1N4 is a great building - staff is courteous, amenities are beautiful and the location is unbeatable. The views are probably the best part of living here. Mostly young people and couples live in the building.

The staff are friendly staff, already knew my name on arrival and within the first week. Amenities are kept in a very clean state. The building is close to restaurants and shops with a lot of new things opening as well.

The staff and residence are all super friendly. Our repair requests are also answered super quickly. The best part is although we can hear movements in the hallway, we've never been able to hear our next door or upstairs/downstairs neighbors.

I've lived here going on 3 years. The building is amazing. The staff is very professional and has always felt like family. The community within the building is also exactly what you'd want if you were a young professional or family. As for the apartments themselves, i've never had a complaint. The apt washing/ dryer machine and dishwasher plus more storage than i've ever been able to fill up personally are coveted additions in most NYC apts. 5 stars for sure.
