We love how nice everyone is and how beautiful this apartment is. Everyone is very welcoming and we already feel apart of this community after just moving in. Also a huge plus is how dog friendly the building is!

Love it here, made to feel right at home always. Efficient service and response always, the maintenance team are friendly, always sort problems quickly and to a high standard. The guys at the front desk are like family!

I am an issue with maintenance and a/c heating and air quality in the building..also units in the building make alot of noise throughout the night.Overall I have no problem with community only that I wish it was more diverse

Amazing building with fantastic staff and tenants! Love the amenities like gym, lounge, and 3rd floor deck. Awesome location very close to all the action in Williamsburg! Very conveniently located right by the ferry - makes it super easy to get to the east side of Manhattan! L train at Bedford great for getting to the west side.

This building is a dream! Everyone has been very nice, and the move in was easy. Apt was in perfect condition when we arrived. Maintenance requests are immediately addressed. The building staff is professional and friendly. So thrilled to be living here!

We love living at 1N4. The community was amazing and welcoming and we love our apartment. The doormen have helped with everything and it feels like a total family! So so happy we chose to live in here!

I love the community and what if offers, the location is great, the building. Is close to the water and train, supermarkets, movie theater. It also looks safe and the street are bike friendly. It is closer to Manhattan

Management is quick to assist and unit was very clean and ready upon move-in day. Staff is friendly and helpful as questions come up. Common spaces are clean and useful, with spaces for work and personal time.

Love this community- the workers and the residents. Everyone is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. I feel such a sense of peace every time I come back home to the building. I always feel safe, can't imagine life not living here

We LOVE living at 1 N 4th Pl. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the people have become our friends. There's a great feeling of community here that can sometimes be rare in NYC buildings.

The community is in a very great location, right on the East River and has multiple avenues for easy travel like the bus and ferry. Also east access to get into New York City because the ferry and trains are so accessible!

Management company has not been very engaged in addressing key issues with the apartment. Notably, the AC units here are horrible. I've lived in NYC apartments for 20 years and have never had the issues I'm experiencing here - extremely loud unit that doesn't appropriately cool the room. Building staff range from moderately friendly to unfriendly. Amenities are ok.

Move-in process was super smooth. James at the front desk and Jay the handyman were super friendly and helpful in ensuring our move went smoothly. Constant communication with building staff ahead of our move was also super helpful, and made the entire process from lease signing to move-in as seamless as possible.

Wonderful building. The units are gorgeous. The staff is very professional and extremely accommodating. Love the location and the amenities are top notch. Highly recommended! Best building and views in Williamsburg!

Our first week living here has been a living hell. Our bathroom smelled like a sewer for 3 days before management finally got it fixed. Also, our A/C unit in the living room broke on day 5 and the washer/dryer needed to be replaced because they also didn't work. This property should make sure that everything is working perfectly before allowing new tenants to move in.

Good living experience. Clean and convenient. Would recommend to friends. Pet friendly, close to ferry. Easy move in, leasing office was very helpful And easy to contact. They were also quick and prompt via email.

The staff has truly made this building feel like a home and a community. I tell my friends all the time they should move here. The pool and gym really amazing selling points. Never had a sound complaint

Great building, very happy with the staff and the amenities. When things get broken they are fixed right away. I would highly suggest this building to friends and/or family. The area is also really nice, very convenient location.

I absolutely love living in 1N4! I tell everyone al the time how much I love our apartment and most importantly, the people who work in this building. It always amazes me how they remember your name and are just so nice to you ALWAYS. It is very welcoming and kind which isn't that common in many apartment building these days unfortunately.

I've lived in the building for less than a week but I already feel at home. The apartment is spacious, the building staff are friendly and personable, the move-in was seamless, and the neighborhood is great.

Overall, beautiful and well-maintained building in outstanding location. Water views are unbeatable and absolutely panoramic. Management has been friendly, responsive, and accommodating in all of our interactions.

We love the community and apartment especially our views. The park next door is amazing for our puppy who loves playing with other dogs and getting his energy out. The waterfront is absolutely amazing and we love going for walks outside.

The move in process was overall quick- a walk thru with a handyman was required which is what I wanted. The side door entrance to move in and taking multiple elevators and walking a long time to get to the apt. Was a bit of a pain but otherwise the views are magnificent! Staff I liked so far!

Sammy the leasing agent was amazing from day one. The building staff from the doormen to the porters always treat us with respect. I cannot recommend this building enough! If you are looking for a new home, look no further than 1 N 4 Pl.
