Nice place to live, neighbors are friendly and helpful. It's warm in the winter, cool in the summer and the water pressure is high. Snow removal is taken care of, the lawn is maintenence weekly and the pool is clean.

A community is a nice quiet community normally kept very clean no noise they seem to be on top of things I do believe that they should look into giving a senior citizens discount and put a clocks in the laundry room I also believe that after so many years, they should check the rugs and the painting in the apartments. I noticed that a lot of apartments have been redone, but the older apartments have not been touched.

Different types of apartments complexes are in this area. This specific complex was was 3 on a scale of 1-5.The price is affordable, lovely surroundings if you like nature, and a nearby walking path near the water, I believe.

Very nice place to live very most people are very personable. Grounds are very well kept. Mike in maintenance is great at what he does as well as shows compassion to the tenants. Parking is a challenge at times specially when it snows but all im all great place to live!

lived here since 2006. plan on living here indefinaty, great area , great maintenance service, never a problem with neighbors. quick service for maintenance requests, very hassle free lifestyle, would recommend highly

Property rarely updated but rent increases annually. Lots of rules regarding outside patios that only some people have to abide by. Maintenance takes long to respond and doesn't ever fully complete the jobs.

The facilities and grounds are very pleasant. The office and maintenance staff is very responsive. I don't like that I must provide a minimum of 200 characters to answer this question. I don't like that I cannot sumit my responses to this survey without including Apartment Ratings.

Westover Club apartments is a very good place to live. It is close to many places such as grocery, convenient stores, great places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to churches and schools.

Westover is a great place to live I love it! The office staff are informed and the scenery is beautiful. Since moving here I have had a pleasant experience. I would recommend all potential residents to seriously consider Westover.

Excellent community. Office staff very helpful and maintenance timely, especially Tim in the maintenance department. Addie, especially helpful. In the five years I have been here the few issues I have had have been resolved to my satisfaction.

The maintence guys are brilliant! The location is quiet and apartment are clean. This is a solid place to rent! Some of the units need updating but overall have had a good 7 year experience here before moving on to my single family home.

Office and management are responsive to requests,problems or concerns. Maintenance team is efficient and courteous and helpful. Portal is easy to use for rent payment and service requests. Outside grounds are kept immaculate and preventative maintenance is also a priority at the complex.

I enjoy living in this park-like setting. I find it peaceful and I feel safe. I think the biggest plus for me is the attention I get when I have a maintenance request. I've not been disappointed by the timeliness of the maintenance staff to get the job done the first time

I've been here less than a week but I am happy with my experience so far. Staff is friendly and the grounds are well-kept. Living space is large and more affordable than most. I have no complaints so far.

Second stay here now totalling 20+ years, great value for the money. Property exterior still being updated with a ways to go. Years lease renewal is generally consistent, but not all years. Maintenance staff really does a great job.

Very clean and so far quiet and staff and office staff very friendly and efficient. I have been here nearly 22 yrs a d live IT and so far being a senior citizen I can still live here even though increases occur.

It's been great I've enjoy everything this far. I just ask that some clears the grass so that I may utilize my entire apartment I have outdoor exupiment that I'd like to place and I have no space for the out door equipment because of the wild grass grower

We've lived here 12 years and are completely satisfied. The grounds are always neat and tidy. If needed, the maintenance people answer requests quickly and clean up after. The buildings are quiet. We seldom hear noises from other apartments. The pool and surrounding area is lovely.

The community is beautiful but its not worth what they charge. Ownership is greedy like every leasing company. I'm half expecting a charge on my rent for reading my feedback. I do plan to renew because its clean and safe
