating and extremely friendly. Since the day I moved in I felt like I was home.

I really enjoy living here. The location seems far from a lot but I think that in itself makes it a hidden oasis. For the most part its quiet, clean, and very well upkept. One of the most impressive parts is the office staff and how friendly and efficient they are. The units are nice - I love that there is a lot of natural light that can enter the apartment.

I love living here at the well, if I could change or add anything I would just wish that we had a security gate for protection, that way only residents could come in and a lounge where we could use computers instead of having to already have a computer transfer on a USB port and then walk over for them to print.

Grounds are clean, staff is very nice. Great amenities. Community is not gated with no security patrol. Footsteps can sometimes be heard above due to wood flooring. Loud fireworks/music at night sometimes due to nearby stadium but not too late at night atleast. But great apartments for the price compared to all others around the area. Love the floor to ceiling windows and the casper artifical intelligence turning your apartment into a smart home. Would still recommend to others.

I am a native of Las Vegas. I have lived in several apartment communities. Living here at The Well is by far the best and most unique community. I can honestly say this living experience is amazing.The staff here is very friendly. I love being able to go and get fresh coffee and water from the beautiful space that is our clubhouse. Our gym is definitely bar none the best hands down.
