I have been in these apartments before they were bought and name Teagan. I can say this office staff is more helpful than the last. Though apt sill can be way better. I'm sure they are working on their kinks.

    I've been having problems since I moved in, and nothing gets fixed asap and I don't get a notice when maintenance is fixing something in my apartment until I get home which should be unacceptable and should be given, a proper notice before coming into my apt...

      I would not recommend this place to any friends or family. I might even spare my worst enemy. The lack of communication from the staff is appalling. The lack of empathy from the staff is pitiful. You will be a rent check here and that is it. A warm body to fill this prime example of the landlord special apartment. You should move in if you want your car broken into, bare minimum office staff, crappy appliances, and the most god awful vinyl floors!

        Super open apartment. very spacious and roomy it's exactly what I'm looking for I like the open kitchen layout and the in unit washer and dryer and all the updated appliances I think this is going to be my future apartment

          It's been alright living here. No major issues and I have never felt unsafe. Laundry isn't that bad if you don't have units in your apartment. Some of the machines don't work but I'm pretty sure that will be fixed soon. But other than that it's not too bad if you're not really picky.

              The new management is all talk and no action, pending issues from months back remain unsolved and even on their portal they closed the cases and marked them COMPLETED. Focus is on getting new people in and not keeping those already renting happy

                It's been about a 4/10 experience. I don't mind my apartment itself or my location, but the issues with maintenance have been an absolute joke. I have work orders from over a year ago left uncompleted and at this point I'm doubting they will get fixed when I have to move out.

                  They can make it look nice outside of the apartments, repair works take a long time or never gets repaired, having to keep reminding them, their water damage to the apartment is still going on and it's going on 6 weeks now, call in repair still haven't taken place yet on other maintenance issues.

                    It has been nothing but horrible there have been numerous safety hazards with violence and crime at the apartment complex, fortunately I was not the victim of those instances however maintenance and on site management have completely ignored most requests, the last several request have just been marked complete without maintenance actually arriving into the apartment to even look at the issue

                      Maintenance is never done in a timely manner and is still not completed in master bedroom have went to office serveral times and they said someone is coming today and today never comes. the stool is so loose I afaid I am going to fall off of it.

                        Nice apartments at a very reasonable price in a great location. The available amenities were actually great with washer and dryer unit in some apartments as well as on site laundry. Very quiet area. With pet parks for pet owners.

                          There have been a number of different management/ front office staff during my time here. Hallway lights are always out and a pain to get them fixed in a timely manner. Children are roaming without adult supervision. Laundry facilities are not upkept for cleanliness. Actual apartment is decent; large bedrooms. A renovation on the inside is needed. Limited kitchen cabinet space. If your lucky to have quiet neighbors then minimal complaints. A lot of dogs but there always on leashes.

                            I have lived here for two years and have enjoyed the experience. My apartment is conveniently located and spacious. The new Teagen management team is working hard to upgrade the buildings. The maintenance team responded quickly and professionally when a problem occurred in my apartment.

                              Location was good for me. Change of management Lack of communication and poor maintenance are a loss for me . Burners on kitchen stove have never worked . Don't like being charged a concierge fee for trash and pest control.

                                Maintenance is extremely slow to respond to requests and will take months to fix any issues. I have lived here for over a year and still do not have a working dishwasher or clothes dryer. Also, you pay for a gated community that never closes the gates, even the hours posted. You pay a premium for a service that is not actually provided.

                                    The apartment is large and affordable. It's mostly a quiet community. I enjoy the trash pick up service and security patrol. Maintenance takes a long time to come look at issues , I had flooding and no one ever actually came out . My shower has been messed up for at least 6 months .

                                      Customer service is great however I have not been able to fully move into my apartments t Due to there being roaches. I called about it and now I have to wait till someone comes out which is stressful as I been wanting to be fully moved in. The paint and base board could of been worked on much better or at least taken there time but the apartment is spacious

                                        This area is ------ and very dangerous. Would not recommend. Kids running around with guns,terrible school districts, neighbors always fighting, floods when it rains. Heat & air barely work oven only works half the time.

