The beautiful and peaceful atmosphere here at #destinationspebbleapartments makes it truly feel like home. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate that all employees are friendly and accommodating from the maintenance staff to the office manager and staff. The monthly activities allow the chance to meet with both old and new neighbors. The monthly bus schedule includes surrounding businesses as well as transport to special events.

I'm a happy resident at Destinations Pebble for several years now and I'll probably be here until I die !!! That's a good thing because I have n problem living here forever !!! A couple years ago I looked at a few other places and for me, moving somewhere else just is no longer an option !!!

As you can see I am in my 16th year at Pebble and on the whole have been happy here. I am concerned about the high raising of the rents and am going to sign my lease sometime in Sept. I hope I will be able to afford the increase.

Wonderful and helpful staff assisting seniors with courtesy. Will highly recommend community. Beautiful common spaces and excellent staff, quick service . All parts are very clean , great energy fostering community support .

Raise of rent and fees are obscure and obscene. It’s a senior community in which they pushed us all out and we are left homeless or going back to our children. $180 increase this year and fees for garbage and paper they write on. Apartment is not upgraded. Rugs not cleaned but they want increase of rent. Original counters and cabinets. Bathrooms. Staff are clueless and maintenance are LAZY

My apartment is bug free, I have been here for 22 months and have not seen any insects at all. I love the unassigned parking spaces, although there are more cars now than when I first moved in, there are still plenty of spaces available.

Beautiful, clean & well kept. It's a pleasure to live here at Destinations Pebble, except they put the smokers near the pool, jacuzzi & fitness center, where residents are trying to stay healthy-NOT inhale 2nd hand cigarette smoke. Such a disappointment, since those are 3 reasons I moved here-but because of the smoking, I've had to limit my use of those amenities unfortunately. Kind of "left a bad taste in my mouth". I dare anyone to walk over there to that "pit" & inhale-in smells horrible & dirty & unhealthy. The residents named it the "pit" before I even moved here. Other than that, it is 10/10 lovely to live here.

All of a sudden, when renew my lease, I was only given an option for 10 month renewal . All other leases I’ve had have been for a year. I pay my rebt on time; cause no trouble; however it seems like you guys are trying to get rid of me.

Good, clean, quiet community. Maintainence people show up promptly when needed. Friendly neighbors, office staff always concerned about problems or issues. I feel my staying here is valued. I also like the fact that I have a garage.

The neighborhood the community the staff has all been perfect I have no complaints or concerns. If there was one thing I had a problem with it would be the speed within the community nobody understands the 10 mile an hour speed limit law.

It is a safe neighborhood and community. No assigned parking can be an issue, especially when needing to transport items to and from vehicle. The place is breathtaking and looks like a resort. Grounds are well kept, maintenance responds in a quick timely fashion and seems to be able to fix most problems.

Nice Apartments. Love the swimming pool that it goes up to 4 and half ft. Best Activity Director ever.Great friendly staff. Many great activities at clubhouse. Bus service fantastic. Feel like we are on Vacation evetyday.

Right upon move-in, It was a horrible experience, a total nightmare. To drive 9 hours, from out of town with nowhere else to go, get my keys and have to spin several days and nights in filth without any air-conditioning, in an apartment that reeked of urine. And when I complain, nothing was done about it until asked over and over, and I had to get very rude. I was originally set to move in October 1 and had set my utilities up for that day, I later asked to fit my schedule, if I could come to days earlier and pay for the extra two days. No one ever informed me that the gas was shut off. So I had to take cold showers for the first two days that I was there.

Destinations Pebble is a great adult 55+ place to live. Living here in Las Vegas for more then 25 yrs and in many places I find this to be a great place to live and in fact my favorite. They have alot to offer those of us who are getting up there in age.

Destinations Pebbles is a beautiful community to live at. When I rented here I rented because it was 55+community but unfortunately I was wrong. In asking the office about all the young people when I thought it was 55+, I was told that tenants were allowed to have visitors! Loud music from cars, speeding through the parking lot when we have tenants using wheelchairs, walkers, scooters etc but for the most part the grounds are beautiful.

Karen made my move so pleasant that I would recommend Destinations Pebble to anyone who likes people. I am so looking forward to the summer when we can spend our days and evenings at the pool so I can meet more people. nice community and beautiful and we fell happy and safe and it a quite place not noisy we encourage the peple to rent in this community nice place and it's close to any location we want to go like Smith or vons or bank or gas station or the cvs pharmacy or wall green pharmacy or any restaurant or park or macy or any moll for shopping and it is also closer to town square and the hotels of las Vegas

No problems. There is little noise! Grounds are well kept & always look nice! Neighbors are always helpful, if I need help with anything! Maintenance men are very nice & always solve whatever problem, I may have! No safety problems. Quite satisfied with living here.
