We've been here for 15 years. If it wasn't top-notch we certainly would have moved on years ago. Upgrading the property is done with regularity and keeps things fresh. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything we want and need.

Country-like setting, but close to major highways, malls, etal. Too many barking dogs now that they're allowed - prior there was only a building or two that allowed dogs. people are letting run free and not pickup the waste!!!

Very quiet and safe area. Hidden gem, I love it here. Perfect for my family, my children love it here. It is very easy to get to stores and restaurants in the area. Very welcoming atmosphere, beautiful scenery and property.

Living at Westover Club has been a peaceful and comfortable experience. The community is quiet, and the staff is amazing?they're always friendly and go above and beyond to help. My only concern is the rising rent, but overall, it's been a great place to call home.

Very accommodating..maintenance is very quick to come out! Always taking care of laundry room when there is an issue..could update the carpets in hallway but they always have cleaners. And fabulous when it snows with plowing salting and shoveling sidewalk! Amazing work there very impressive

Coming into this community, it was so special and connected. There was one employee who was so accommodating and attentive to residents. She connected the community and helped with any issue we had. Anytime we called, she would be the one to answer. Everyone knew and loved her. Now, I have not idea who is employed here. The changeover since she left is very quick. The staff/Scully Company often make decisions and changes without communicating it towards residents and increasing rent by about 7% each year. There is no transparency or respect coming from management. Calling in about an issue often leads to a different Scully property who cannot/will not help. They changed the landscaping entirely with no communication of plans to residents and install useless amenities to justify the rent increases.

Ive loved living here. The rent rates are affordable and the staff is friendly and quick to fix any issues. I will be renewing in a few weeks. Overlook apartments is very convenient for golf and has a great pool.

Maintenance

My maintenance request have always been answered within 24 hours. My latest request was addressed by Mike. He always responds promptly. He is polite, efficient and mindful to take care of my property.

Regarding my previous review, I am not sure what conversation you are referring to with my daughter. She was never asked to provide a request in writing. Per the conversation with someone at the leasing office via text message, she was told “Unfortunately we do not allow visiting pets at the community” and “We are not allowing visiting dogs even if it is an ESA.” She was told “no” twice. She was not given the opportunity nor was ever asked to provide a request in writing so it could be approved. Additionally, in December, she notified the office about my son (who is a veteran by the way) and his ESA coming into town via text message. She offered the ESA paperwork as proof and was told “Thank you for letting us know. That is fine and you don’t need to provide any paperwork to us. Have a great day and happy holidays!” I am not sure what the reason as to why she is being told something completely different now.

It's been really a pleasure living here, it's lowkey and everything is easy access. Washer, gym, pool etc. The maintenance comes fast every time I reach out and they fix every problem I ever had an issue with.

Westover club apartments is a wonderful community with large apartments. This community has by far the best bang for your buck for the area. If you are looking for a pet friendly community, this is it. From the dog park to the BBQ picnic area and the schuylkill river trail. The leasing office and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

A wonderful area to live, maintenance and staff do a great job, residents are friendly. Love the garden type apartments, and we're lucky to have a washer and dryer in our 3 bedroom apartment. Would recommend living at Westover Club Apartments.

I prefer apartment living and love it here! I'm a fairly new resident who wasn't familiar with the apartment complex. The location is perfect, nice & quiet, and lots of stores/restaurant options nearby. From my first interaction with the leasing office to my interaction with maintenance, it's been amazing! All professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just great. I felt at home immediately and highly recommend Westover Club.

Overall my experience has been good so far. The condition of my apartment is below what I expected considering the cost, but the community is lovely and my neighbors are awesome. I was fortunate that the carpeting was replaced right before I moved in but besides that, the condition of the walls are not the best.

Very good. We have loved it here since we moved in. Maintenance is always very prompt when we have an issue. Never have to worry about the laundry room being too crowded. Very quiet area, never have to worry about neighbors being too loud

Not a bad community or area. Rent is too much. Raising rent 10%/yr. is too much. In addition to rent you pay almost all utilities. Is pretty quiet in my area. Plenty of dogs but most people do pick up and the dogs don't bother me.

The ladies in the office and the maintenance men have always been courteous and helpful. A request for handrail on outside step was turned down by upper management. Most tenants are friendly and helpful.

The Westover Club Apts community is warm and friendly. Living here for over 14 years has been a pleasure. The rent is reasonably competitive, my maintenance requests all have been responded to with 24-36 hours, depending on the importance. Any requests made for upgrades have been done, taking into account the length I have been here. The grounds are well kept and park like. Pets are welcomed by everyone.
