Well kept building with beautiful views and a kind, helpful, and present staff. The location is perfectly located in front of the NYC ferry and just a few blocks from the Bedford L train stop. Pool and on site fitness are a plus.

The building staff is amazing; so nice & accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and full of great coffee shops & restaurants. Love the proximity to the ferry, as use it more often than the subway, great way to commute!

I love it here so far! It's only been a few days, but everything has been perfect from the staff to the amenities to the apartment unit. Just in love with the view. This is by far the nicest place I've ever lived. Very lucky and blessed to be here.

I love the community of Williamsburg. We are so close to both Domino and McCarren parks. There are endless restaurants and bars in the area with transportation close by. We plan to renew our lease and stay in the area.

Brilliant. Very much enjoying our time here. The place has great amenities and building is top spec. We very much enjoy the terrace and often use the pool. We will be aiming to stay in this building for as long as possible.

Really positive experience so far. Very accommodating staff and the application process was smooth and easy! We were able to pick up the keys to the apartment, complete all setup tasks, and everything else needed through the online portal!

My family loves living here. 1N4th is a great community with everything we need for our family, including a pool and kids room for our child, a great gym for my wife and I, and the club level where we can host friends and meet our neighbors.

The building is great. We just renewed our lease because it is a joy to live here. The building has the best, most professional staff around. Maintenance staff keep the place clean and make sure everything is perfect in ur residence at all times. The staff members in the package room make sure you get everything you ordered, the packages are super organized. The front staff are going to be your friends. Don't believe bad reviews, they come from guests not residents.

Great community. Lots of great people in the building. You feel "known" here as opposed to other buildings. The view from the deck is second to none and there's lots to do in the neighborhood. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an apartment.

So far so good. I recently moved to the apartment. The move was smooth and the building staff are both very helpful and friendly. The building, gym, club lounge, and elevators are in pretty good condition.

Great location, great amenities, and staff is very welcoming and helpful. Neighborhood feels lively but safe. Views into Manhattan are amazing. Rent is pricey but I definitely think it's worth the value.

1N 4th is in the heart of Williamsburg, close to all the hot spots. You're surround by the most beautiful view of the city, amazing restaurants, shopping, and restaurants. The staff is amazing and so kind to everyone who walks in. The building is always so clean and everyone living here is so nice and considerate. Would recommend to anyone looking to move

Generally good but population is somewhat transient?many expats only here for a year or two. Also some of the restrictions on guests in the common areas are a bit limiting and don't allow people to invite friends over.

We love this building and the staff. We are looking forward to the amenities this summer and hope to take full advantage of them. Our views and apartment are exactly what we expected given this area. We're very happy to live here

I've been living here for 4+ years. It is so quiet and peaceful, because it is a little bit removed from the main thoroughfare. Gorgeous views of the city. Super nice staff. Fun events. Incredible gym. Wonderful to be by the pool in the nice weather.

I've only been here for 2 nights and I'm already thrilled. Everyone is very friendly, the staff is incredibly helpful and the building is just dreamy. The apartment itself is the perfect size with so much space, storage and a world-class view.

So far it's been a flawless welcoming and very warm staff! highly recommended! VERY humane specially for NYC! We had a very special situation while awaiting for a moving company who arrived at midnight and the staff still obliged!

Great location, great people. Staff is great, they do a great job of taking care of all the needs we have. The people here are young and fun to be around. Easy access to shopping, especially grocery and drug stores.

It's been great. Everyone is very nice. Building is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful when you need them. View is beautiful and can't be beat. Lots of benches outside which are great for when the weather gets nice.

I used StreetEasy and it was so seamless. Application process was all online and super easy. Management has been nothing but spectacular. I have loved living here and look forward for the years to come!!

Horrible. If I didn't have a newborn I'd leave. The building isn't kept up. Sewage is all over my apartment and baby's things. No one knows how to fix anything the first time. My apartment has had flooding issues 4 times in 3 years.

The staff is very courteous and professional. The amenities are maintained well and priced fairly. The building itself is very clean. Although maintenance requests are on the slow side. Very ideal location.

I just moved from France and had to find a place to live in 2 weeks. I've walked into the building and found a studio for rent. ? weeks after I've moved into my new apartment in this nice community. Thanks
