Friendly neighbors, not nosy neighbors. Opportunities to be very active with a welcoming community. The location provides easy access to everything that is important to me! An occasional issue with the facilities is generally resolved quickly and to satisfaction. The staff is friendly and helpful.

On the 8th day we could take a shower. On the 16th day we could do laundry. On the 13th day we gave 60 days' notice that we would not live here any longer than that. Were informed that this (because it is in our lease) would cost us $1500! To this day, I believe we should not be responsible for this charge. I have had 4 seizures since we moved in due to stress from the office staff. I have been treated with such disrespect that I would NEVER recommend anyone live here. Many people stay simply because they have nowhere else to go, or can't afford to move. This "renovated" apartment was not inspected after it was cleaned. The sinks in the bathroom were not attached to the counter. Washer and dryer disgustingly filthy. Refused to put any clothes in them. Closet guides in both bedrooms were screwed into the carpet, and nothing more, so no guides after the first few days. Black shades on every window make for a dark, depressing environment, even on a beautiful, sunny morning. Changing out every toilet in the complex has been a fiasco. During the 17 years these apartments have stood standing, toilets of every shape and size has been installed, and replacing them has turned out to be hideous, with templates under the new (round seated) toilets that don't cover where the old one was. In order to take a shower, do laundry, or wash dishes, the heater must be turned off, or else you are using extremely cold water if the heater runs. And it is very likely to come on during a shower, etc. because the windows leak cold air in like a sieve. There are no instructions for using the stove and oven. For some reason, the first time we turned on the oven, we had to open the doors to let out the smoke that filled the whole apartment in seconds, during warming up. Decided to use the microwave for dinner, instead! For all this, we are expected to pay $1500 to terminate our lease after 13 days. They wouldn't even let us see the apartment before we came to sign the lease because "they were still working in there". It would have been easy to see, even the day before we got the keys, that the apartment was NOT move-in ready. And nobody took the time to inspect it. That much is clear.

Even though I don't care for some of the negative people that I have met while here at Destination Pebble, I do enjoy the activities that are available. I enjoy the quite environment. I love my apartment, the apartment is spacious, and I have every thing I need, in order to live a quality life.

Destinations Pebble is a great choice to consider when shopping for a 55+ active adult community to reside in here Las Vegas. The apartment complex is wonderfully maintained and provides everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The leasing staff is very respectful and helpful and will bend over backwards to accommodate your concerns and needs.

My husband and I are proud to say that we were residents for almost 4 years. Because of family reasons we had to move out. It was a bitter sweet decision for us as we have loved being part of this awesome community. The office staff is beyond incredible. Manager Lisa, Assistant manager Alisha, our amazing Suzann, and wonderful Activities Director Lisa are an amazing team. Professional and yet so completely compassionate and caring. They always made us feel more like family than "just" residents. The maintenance staff headed up by Eddie are also great. Always willing to offer help and assistance. We also met so many wonderful people who are now and always will be our "extended" family. So for anyone who is looking for a spectacular place to call home please make Destinations at Pebble your first stop. Look no further. Welcome home.

Only here 4 months and so far it has been a very positive experience. The grounds are maintained well. The location of the complex is such that there is easy access to restaurants, shopping, physicians etc.. The staff has been friendly, helpful and responsive.

Apartment is average, despite an "upgrade". Issues are with Ownership that imposes charges for EVERYTHING. Example, after clubhouse was broken into, after hours access was denied. Six months later, security cameras & entry system installed,but to get in after office is closed, residents need to get a key fob per home & for $25. But it is NOT a deposit--It is a FEE, so when you move & turn the fob in, you don't get it back!! With over 400 apartments here, the Owner has PAID for all the system and will MAKE MONEY in the future, That is NOT a good way to do business,

I have lived at Destinations Pebble for about 1 month, and I LOVE it! Everything from the beautifully maintained grounds, to the office staff. They are not only very friendly, but they will go out of their way to quickly respond to any concerns you might have. Their "door is always open" if you need to ask a question, or just want to talk. Also, the people that I have met who live here are very nice and friendly, and there are always people and activities going on in the clubhouse, if you want to participate. If you need something repaired in your apartment, the maintenance crew are right there to do the job, usually right away. I would recommend Destinations Pebble to anyone that I know (55+), who wants a high standard of living. You will not be disappointed!

I moved in the end of last month. Already the impression I get from office staff is that of negativity. 3 of 4. One of which, has never spoken, even to introduce herself, the manager (name??). The assist. mgr. (name??) has absolutely no people skills and a very bad attitude. As well as, being unfriendly, condescending, arrogant, rude, disrespect, and unprofessional. Suzane, I thought was ok until I requesting maintenance to replace toilet. She actually stated the cost of a new toilet, just over $100. This was incredulous. I half thought she figured I had to pay it. I replied with the high price I pay for rent here. Clearly not worth it. Contemplating moving. All of my money will have to be refunded in full.

A good place live except for the cold swimming pool and hot fitness room. The picture of the pool in your information booklet looks very inviting. Then after moving in here and making the first to the pool and finding out that the deepest place in the pool is four and one half feet and water was colder than Lake Michigan it was a real disappointment.

I have lived here for 12 1/2 years and have been very happy with my apartment, grounds, activities etc. My biggest plus is the wonderful friends I have made as I feel they are now part of my family. I hope to stay here for all my days to come.
