I've been a resident for over 5 years. I've seen many changes, which have resulted in improving the environment of the property and the amenities provided. The amenities are more than acceptable and are accessible at all times. I feel that Destinations Pebble, would provide a comfortable and secure residence looking for any persons wanting to make a positive move.

Was off to a rough start here as I moved into an non-renovated unit that was in need of some repairs. I took pictures and sent them to the then manager, as well as filled everything out on the walk-thru paperwork, the paperwork that appears to have gone missing. Also upon move in, the pool shut down that week, I was told to leave a holiday party because I didn't sign up properly, and found myself walking through an apparent murder scene in building 9....Since then, things have quieted down, and I finally got around to addressing some of the issues with our new manager 'Carly', who was great, and already had the maintenance guys here to fix the several issues. We've also been told that the pool should be re-opening within a couple of weeks! I do like the size of the unit, the overall cleanliness of the property, and generally pretty quiet, some friendly neighbor's as well.

I’m enjoying my stay here at Destination Pebble, especially the shuttle bus, I was able to visit a lot of places, like shows, restaurants, museums, north and south strip downtown Las Vegas it’s fun, and cool community. A big help for the residents that don’t drive, at least, they were able to go out, and enjoy. In addition, the neighborhood here at Destination Pebble is nice, and quiet the staff are friendly, and helpful. This location is close to everything like freeway, restaurants, groceries etc.

Very nice, clean and in a good location. It’s near shops, churches and medical facilities. Easy to get in and out of the gated community. Enjoy having the work out room and pool/jacuzzi close by as well. Cynthia at the leasing office has been great to work with.

Living in Destinations/Pebble has been a truly great experience! The comminity is always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I appreciate how peaceful and quiet it is, which makes coming home a relaxing escape from the day. The close proximity to stores, shops, and restaurants adds so much convenience to daily life. The community amenities, from the fitness center to shared spaces, are top-notch and always in great condition. The maintenance personnel are prompt, professional, and friendly, they truly go above and beyond- especially, Ariel. The office staff is always courteous, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. I also enjoy the variety of activities the community provides for residents, which offer great opportunities to connect with neighbors and have fun. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

Destinations Pebble is a wonderful place to live. It is a small community where people can become friends who support each other. We often have parties so that residents can get together to celebrate. There's always good food and live music for those who want to dance. The shuttle bus offers many opportunities to get out and about and take part in various activities in Henderson and Las Vegas. no communications double standards for the elite Caused this resident to go from an active life style to a Non active resident If a person goes to 2 events a week that is 40 more dollars a month that a senior budget does not have. The Bus schedule should be more of what the residents want more than what is been the norm

Horrible! Very depressing...

Unfortunately, I was out of state so I had to lease my apartment over the phone. Was told apartment was upgraded and clearly it was not. Dependent on the elevator that worked maybe 40% of the time. The elevator started making loud grunt sounds that would last 2-3 minutes that would wake me 2-4 times at night. Complained to Lisa and nothing was being done to fix it and after 2 1/2 months I had to leave. Even had the nerve to charge me the $1500 early exit fee. They admitted this was an ongoing issue with all the elevators and they just didn't give a damn!

Under expectations on cleanliness of common maintenance of walkways, sidewalks to each apartment door.. elevator is gross. (not plants landscaping.. plants look good). Sharp contrast to disgusting walkways, common garbage ares and elevators are gross. My neighbors all feel the same in building 3.

For the most part I have enjoyed living here! Staff is very friendly and helpful! The maintenance has been very good! The upkeep is ongoing and kept very clean! The clubhouse and pool area is always maintained! I would recommend this facility to my friends. Thank you.

Destinations pebbles is a lively adult community, quiet, secure.. beautiful, landscaping and views convenient 24 hour workout room, pool and spa .laundry in your apartment and larger washers and dryer’s near the clubhouse for those bigger winter blankets. There are various trips, day trips, etc. trips to shows you just need to sign up - for those who don’t really want to leave the property they have different activities planned up in the clubhouse again you just need to sign up. They also will take you to the store the bank etc. there is a schedule in the monthly newsletter. It’s subject to change, but you get the better iidea I quite like it and if my rent doesn’t go up I plan to stay another two years.

Destinations Pebble is a great place to live. I really like the neighborhood. Also the property offers a bus service that takes the residents to restaurants, shopping, and all sorts of events that happen around town. If you are like me, and you have gotten rid of your car, this bus is indispensable.

Cynthia was a great help! She made our first visit very pleasant and answered all of our questions. The complex is well kept and clean. People are friendly and outgoing. The club house is a great gathering place, and the calendar of events has something going on weekly. The pool is centrally located and looks refreshing, I have yet to enjoy it! And there is a gym for everyone to use. It's great to see the community is active. The leasing agents are knowledgeable and very helpful. The maintenance crew are efficient and respond quickly. Destinations is a great place, and I am happy to be here!!

I would like to see the community ground kept Cleaner. There a lot of stains on the lower grounds underneath the stairs and outside the elevator Door. This need to be cleaned up. The elevator need cleaning up also. We need to have more signs put up for speeding People are still putting their furniture in dump containers.

Horrible experience. I was shown a nice unit and given a filthy unit with broken appliances and paint spatter everywhere. I was charged a transfer fee which is ridiculous then charged over $250 for my clean unit I moved out of was still cleaner than the one I moved in. The trash is always overflowing and the security gates are always broken. My personal business was being discussed in a community event by the resident gossip pig Lorraine who gets her information from someone in the office. I was lured here by rent of 1564, given a unit for $1602 then after one year of never paying late rent went over $1800 then railroaded into a nasty filthy unit

Destinations/Pebble for me is within the best geographical location of Las Vegas, NV. Destination Pebble's Management is professional, caring, and considerate. Destinations Pebble Management and staff are accommodating with regards to listening to and obliging tenants whenever they participate in recommendations for monthly Calendar Events. Common Areas are appropriately maintained.
