I really like it here a lot, it’s a great place to live. I have been here almost 6 years and the only complaint I have is the rising rental costs. I like being able to walk to the post office, grocery stores, banks and restaurants. If you don’t want to walk you can always schedule a ride on our community bus. There is also a walking trail right next door. I don’t want to forget the nice Clubhouse, Gym, Swimming Pool and most importantly very nice people. So, with All that being said, come and join us,

I love my apartment! I think my rent is on the high side but there are many amenities available that I don’t take advantage of. I have every intention of renewing my lease. I have had some issues with the office, but nothing that would cause me to want to leave. Personnel is no longer here.

I like everything about the community except the lack of towing unregistered cars even after they were tagged with a notice. 3 cars are still here after one week of towing notice. Owner just removed towing tags

I do not wish to leave a response for your records. I moved into a residence where the previous tenant smoked inside the unit with the windows closed. The unit still has the smell of smoke, no matter what I do. Very disappointed that this unit has been totally renovated and still smells like smoke in the unit.

It was a beautiful community. In recent years it has been badly neglected. With a new manager we are looking forward to some improvement we have had vandalism damage to our vehicles Landscaping is very neglected. Trash containers are rusty and broken hoping to see improvement

Here's a list of why I love my apartment/unit at destinations Pebble: Location, the view, easy parking, private entrance, neighbors at my area are quite and friendly, I can participate to some of the many amenities, updated appliances, washer and dryer, patio, and the living areas make me feel I am truly at home. The maintenance and office staff are there to assist in anyway they can.

Beautiful property, but the constant issue with the elevator’s office on has impacted my physical being greatly. I am disabled not something that you can see with three branch surgeries to back surgeries walking the stairs. There’s something like doctors told me not to do but had no choice with the elevators out as so often and even after fix they break down again maybe a week or two later it’s been over a week that I asked for a new filter for my apartment. I have not received a call or a new filter. I haven’t met the new management but preferably they’ll stay longer than the last few in less than a year. Honestly, things better, years ago, so much has changed, in Gov. from the Federal down to the Local. System failures at the top, affects everything below. Ownership and personal changes can disrupt. And when it's all about the "Benjamins", and the peoples concerns are set aside everything is offset and Economics become central rule. I look forward to a new day here at this complex, as I do for Country, there is a chance for both, to become better than they were, in these next three years, God, willing...

Please read the previous comments as I've mentioned before. The community is nice, the staff is friendly. The neighbors are friendly. Maintenance workers are friendly (when they come). Noise of neighbors is more than expected, loud music in vehicles is of concern.

All the time I’m reminded you get what you pay for.. I believe to improve on an investment, education would be the key to understanding. I help our community with getting better understanding on the how and why there’s a collapse. Most of the small issues are resolved. I don’t claim to be an expert on how to. I know there no such thing as problems they are opportunities. It is unfortunate opportunities are missed. It takes time to evaluate and educate and learn. Someone told me if you do something right all the time no one never knows but if you make a mistake then we’re learning. It’s ok to make mistakes. I love being with Destination pebble the people have so much potential to share. Thank you for sharing.

Cynthia is great. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to be extra helpful. When I was in a different apartment the elevator was out of order a lot of the time. My new apartment has a great view of the pool. I enjoy the entertainment that comes in and events that we are able to do. The shuttle is great and many rely on it to go places . The bus driver is very helpful.

The community is peaceful and quiet. They have plenty of activities to chose from. I stay pretty much to myself, but alot of people seem to really enjoy what is going on. The complex is older, but it is well maintained.

Ive lived here for over four years and overall have enjoyed it. There is plenty of things for the residents to do, well planned activities, plenty of interaction with the staff. Any problems are generally handed withing 48 hours, sometimes longer.

Noisy neighbors, unclean outer areas, old appliances, units, etc. Prices are high for 55+ living. People are never reprimanded, when they break rules, and nothing is ever done to fix issues reported; so why report them?

This is a very well maintained community. The staff is friendly and the people in the community are very nice. There is a daily schedule of activities for residents, as well as a shuttle for those who don’t drive. I am enjoying living here.

It's a fantastic quiet community... I feel maintenance needs to take more care of cleanness around stair area and make sure inside of unit is ready to go... inspect and make sure every area is clean. Carpet fantastic... kitchen awesome!... washer and dryer need cleaning on top and vacuum the lint around its area... bathroom awesome!... living room awesome tile!... balcony is exquisite!... has a gated front door for extra security but it looks like a very safe friendly environment to live... I am very much satisfied and happy of my new home.

In general, living at Destinations 55+ on Pebble is pretty good. The people here are friendly, and the community itself is quiet. The staff here are nice and friendly, and the maintenance staff is pretty good. They get things done within 24 hours unless it is an emergency. The apartments are cute as well and the amenities are much the same as in other complexes, except they do have activities for seniors in the clubhouse which are fun. All in all, this is a safe and pleasant community to reside in, and I would recommend it to anyone over 55.

if the elevators were not a problems i could give this place a really good reccomendation. There is also a problem with the pool.. I was told when I visited here that iti was heated year round but I guess this is not a fact. So what is the truth about the pool?
