I love this community and will definitely be renewing my lease if offered. The staff is kind and helpful. The space is clean and efficient. Me and my boyfriend take a walk around the complex and property every morning and it is incredibly peaceful.

Neisha and her associates were so positive. After extensive searching for the right apartment, I knew that I had found a safe and caring community that felt like home. Neisha went to extra lengths to find the perfect apartment to meet the needs for my daughter and her support animal. An occupant neighbor paused to meet us and share how satisfied she was and said that she wished that she had found this place sooner.

Since I've lived here this community got bought by another company & the overall property itself has seen some decent changes such as being cleaner in the common areas & updating the leasing office & weight room. They've also included trash service that you pay for even if you don't use it (I've never used it nor do I plan on using it, but still have to pay for it). It's been repainted however it's still obvious this community was a different color in many areas like door jams & inside of exterior storage doors. The lighting has improved as well. Overall it's decent but you'll see dated things still around here & there (old washers & dryers in apartments, low water pressure, hot water that doesn't last long). Is it worth the price? I'm not sure because I haven't checked into other communities in the area.

Quiet, well kept property. They have some nice amenities such as the package lockers for deliveries which gives you peace of mind knowing that your packages are safe until you can retrieve them. I'm very happy living here so far.

If you're remodeling a unit I would make sure that all doors are new or updated and there is no paint on any appliances. There are no holes in doors and for it to be fixed with a new door. If a place is going to remodel do it the right way.

It started off good but withing the last three years the rent just keep going up and now we have extra charges for things to pay and I just can't do it anymore. Plus I can't do the smoking weed t anymore from the neighbors, it comes through my vents and makes me sick to my stomach and headaches. The kids coming through our areas and kicking out doors and running.

MY experience at this community has been both wonderful and not so good. I do seem to have some issues with the office staff but that can usually be fixed by going up to the office personally and talking to them. Other than that, I do not seem to have many issues.

Upon moving in, we began to rent the upgraded model, which was not completed yet, and ended up never being completed such as the bathroom/shower handles for example. Two to three months in the air conditioner wouldn't cool and eventually went out. It still has not been changed and it's been 8-9 months into the 1 year lease. Lighting is a terrible issue - none by the walkway to my apartment building and very few in the lot. The worst thing is communicating to the staff. It is very one sided by their mass email and they do not respond to requests through the app. The overall appearance inside is nice, but because of all these issues I would not recommend this apartment.

Unfortunately, my roommate and I move-in wasn't the best. We moved in during the middle of a manager transfer, which leaves a lot of things to be missed and in doing so there has been some miscommunication and a little disorganization. Wen we enter the apartment, it was not clean at all from the previous tenants. There has been a little more than just somewhere in tear that I believe maintenance did not really fixed if they actually did the final walk-through so there's just a lot a little things that will keep finding that needs to be fixed But haven't so it's a little frustrating when that happens. With all the issues that we're having and requesting for maintenance is taking a little longer than we would like to get all the necessary things done so we can finish putting things away. We are very patient but there's only so much patience that we have we like the apartment but the downfall is all the things that wasn't catch before we moved in.

I have been living here for 10 years. We've had good leasing agents and we have had bad leasing agents. There's only one person in the office now that was left from the previous leasing staff that is still here however I am in the process of moving.

The environment is wonderful but the staff isn't the best. Work orders are not be completed in a timely manner as well. Have several tickets that just disappear with an automated email saying it was merged together.

Overall the experience is average to below average on some occasions. There is no security cameras around the property and my vehicles have been broken into several times. Some of the office staff are rude. The maintenance team works hard to keep the apartments up and running

The staff was very accommodating, and I have no issues with any of those folks. I was actually moving into an apartment at a different complex, but they had accidentally set me up in a smoking apartment. So, frantically, I made calls to other apartments that I had been accepted at because I had all of my belongings loaded in a Uhaul. I got to the Teagen, and they got me in an apartment day-of. Really great work. However, they said they were putting me in a non-smoking apartment, and the apartment they put me in smelled strongly of smoke. I became ill from it. I have tried reaching out about getting in another unit, but I haven't heard back. I would just like to know my options, now that it is considered uninhabitable.

So far I don't have too many complaints, All of the cabinets in the unit had layers of dirt & other small bits of debris inside of them, the cabinets above the sink had layers of what looks like saw dust in, on, & around the frame where the cabinet door shuts. All of the counter surfaces were completely sticky, including the bathroom. I had a package stolen from my front door within 20 minutes of it arriving, but the office was not open at the time to file a complaint. The entire complex is well kept for the most part besides the mattress that someone left by the dumpster about a week ago.

I read a lot of these reviews and I feel like the office staff has doing everything they can to get things done in people apartments. Sometimes when I come in I see that the ladies are trying our hardest to get everything done. A lot of people don’t see what goes on in in the office and they write bad reviews about these people they have a job just like you guys have a job you have but they cannot help with the maintenance guys are not doing their job the right way they send them to your apartment to get work done in your apartment if they’re not doing their jobs right. It doesn’t mean that is the office people‘s fault is the maintenance people fault you criticize these women so poorly for things that they cannot control ladies you are doing a wonderful job. Keep your heads up don’t let none of these reviews make you feel like you’re not doing what you’re supposed to be doing I see you guys work hard enough in the office. This whole experience has been terrible from being lied to and given a unit we didn't ask for to the unit being infested with roaches that the manager will not fix the appliance don't work and the office employees lie

My daughter moved in last week. On moving day they changed the apartment. While moving in they were cleaning it. The sink and garbage disposal do not work. The dish washer doesn't work and has standing water. Worse the apartment is infested with roaches who flood the walls and floors during am too. A week later 8-14-2023 the office staff has done nothing but lie and promise more lies. I will forward this to corporate. Shame on them.
