We just moved in < 1 month and we are satisfied with the management team at 1 N 4th place. Front desk and the maintenance team have been professional and friendly. One minor nit, the package room set up is atypical (not 24 hours).

The management and staff teams are excellent - they are courteous and professional. We enjoy teh amentities and the views! We also find the common space to always be clean and tidy. Maintenance responses are always timely.

We love our community and staff here. We are always greeted with a smile from our desk staff and truly love all of the maintenance staff/ package room/ desk and club lounge staff. We are so lucky to live here

Incredible view and great location. Unfortunately the building itself is little run down. I'm moved from the Two Trees 325 Kent Ave building which was immaculate. My new apartment is also much smaller but more expensive.

Easy. Some hidden fees. Not cheap. They should heat the pool. But yeah there is a pool. but seriously its freezing. get a solar cover...something to make it reasonable to go in. also, how about some remotes for the TVs...the common spaces arent very usable but they are somewhat pretty. the play room is not exactly inspiring. people are great mostly.

It is amazing. Everyone that works here is friendly, and any issues that you may have are quickly resolved. The best part of the experience is that there is rarely an issue that needs attention. They maintain the property well, and they do not cut corners making things look better while also operating better. 5 dtars

It is a wonderful neighborhood with creative energy and vibe. Always good to walk around so we can find something new in the area. Our building is located at one of the most scenic riversides in Williamsburg. The community staffs are kind , caring, and wonderful team from the concierge, maintenance, and management.

I couldn't be happier to be at 1 N 4th Pl. The building is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the environment is so quiet and safe. Resigning was the easiest decision we've made Feeling very thankful to be here!

Great neighbors and neighborhood View spectacular A lot of wind becareful when close to the door but overall Williamsburg is a great place to live near Manhattan with the benefits of a small community and the amenities of the city

It's been great so far, staff seems great. The corridors paperwalls are a bit old and a refresh would give the building a more modern look ;-) The bike storage is not adapted to electrical bikes (too heavy to hang out) it would be a great idea to provide horizontal parking lots

Front door staff is excellent and they are very knowledgeable in various areas of resident life. Gym equipment is subpar compared to similar priced rental spaces. Apartment structures are modern but assembled poorly, constant maintenance requests I've had to submit. Location is great! Staff is Great! Rental cost is high for the services provided however.

Very good all employees do a very nice job and are very helpful. Little work needs to be done in common areas- application on new tile in hallways is not done well and there need to be improvements to hallways in general.

Couldn't ask for a better building, the staff are always welcoming and helpful starting from the lobby and package room throughout the rest of the building. The maintenance team is superb headlined by Andi who is nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend becoming a part of the 1 N 4th community if you're looking for the best building in Williamsburg!

The staff and doormen are nice. Maintenance responds promptly. Apartment interior is a little dated. Management is not usually flexible on most things. Facilities are average but location is great, which is the main selling point of this building.

I love it here! Great building, great services, great people and you cannot beat the view. Wish the gym and pool were a little nicer, but we really can't complain. Roof deck is amazing. Best place I lived in NY!

Great building, lots of nice amenities especially the pool. When I first moved into the building, our property manager (Troy) wasn't great. However, our most recent manager is great-- courteous and responsive. The building staff are and always have been very welcoming and professional. The building has also made improvements in terms of the amount of time it takes to fix maintenance requests.

It has been excellent living at 1N4. The front desk staff, maintenance staff, amenities and package room staff are always kind and very helpful. The apartments are beautiful and well-kept. You can tell the staff take pride in their jobs and enjoy being there every day.

There has been a lot of staff turnover recently which makes me wonder what's going on and how the employees are being treated. I also think the staff seems afraid to enforce any rules. The pool was miserable with this past summer with the amount of parties and large group gatherings that were allowed to be held.
