Destinations Pebble is safe community for seniors to live. Itâ s wonderful because they make seniors active like me as a volunteer I enjoyed helping other seniors Pebble has a bus transportation for stores for casinos & for everything I just loved it & a lot more.

we moved from Puyallup, Wa to hear, we did not see the apartment. We just saw the add in the computer. we loved it, The only this was the rent, we were told it would be 750.00, but when we got here it was 950.00. We had to sign the lease..

The access gates are often open. There have been people trespassing on the property who have attempted to gain access to apartments. Management has not handled continued problem with noisy next- door resident.

The ACTIVITY DIRECTOR should be knowledgeable in activities in Las Vegas. Should not be afraid to go out there and make phone calls asking for assistance or help (donations) for the seniors of Las Vegas. Businesses get tax rightoffs. There's many things that can be done, you just gotta be energetic and enjoy the job that you do in order to make it happen. Then everyone will be happy.

Need to be updated and improve kitchen sink nice new faucets all appliances are outdated needs to be replaced storage need to be added need a pantry and a linen closet.I like the wood floors. I have asthma and did not want carpet so thanks for that.I've been here for about a month now it's okay but not in press for the price.

Nice little apartment at a good rate. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbor's. Convenient shopping. Stove and refrigerator are in excellent condition. Elevator is very convenient for moving furniture .

Destinations Pebble is a comfortable and pleasant environment to live in. The apartments have all the comforts, amenities and conveniences of living in a home. The inside and outside lighting is very sufficient. And, last but not least, the renters are provided with very good entertainment, and transportation.

The new owners are letting this place turn into a ------. The entrance gate was smashed and broken over 6 months ago. Young thugs routinely enter and steal,but worse,they are vandalizing tenants cars. Breaking car windows for kicks. The staff does not care at all. Not one bit.Maintenance is so-so. The walls are paper thin. Years ago this place was much better.Now it is ------.The only thing they do is put money into reforming the so-called clubhouse and keep the loud leaf blowers going everyday.The smashed and broken entrance gates invite all delinquents for miles around to come in and terrorize the broken spirited Section 8 disabled and senile tenants. Lastly, they never fail to raise the rent and associated costs.

I would recommend this way of living when one is retired. Being from New York, even having a parking spot near your apartment is WONDERFUL. If one doesn't feel like driving, there is a bus taking us to department stores and grocery stores.

Lovely buildings/grounds. Clubhouse is large and furnished beautifully. Pool area is large and amply furnished with comfortble patio furniture. Flowers/landscape very well done and constantly updated. Maintennce is super, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel safe here.

This place is so-so IF,and I stress IF you are fortunate enough to have neighbors that are considerate and quiet.It is about a 50-50 chance that you will have a neighbor that is noisy and then you will most likely have to try to talk with them.The ;t get involved.Their clubhouse is a collection of of filth,trash, and really sick and bored low-life tenants who remain there all day for lack of a place to go. They should close it. The owner company changes almost every year. They have very few staff to cope with tenant problems.Expensive as well.

I have lived at Destinations Pebble for about 1 month, and I LOVE it! Everything from the beautifully maintained grounds, to the office staff. Julie and Kristen (activity/leasing specialists), are not only very friendly, but they will go out of their way to quickly respond to any concerns you might have. Their "door is always open" if you need to ask a question, or just want to talk. Also, the people that I have met who live here are very nice and friendly, and there are always people and activities going on in the clubhouse, if you want to participate. If you need something repaired in your apartment, Miguel and Felix (maintenance crew) are right there to do the job, usually right away. I would recommend Destinations Pebble to anyone that I know (55+), who wants a high standard of living. You will not be disappointed!

The office staff is incompetent. The manager is never around, never returns calls and has no clue how to mange this complex or the office staff. I called for repairs several times, and nothing. Went to office only to find out a repair order had never been written. The clueless office girl, had wrote it on a sticky note and stuck it to her computer and never wrote up an repair order. This is not acceptable. Whenever you try and call during the day, it always goes to the answer machine. I have lived here for 3 years and the customer service has gone down hill. It took 2 I/2 weeks and 3 phone calls and 2 office visits to get the weather stripping back on my front door. Not the maintence dept. fault, it's the unreliable office girl's fault. She should either be re-trained or let go. I will not be re-newing my lease.

I have live here for one month and have found not only the on-site manager to be non-responsive, but the corporation, Compassrock Real Estate as well. I had a UPS delivery stolen by another resident. After confronting this resident, I was able to recover my property, damaged I may add. I reported this to the on-site office staff and requested personal contact by the on-site manager. I followed this up with an E Mail request to Compassrock Real Estate via their web site for contact and reporting the incident. I then followed up with second E Mail to the on-site manager and Compassrock Real Estate, after one week there has been absolutely no contact. I have found this to be the norm with requests for maintenance, one such request was for a non-functioning front door lock at move-in. Telephone voice messages and E Mails went un-answered and it took an additional two personal visits to the office before the item was repaired. This holds true for other maintenance requests as well. In fact I even E mailed Compassrock Real Estate and on-site management that I was going to write this review and of course it went unanswered.

Since new manager has come and new activity director things are a bit rough. Manager is not very friendly. Activity director does not know how to properly cook foods. The club house is closed once a month(on Sunday) for AARP which has never been done before

In the summer of 2013 there was a problem with bedbugs.Slowly after a much unease and many inquiries from tenants, management did acknowledge the problem,called an exterminator,and did their best to reassure tenants.I really think this can happen even in very big strip hotels and it is not unusual,but it must be dealt with proactively.

Horrible Management!
I have made this my home for four years and have always felt welcomed. Previous management have always been courteous, friendly, and involved. Since the property went bankrupt and I believe is currently owned by Bank of America, the management has been terrible and the amenities and activities are not what they used to be. The current management (I believe they are Pinnacle Realty Management) has little regard towards seniors. They are unfriendly, cold, at times rude, and on occasion hostile. They have created an overall unfriendly and hostile environment. The facility has a beautiful lobby in the entrance but the new management has removed the nice leather furniture and installed a large, white, cruise ship looking arch; as if you are entering onto a cruise ship for a fun filled vacation. It is really pathetic looking and does not reflect reality.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY
This apartment complex is the worst place I have ever lived. The management staff is rude and abusive to the tenants. The activity director (Ashley) is especially abusive to the tenants and shows no compasion to anyone. The company has filed for bankruptcy and can no longer afford to maintain the property. Outside lighting has always been an issue making it very dangerous be out on the prperty at night.Fire alarms go off at all hours of the night for long periods of time forcing the tenants to sit in their cars for hours waiting for a very incompitant maintinance staff to arrive long after the fire department has left. There seems to be no guidelines in place concerning the health department issues and certificates within the kitchen area. i.e. filthy kitchen, no regulations on temperatures with food being served, the cleanliness of the serving staff...

I have lived here for 1 year. The apartments are really small and they are so dark you have to have the lights on during the day, there is no storage what so ever. Also the rent is way over priced.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years, it is great. The activities they plan and the residents who live here. A very community oriented environment. Management is great they try to really maintain the property and address the concerns we have. The only one problem there is the activities director, she young and doesn't seem to respect the residents.
