I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I did not feel safe at all. For a gated community, the back gate rarely closed. For a non smoking property, cigarettes butt's could be found all the way around. SECURITY IS HORRIBLE. WORST PLACE EVER!

Nice and clean environment. Most of the tenants are quiet, there are some who are not. They keep you busy with activities. The clubhouse is perfection. The business office just needs some updating, more modern. Overall a nice place to live.

Destinations pebble. It’s a friendly community where you feel welcome you feel safe. Your surroundings are pleasant to be in people smile at each other and say hello so if you’re a person who wants to make friends, you can easily do that here if you enjoy kind of being on your own you can do that also. it’s quiet you have a feeling of being out of the city and yet you’re not it’s all right there easy access. So the best of both worlds and if you want some thing, a little bit more exciting and stimulating, you’re just a short drive to the strip. Kind of the best of both worlds I think you’ll like it here.

I have been very happy at Destinations Pebble since moving here almost 7 months ago. I love my apartment, and I feel safe in the community. The grounds are well-kept, and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. I highly recommend this 55+ rental community!

Destinations is an excellent place to iive. Safe, clean and professional and caring management. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. A lot of planned activities plus a daily bus shuttle is provided. The maintenance department is outstanding.

From my first moment here I felt like I was home!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The residents are all so nice. It's quiet and clean. I moved back to the Vegas area and wanted a 55+ community. I looked at several and Destination Pebble, by far, is the best one I feel.

Resort style living that includes many amenities, shuttle service, excellent staff & a wonderful community of friends. The property is close to many stores, medical facilities & easily accessible to the freeway. I recommend Destinations Pebble to all of my friends looking for a new home.

Destinations Pebble, is a lovely, quiet community, located in a convenient location. My apartment is quite small, but it has new appliances, and stackable w/d inside. It also has vaulted ceilings, and a ceiling fan in living room, and bedroom.

I have enjoyed living at Destinations Pebble because I have always felt safe. The management staff and maintenance staff have always been polite, efficient and professional. Parking is more than adequate and is easily accessible from each building. The staff is excellent at providing monthly on property and off property activities that appeals to most residents. Bus service to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks and social and entertainment activities is a plus for those who do not drive or prefer not to drive.

I have been here since 2005. I enjoyed the community and the staff more then than I do now. I feel that the company makes enough money that we should get new appliances. I have wonderful friends and wonderful memories. I stay because it is impossible to move for several reasons.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

ELEVASTORS DOWN AGAIN. CORPORATE ONLY KNOWS HOW TO RAISE RENTS, AND SPEND MONEY SOMEPLACE ELSE. SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR AND HAVE A STROKE. MUST CARRY GROCERIES UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS IN 106 DEGREES.

Don't rent here at Destination Pebble Henderson, they had a new staff that did not know the extra expenses that were involved in renting here. The place is clean and well kept outside. There are alot of cracks on the upstairs flooring and the indoor room ceiling had cracks as well. Not sure of the stability of the building here. They have expensive nickel and dime charges and inconveniences in payment through their rental portal. Management is polite, but detailed information in communicating and understanding the renter's needs is subpar. Unsatisfied renter reviews on social media are on the way very soon.

Living here at Destination Pebble year now, I like the peacefulness this community has. Management, maintenance responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism. Grounds are kept, over all clean. Clubhouse has a very good selection of books, puzzles. Activity Director Lisa Self plans events for everyone to enjoy and take part of. There are outside activities such as shows, shopping and dinning out. I can honestly say Destination Pebble has impressed me from day one. Awesome community for 55+ active seniors to live at.

The appearance of the complex appearance Gray /white; complexes colors. Landscaping is kept up periodically. A variety of apartment floor to choose from ( one or rwo bedrooms/studios each at different floor plans ) Sidewalks need to be swept of rocks/stones. more often. Auto safety needs I updating. Mail room boxes break-in - too many times. Club house Vandalism- Security system installed hasn't help.

The range of social activities is top-notch. The provision of shuttle service is excellent. The ability to receive timely feedback from office staff ranges from abysmal to non-existent. Any recommendation for this community for residential consideration would come with numerous caveats regarding managing positive expectations...

I feel that for the rent charged; the office staff should take care of handling the rent themselves. Having an extra company to do the rent, and charge us, the tenants another fee is unacceptable! Whenever reporting to the staff that people are in our complex, I am told that it’s not their job to call authorities.

My new neighborhood!!

I moved to Destinations Pebble the last week of January. To say I am pleased with my new community is an understatement. Previously I lived at a 55+ all inclusive . I did not care for it. When my rent was raised $250 I took my leave and have no regrets. The difference in price was not worth the cost for meals and utilities. Here at Destinations Pebble it is clean, quiet and most important…..safe. I chose “The Young” floor plan. It is 1 bedroom 1.5 bath which is not a common floor plan but it is my preference. This community is pet friendly and my neighbors keep the grounds clear of pet waste. I am abundantly happy and content here. The clubhouse is gorgeous and my neighbors and myself are encouraged to make use of ALL amenities. I am more than happy to recommend destination pebble as your new place to live.

This is a great place to live if you want peace and quiet. It is very clean and has nice amenities. The maintenance staff is the best there is! If there was rent control, I'd probably live here forever.

The maintenance staff is incredible. The office staff could use some training in customer service. I’ve observed more than once the front office staff talking down to residents and being curt and rude. I’ve also experienced it myself. This type of facility that caters to the elderly and retired requires staff that is kind and sympathetic to the needs of this population. If you don’t like helping and don’t like people - this is not the job for you.
