I have had problems with this place from the moment I got here. I was told my apartment would have in unit washer and dryer; it didn't. I had to sign three different leases by the time I actually got moved in because of one issue or another. I had to move things into the apartment without keys because the locks still needed to be replaced. The bedroom doesn't even have a light a ceiling fan, nothing in it. I use my phone flashlight to see at night.

    My fiancee and I were accommodated very well. Jasmine was extremely patient, professional, and explained things thoroughly for us. It was unfortunate that we could not tour any units besides the showing model.

      They don't fix anything it takes them months to do stuff bathroom tile been coming up since I moved here refrigerator doors came off they lie say they get you new appliances and don't poor management they don't do their jobs either

        Unprofessional/Discriminating/Bad Bussiness Practices

        Management is bias towards women. Management refuses to communicate with tenants. My move in date was delayed, and their where fees for keys and services that I paid for that I did not recieve such as pest control. The office, pool,gym,and clubhouse was being remodeled so we paid for services we where unable to use for a couple months. Maintenance was slow to get things fixed if you have pets. Their are a lot of hidden fees you will pay for if you don't pay attention when you first move in. They have also, falsified dates on documents such as lease agreements and notices. I have also, seen a lot of tenants move in and move out constantly.

          I like the stability of this apartment community. There have been good and bad owners over the 25 plus years that I have stayed here. This apartment is convenient for me. Please continue to add amenities.

            I haven't been here long, but so far so good. I work close, walking distance and the move has been very convenient for me. The ladies in the office made it very easy to move in. The rooms are very spacious. There were no major problems upon move in.... No roaches and very clean

              management never gets back to me regarding my apartment and maintenance i need done. neighbors leave dog poop and management does nothing about it. get charged for things i dont use. gate i paid $100 for two key fobs doesn't close so no secure premises

                  Assistant manager was untruthful with us every step of the move in process. Our apartment was not ready when we were told it would be, and no one bothered to tell us. Every appliance was broken at move in, along with several other maintenance issues.

                    So far, it's has not been the worst or the best place to live. I enjoy the layout of the apartment and I love how close it is to my place of employment. It was on the higher end of my price range, but as with most apartments, it has its downsides. Mostly just these lack of consideration for others by residents and the lack of maintenance attentiveness are the only major flaws.

                      Don't move here maintenance team dose NOT care about the residents, let alone care to fix anything! My experiences have been awful. The whole maintenance team just needs to GO! Property manager as well

                        Need better maintenance team

                        The Teagen apt needs better maintenance team they do not fix anything in the apartment you can put in multiple work orders and they’re not going to fix anything. Your maintenance team sucks. every time we see them outside they are just sitting around doing nothing while everything in our apartment is breaking down. Office team is doing their job. Just need better maintenance. Neecha and Patricia are doing their job really good I appreciate them so much. Thank you for helping me.

                              It was awesome. The community looks nice and clean. The communities seem very quiet the color of the property I love no big bold colors, something simple, elegant and lovable, didn't hurt my eyes at all lol

                                Managment is disrespectful and blames you for all problems in the apt

                                If I could put zero stars I would. From water outages to cockroaches and damage inbetween. This place is not a good environment to live in. The managers are hostile and unprofessional that are unwilling and inconvenienced to fix anything and will blame you. We have water damage and holes in the walls as well as unsealed tubs. Theres also leaks in the "new" fridge and cracks inside it but its our fault. Then door barely closes and you can see daylight through it but then they get upset and ask whats wrong with it. The AC barely works. Just had a walk through and the manager was unprofessional and disrespectful as well as so unwilling to fix issues that the blame is trying to be put on us. They walked out before even finishing the walk through. Do NOT live here. Save yourself the trouble.

                                  So far it has not been great. Moved into a not ready apartment. The front entry door has gaps all around the door that the whole door needs to be replaced and was told "there are multiple units like this if I did it for you I would have to do it for everyone." Have reported a hole in my closet wall and had them come out 4 times to look at it and still not fixed. The tub is peeling and cracking, was told they would have to get with the office about that. Also we pay a monthly pest fee and have yet to see any pest control in the entire complex. I have killed at least 10 cockroaches in the past month, and eventually bought my own pest control in the meantime. Also paid a monthly amenities fee when they aren't even available because of renovations. Pay a parcel box fee for one parcel locker that actually has a door on it which I don't even trust because the mailboxes got broken in too. Not impressed with the office staff or managers for that matter.

                                  I initially inquired on a 1 bed 1 ba apartment in Teagen and days later changed to effective immediate move-in. Neecha was very accomodating well past close of business hours and a place was found for me to my liking within days after the application. I'm pleased with the service and information she has provided me with and i'm now moved in and settled nicely.

                                    The apartment itself is great for the value. The office makes this place awful. They're difficult to get in touch with, never call you back when they say they will, and to get anything done I have to call the district manager of the company. The neighbors are loud, but tend to keep to themselves otherwise.

                                      My experience at The Teagan Apartments has been terrible. My husband was robbed at gun point going into our apartment, and there is no security or cameras. The maintenance workers never come to fix things on time, the office staff are very rude and not helpful. It would be in your best interest to look elsewhere.

                                        The apartments are absolutely beautiful in their own regard. The amenities are great, the only exception the people who run it. Management team seems to lack in emotional regard for their tenants. Maintenance request will go weeks with out being addressed then all of a sudden they are closed. When attempting to contact management they just tell you to put another request in. And the cycle continues. The maintenance team is top notch when it comes to service. But it is apparent that they are being pushed and told to complete task that is not realistic in their already busy schedule.

                                          overall good experience, staff is a little hard to reach. have had many issues with the online payment portal. last month received 4 different charges for water, contacted multiple times and was told the issue would be resolved but never was and ended up having to pay an additional fee and was never fully explained as to what it is. always coming home on my lunch break to water is very frustrating. parking is horrendous if your not home by 6pm and the sight of the storage containers is as well. and there is always water all over the parking lot creating mud in the walk ways which is never dangerous. i have a brain tumor and am having seizures and it is very difficult to walk through muddy walk ways

                                              The management here is easily the worst I've seen. Staff works on their time and can never seem to get things done. If you bring up an issue with the complex or your apartment, you will be told that it was someone else's fault. Nothing is their fault when they are literally the ones that run the complex. Communication is almost non existent. Emails that are sent to residents are very poorly written with many grammar mistakes. Water is turned off almost weekly. As far as interiors go, my only complaints are their being no lights in bedrooms and no in house laundry in a 2 bed 1 bath.

                                                I was absolutely blown away by how professional the complex looked. I did drive around before heading to the leasing office. All the buildings were immaculate - no broken blinds in apts, landscaping was professional, no trash in the parking lots, buildings looked very clean. Atmosphere was very quiet, I did visit around 2pm. Staff in leasing office was very friendly and inviting. I was impressed about receiving an email thanking me for visiting the complex.
