The BEST building in New York City hands down. I have been living in this building since 2020, and it has made the New York experience truly unique. The unit has great views, it's spacious for NY standards and it has everything one needs. The amenities are great and the staff is unbeatable.

Love the building. Great amenities. Maintenance is quick. I like the gym and the common area which can be used as a coworking space. Recommended to anyone. Only downside is ten minute walk to the subway but you get used to it.

I've been living in the building for 8 years and have seen it improve continuously. The staff is generally very kind and the building communicates clearly with tenants. I regularly see upgrades, maintenance, and genuine care for the property. The tenant community has also improved a lot over the years ? nowadays we see more friendly, social neighbors, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. It's a clean, organized place, and I truly feel they're open to hearing feedback and making things better. I love living here!