                                          Over the last month the new owners have been making some major improvements. They are currently fixing the entrance, painting the outside of the units and making repairs to the balconies and stairs. They even started a trash service where they will take your trash out for you so no more trips to the dumpster.

                                            Front gate doesn't work, office staff are hardly in, maintenance takes forever, a/c unit barely works and is loud, neighbors are friendly, rent increase without notice, new staff without notice until already moved in, pool is small, playground is too big for toddlers to play on and climb on, and the laundry units are always dirty or have broken washers and dryers

                                              Can an apartment complex really leave you with no heat/air days in a row when its going to be below freezing or over 90 degrees? They know I have two small children. A five year old son who is disabled, and an 11 month old daughter. Not only is it hard to regulate the temperature.. i have to worry about leaving my windows open living upstairs with two little ones. The screens aren't even secure on some of the windows. And to sleep with the windows open.. all the noise outside keeps us up all night. Gunshots, ------ neighbors screaming often and at all hours, loud music from cars driving by, sweat to death in your sleep or freeze your bum off. My kids and i haven't had a good nights rest in almost 2 weeks now. I feel like this should be considered an emergency..? The office is blowing me off. I go out of my way to be a good tenant just to get dumped on. Ive never in my life dealt with this many issues with an apartment complex. Weather hasn't been too bad lately.. but severe weather is expected this weekend so ill probably have to close my windows. My apartment instantly turns into a sauna when i close my windows! Even when its "not that hot" outside, my apartment is ALWAYS 10 degrees hotter with all of my doors and windows open - no matter what i do. Thirteen days and counting now.. trying to keep a comfortable temperature in my apartment for my babies.. its starting to wear on me. After all of the drama here - the sexual harassment by maintenance men, my cable being illegally disconnected, the every other day water cut offs, new managers, office staff and maintenance every time i turn around, frequent police visits, my heating and air not being repaired in a timely fashion.. they couldn't PAY me enough to keep living here. I don't like to complain but my family doesn't deserve this. They don't give two hoots about their tenants. Ive been nice and nice has gotten me nowhere. Ive never felt so disregarded in my life! August please hurry. I don't know how much more i can take. :(

                                                BUGLARY-STABBINGS-ROACHES-CREDIT RUINED

                                                I lived here for one year, 2006-2007. I moved here because it seem like a good location and they offered low rates. I took a tour during the day and it looked like a pretty quiet place...I was wrong! At night there are ------ people everywhere who just hang out on all the stairwells. LOUD rap music is played until the sun comes out. There was a problem with ants and there were roaches everywhere. After living there about 3 months, my apartment was broken into, they stole all of my DVDs (about 200), my DVD player, and my checkbook. About a month later my car was broken into and guess what was stolen- a basket of dirty clothes that I was taking to the laundry! About a month after that, I hear people yelling outside my door, a few minutes later the police are knocking on my door telling me that one of my neighbors had stabbed the other with a machette. They made us evacuate and used my apartment to stake out and wait for the stabber to remove the barracades from his door. Finally my lease is over and I can move! I gave them my 30 day notice. I paid for the last month of rent plus a prorated amount for the extra 8 days. Then I left the keys in the dropbox the day I moved out (as instructed). 4 months later I get a phone call from a collector insisting that I owe "Artisan Ridge" over $1000 for abandoning my apartment and for 2 months of rent! I call the apartments and they say it is a mistake and they lost my paper work when transferring owners. All I needed to to was bring them a copy of that last check I wrote to them. I call my bank and paid for a copy and hand delivered it to them...To this day- 4 years later- I am still getting phone calls from collectors and it is on my credit report! The manager is never in the office and will not return any of my phone calls.
