The experience at 1N4th has been amazing. From the first day we contacted Cameron, we have been impressed with the level of the staff working in the building. Our experience with the community has been great, people have been super polite and there are lot of young people living in the building.

I moved into this building in December and everyone is so friendly and professional! My requests are addressed immediately and the doormen go above and beyond to create a warm environment. The package room is organized and I get all my deliveries with out any issues.

It's quiet, clean, safe, comfortable, plenty of light, and had all-new appliances when I moved in. Close to public transport (I can see the ferry dock from my window, and the subway is 10 mins away). This has been a great place to live.

Overall I think this is the best building to live in Williamsburg in terms of location, proximity to transit, views, nearby shops and amenities. Not to mention the modern building, gym, social area, and the staff that keeps it all running. I'd recommend 1 N 4th to my friends or anyone looking for an upgrade!

Enjoyed my time here so much. Everything is kept clean, I feel at home with everyone that works there, from the doormen to the mail room. Love my apartment as well and will be hard to find a place compareable in the city.

Great, friendly service from all staff from the front desk to maintenance. I had some trouble with the rent payment platform change and felt that it could have been smoother given it was a technical error and I was in good standing. Other than that, the noise can be a bit loud from big basses playing but it is bearable most of the time.

I've been living in this building for more than three years now and I couldn't be happier. Management and staff are very friendly and efficient. Amenities are just the best, always clean, well maintained, nice and cozy. Location? A two blocks from Trader Joe's, Cvs and Duane trade, three from Whole foods, steps from the ferry and 10 mins walk from the L train. I hope to stay here for many years to come

Beside for the issues I faced recently everything has been great. Front desk staff by far the best. However have an ever had a matience issue as I did when my AC broke. The vendors they use from outside are also terible

I have lived here for 3 years and I have no complaints whatsoever! The building staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and always put a smile on my face when interacting with them. The amenities are so rare in NYC (specifically the outdoor pool and deck!), which we are so grateful for and use all the time. The people who live in the building are stellar too. Love this place and we definitely plan to continue living here for the foreseeable future!

I really love this building and the staff. My only complaint is sometimes the evening doormen are a little too friendly. And I really wish the elevators had mirrors. But otherwise I love it here and wouldn't choose to live anywhere else in the city.

Extraordinary staff in every level. Home feeling in a 500 + apartments. Breath taking view. Washer and dryer in unit. Any problem service is here in less than an hour. 24h service. Moved from Manhattan to avoid noise and mess. Ferry landing infront of the building. L train at 5 minutes walk. Could not be happier.

Building has not been maintained well by Clinton management, the upgrades have been cheap replacement of what the building originally had its disappointing. If you raise rents maintain same level of quality.

Williamsburg is a great area and I enjoy living in Brooklyn. Lots of new businesses are opening and the public parks are being renovated. The area also feels very safe . I would recommend living in Williamsburg. One of the only downsides is the increase in rents.
