I have yet to move into my apartment, just waiting on the lease to be sent to me but upon first visit i really liked the apartments interior ans the location. Lots of greenery and it seems like a good neighborhood.

It's not worth it to have trash valet services. Maintenance is awful and won't ever do anything. Lots of updates that need to happen in the apartments. Office staff makes promises and won't stick to their promises.

There's really no loyalty to the residence that been here for years they would like to move new tenants in when more tenants are leaving i told them about the bugs they sprayed once that's all I told them about appliances nothing was done

My experience in my apartment other than my neighbors smoking which is so irritating because I am a non smoker has been good. My neighbors smoke non-stop and all that smell get into my apartment from the plumbling area in the bathroom and vents. This is the most uncomfortable situation I have been in my entire life. I work 16hours most of the times and then I come back home to rest , my entire apartment smells like they've been smoking cigarettes inside. There are many nights I find it hard to sleep. Sometimes I sleep in my closest. Why should I go through all this stress? I have complained countless times but nothing seems to be done.

Manager cares about the residents/community ! Sheri is amazing and works with her residents. Great events and the gates are an added bonus , wonderful maintenance staff and security is amazing to have !

The maintenance crew is the best and Sherry in the front office is very helpful and considerate. We hope she stays for a while. The laundry rooms need fixed and updated and the gate doesn't work half the time so we get random people driving through all the time.

It is a scary place. Just yesterday a girl was fighting with another tenant and she pulled out a knife and threatened to stab them. I don't feel safe here and I can't wait to move. There was a fight earlier with the same girl and 3 women were beating the crap out of her on the hood of my car. We have called the police so many times because there are trash tenants here.

So far my experience has been great minus the washing machine. Sounds like a space ship taking off. Haven't replaced that yet! Other than that I have been more than pleased with my apartment and the staff.

So far everything has been very nice. The apartment complex I'm at is fairly quiet and I don't hear a lot of noise. This apartment has a lot more functional space than my previous apartment that was over $100 more a month in rent. If there's one drawback I wish the appliances were a little nicer as I'm an active in-home cook, but they work just fine and I can adjust to them.

Horrible, the neighbors were always fighting. Stuff kept leaking in the apartment and maintenance never fixed it. The office staff is very rude and don't communicate with eachother. I wish I never signed a lease there.

Apartment staff is rude and lazy. They be mad at you for asking them to do their damn jobs. Safety overall is amazing, but everything is a piece of crap. I don't like it here and the value is not what it needs to be.

When I meet them and sign my lease and talk to them throughout the process it was great. But when my daughter when to ask questions about the mailbox the leasing lady was real rude to her and I didn't like that at all. But when I told them about maintenance issues it didn't take them no time at all to fix my issues.

I came in and did a tour with Neecha I forgot my ID and she said no problem I have pictures I can show you a tour of the office and let me know everything about the apartments that I needed to know. She was a great person. I appreciate going to this property to get to meet this lady. I will be putting in an application next week.

Give a special shout out to Neecha

I just moved in today and I wanted to give a shout out to Neecha for helping me get into the apartment. I have two children and I was living with my mom and she helped me on Friday with my application online and everything she told me she would have my apartment ready by Tuesday and she did the apartment ready for me and my kids moving in today with no issues. She took very good care of me and I wanted to show my appreciate to her for everything she done, I don’t know why she’s not a manager but she should be one. She’s a hard worker and she gets things done.

75/25 I had a few problems with the initial move-in and AC issues. Other than that, things have been good. When I've put in a work order, they have been addressed efficiently and satisfactorily. The staff that I have encountered were friendly and helpful. I've heard and seen bad reviews for this location and have been lucky enough not to have that experience.
