Teagen apartments are pretty nice, from what i've seen so far. The unit was clean upon mo in. The apartment is nice but definitely recently remodeled and you can tell. Not the best paint job and you can see where they have slapped the new materials in the unit.

I asked them in January to fix my garbage disposal. It is now March and all they did was plug in my dishwasher. I then asked them to fix my bathroom faucet as it fell off the wall and they stuck it back on with Elmer's glue. About to call corporate and tell them about this situation and demand compensation.

I had a great experience touring the property with Janet. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making the process easy. However, if you are a non-smoker, the environment may not be the best fit.

It's a good place to live and maintenance staff is wonderful. The manager is prompt in taking care of our needs. It wasn't always great but since new management has taken over it's gotten much better!

Very nice apartments for the price. Nothing in the apartment is broke or poorly did. Maintenance comes very quick when you have an issue so that's a plus. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Very nice appliances for the price

I have been living at the Teagen Apartments, OKC for 1 year, and my experience has been excellent. Ms. Sherri, the property manager is amazing, along with her staff, who are consistently friendly, responsive as maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Mr. Kelly is outstanding, helpful, and willing to assist in any way he can. One of my favorite amenities is the gym, which is always clean, well maintained, and inviting. Overall, CAF management does a great job. If you are looking for a clean and peaceful environment I would recommend this place.

The apartment is spacious and the amenities are great.The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating. I especially like the clubhouse with the different activities including pie day, donut day and bingo say nothing of the pool table, ping pong table and gym.

This apartment complex is one of the most put together facilities I have seen in my search for apartments. They have all of the facilities cleaned and the place kept up. The grass was well kept and you could just tell that they care about their complex.

Great experience living at the teagen apartments in okc . It was a quick approval to get into the apartments and I have been here over a year . I didn't really want to deal with packing up everything and moving again everything every year. I stayed another 6 mo lease .

I've been here since 2020. It started out nice and neat and now it's completely gone downhill over the last 5 years. Office has a high turnover rate and takes weeks to complete any maintenance request. Water is off more than it's on.

Destinee made this apartment hunting easyyy! I toured two apartments and they both were beautiful and spacious. I got all the amenities I was looking for, washer/ dryer , pool, gym, security and the property looks so beautiful and clean! I'm excited to move it and decorate my new apartment!!

Community is good, not bad apartments, but been having problems with maintenance staff not always fixing the actual problem especially when it comes to air conditioning problems and I have been dealing with air conditioning problem since April of 2025.

Great team ! Very kind and friendly . Hard working when it comes to making sure all maintenance issues are processed and satisfied . The leasing team is SUPER helpful , very greet able and welcoming and attentive to the process of applying, setting up your portal , and the pet screening section . All any questions have been addressed and walked through properly . Fantastic move in process !

I love the walk out patio, gives the feel of having a house w/backyard. I love the swift action from maintenance whenever there is an issue. I am thankful for a safe environment, several of my neighbors have been over here for several yrs.
