This is a very friendly and helpful community. Everyone I talk to loves this building and it's a great place to live. The staff are attentive and issues get resolved quickly. I've never had an experience that was anything else but good.

I really enjoy living at 1 N 4th. It's a great community with ever better accommodations. It also helps to have arguably the greatest views in the city, with accessible public transportation to Manhattan and Queens!

I love living here. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. The building is in a great area of Williamsburg with the parks, restaurants, and local entertainments within a few minutes walk. The L & G trains and buses are also very accessible.

Amazing property, friendly staff and doorman are also amazing. Amenities are top notch. Easy access to the L train, Trader Joes and Wholefoods. The community is safe and great as well. I highly recommend the property. You also can't beat the E River views.

Great building and great staff! The space is clean, everyone is friendly, and it's generally quiet. I love the outdoor shared space - absolutely incredible views. I hope to stay here as long as possible !

Great building,friendly staff that are always helpful. Have moved 7x in NYC and this is definitely the friendliest / well managed building that I've lived in. Thank you for everything! We really appreciate it!

I love it here, have been here for 3.5 years and will only leave if i'm moving or buying a place. Great staff, great amenities, couldn't be happier! Love the people too if you want to engage with members in the building you can and they are great.

Great staff, nice people and stunning views! The lounge and terrace are awesome to check the city and to make BBQs. Issues are solved vey quickly and the package room works very efficiently. Love this Building! MBG

Building staff is amazing makes every day better with their friendly greetings professionalism and smiles. I feel like I have a family here. It is kept super clean. The building events could be better I don't feel as much of a sense of community with my neighbors.

I've had a mostly positive experience living at One North Fourth! Everyone is friendly, the monthly activities are fun, and I love my apartment/the neighborhood. The only complaint I would have is that sometimes the wait time for the elevators is longer than I'd like, but that only happens during traffic hours (when people are leaving to or coming from work).

my experience overall has been good except for the ongoing water issues starting in August 2024. Management needs to be on this. Management also failed to notify residents about changes in water prior to service change.

1 N 4th Pl is a beautiful building with a really professional and kind community. The building is maintained very well and the staff do their best to get to know you and best help and support you. Great access and location, amenities are nice (albeit extra $) and a warm and welcoming building.

the staff was all very friendly, the head of maintenance walked me through every appliance in the unit and ensured they were all working. when i first moved in i didnt have 2 full sets of keys and he ran out to get a second set. i am still waiting on one final key, but it is no issue!

Great building with modern amenities that are well maintained, but the real asset is the amazing staff that is always available to residents. Finally, the location is the best in Williamsburg, great restaurants, group fitness, shopping and grocery stores.

Great building and staff - maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner. Common spaces like gym could be cleaner, it seems like trainers come onsite and take over the gym. It also is dirty on floors and equipment, so the amenities fee feels high for the quality.

Great building. Maintenance staff is quick and friendly. Front desk is always willing to help with any ad hoc requests. Given cul de sac in front of building it is quite easy for any service people to come and it is easy to get picked up in ubers. Apartment was also very clean, freshly painted when we moved in.

Everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating during the whole move in process. There is a great sense of community all throughout the building. All the tenants seem to be friendly with the staff and vice versa. I'm excited to live here!

The condo was very nice and clean, and located in a fantastic area in Williamsburg. The view is also spectacular (depends on where the unit is facing as well). The staff are nice. We had a smooth move-in process overall. The maintenance team did a good job of preparing it for our move-in (walls were painted, appliances were checked, etc).

It has been good so far but we also just moved into the unit. The maintenance staff is amazing and the doormen are phenomenal. The unit was clean when we moved in and everything worked super seamlessly.
