I am a single woman that rents a studio apt. I work full time, don't get home until after 6 pm. There are not enough activities in the evening. I think it is ridiculous that guest in the pool area are only allowed from 1-3 pm. Also, I feel my rent is too high for 455 sq. Ft. I probably will not renew my lease.

I enjoy living here. Neighbors are very nice and friendly. Maintenance responds very quickly and is very thorough in completing their work. It is a relatively quiet area in spite of the fact that we have a firehouse around the corner, a high school across the street and a major shopping center a block away.

For the amount of money I'm paying and the constant add on fees for the quality of apartment I am renting at destinations, I am not very satisfied. The halls are dirty. Apartment is small, no storage, cheap upgrades, doors are jimmy rigged together, things are deteriorating, fees are ridiculous, the back gate only opens half way, no assigned parking space. If you pay rent online there's a $30 fee. Maintenance does a bare minimum job if any to repair issues...I could go on...just expected more for the price.

I moved here from Connecticut in June I previously was a snow bird for 2 years always coming to Nevada and stayed in many 55 and over communities I love it here at pebble I got the apartment I requested and it was beautiful the office staff and maintenance staff are five star in my book compared to other facilities I stayed at. It is kept very clean and respond promptly to any repairs you need and send you a email after letting you know what they did. There are many activities in the beautiful club house and the recreation director is very pleasant and I feel at home.The office manager is a friendly and smart girl who goes out of her way to help you when needed and I love the availability of the shuttle. Everyone is eager to make you feel at home.

Do you have all day? I don't. A change has to be made. Why don't you listen to the residents. They will tell you the truth. There is absolutely no security here. People come in here in the wee hours of the morning and salvage through the dumpsters. No feeling of security whatsoever. The rents are constantly raised. This is basically a retirement community. We are not getting anymore money. I could live with a $15.00 or $20.00 increase, not over $100.00. I am sick of hearing Market Value

Too many smokers! Halls never cleaned, stains on concrete around elevators is gross.. Palm Trees make a mess. Pool area is for smokers. Has a no smoking policy that is not enforced. People always moving in and out is not a good sign for a community.

The whole staff and maintenance crew is great. So friendly and always willing to help out. Lots of smiles. Lisa Activities does an excellent job trying to entertain the residents. She's also a great cook. Suzanne and Lindsey are so helpful.

So far it seems rules don't apply. The gated community seems to have the gate open more often than closed. Supposedly non smoking but that only applies to non smokers I guess. Marijuana friendly or at least very noticeable several times a week. but that wasn't in the ad nor expected in a alleged non smoking community. Cigarette butts on the ground. Cigar stench in elevator. There's a 20's something maybe late teenage man living next to me. So much for age restrictions. Sagging pants and thug look must be another acceptable thing in a senior community. Not what I expected. Might as well be at Budget Suites if kids are allowed and marijuana is being smoked.

I like my apartment. I like my neighbors. The office staff seems to be short of people. Usually only one person is available. The grounds & walkways aren’t as clean and well kept as they used to be. People remain terrified of rent increases. Lots of gossip. We never seem to know what is happening with management.

Security could be much better and the grounds could be much bettter the personal could' be less aggressive I have been taken care of mostly by Susan she has been helpful and understanding I am hoping the Pool Wilkel be in good condition by the Time spring arrives I have enjoyed my time here so far

Overall experience has been good. With attention to some minor problems and no raising of the leases for seniors on Social Security it is a good place to live. The overall security issue needs to be addressed and applied to all residents and visitors.

It's a great community and am totally satisfied living here. In comparison to the one other community I lived, it's activities for the resident is the best, the staff accommodating. There are no loud sounds a quite community. There are always improvements with the appearance of this commuity which they take pride in. The maintenance always address the issue with security. We have a great maintenance staff, professional, knowledgeable, good customer skills. Our commnity staff is great I think they work very hard to keep the residents happy.

Has been very good thus far. Maintenance is the only area that is not 5 star rated. It appears to be getting better over the past 3 months; however, before that it would take days and many times a reminder before any maintenance work would be completed.

My experience at Destination Pebbles has been great! The staff is awesome. They are very kind and attentive to my needs. My neighbors are very friendly. The area is quiet which I love and is conveniently located close to many stores.

Average at best, fed up with smoker above us (smoke came through the venting system) and the noises the tenant makes (particularly around 11pm-4am) ... have to keep calling about maintenance request more than twice to get things done! Front office is lacking 'time efficient' for maintenance request. They keep telling us that the are SHORT handed ... that's something that Corporate Office should address ... the 'shortage issues', not to interfere with the tenants maintenance's needs.

Comfortable and secure place to live. Activities director constantly coming up with new events and activities. Complimentary transportation available for shopping and external events. Fitness classes five days a week. Coffee and continental breakfast six days a week. Maintenance is responsive. Near walking paths and shopping. Great place to live.

I was taught, if you don't have anything nice to 't say anything at all. Owners/Managers are concerned with outward appearances, not whether or not apartments plumbing and other necessary items like a working garbage disposal are functioning. Maintenance is the worst.

Initially staff was friendly. Once committed to leasing attitude changed. After I set up gas and electric for unit I was told I couldn’t have it and given a different unit. Had to call and redo all services. This resulted in being unable to stay at apartment for 3 days after moving in. Also never told clubhouse was closing for about three months (my lease term).

We have always had good experiences since we moved here 2.5 years ago from New England. All staff are very pleasant and they do there best to make us feel at home here. The location is fantastic for all shopping, doctors, DMV, etc. Never need to travel more than 5 miles for anything. Apartment living is very new to us (first timers) but we like it better every day. I would highly recomment this concept and complex to anyone 55+. We looked at others and they did not compare with others of this age group.

In 4 years, I LOVE the people that live here! The grounds are beautiful. The staff is a way bit stressed, but try. Sad. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and friendly but their hands are tied by management, you know these guys are capable of doing the right job, just aren't always allowed to do the job right. Even walking into the office feels a bit uncomfortable as they are overwhelmed, with their hands tied to tell you answers, they are always held accountable for, of course.

first of all everyone is not welcome at the clubhouse during functions. Secondly Destination at Pebble does not pay the offered referral money. And lastly it takes quite a while to get your maintenance requests completed. however the maintenance men do a very good job when your turn arrives. So take this into consideration before renting.

I enjoy living here. The residents are nice. The Leasing Office management team is satisfactory nothing extemporaneous, just status quo. The grounds are clean but some folks don’t pick up behind the dogs. The location is great right at the highway & all the shopping & restaurants you will ever need. I would feel better if there was a security guard or 2 on site. Rent is a little high but justified by the services available, shuttle bus, on site activities person. The maintenance staff is excellent!

I just moved in but so far the office staff is awesome. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A few of my neighbors have introduced themselves. I understand there will be a new resident luncheon which I hope to attend. I would recommend Destination at Pebbles to my friends.

I am so grateful to you for sending such kind, thoughtful,and caring people to us. They are much more than the word "staff" might imply. I am on oxygen 24/7.
