I have loved my time at this community. I wouldn't move if I didn't need to be closer to my new job. Maintenance has always come quickly if I needed anything. The apartment itself was great. The only issue I have had is I wasn't able to make online payments for many months and it is difficult for me to go to the bank or Walmart etc to get either a cashiers check or money order.

Comfortable. We have all that we need. And we don't have to maintain it. Snow and ice cleaned up in winter. Flowers and plants sprout up in Spring. Neighbors are nice. Crew is very responsive. Nice place.

Not ideal, neighbor upstairs has has the cops called on him multiple times in our 10 months here, neighbor next door blasts music at all times of the day. When It rains we have an ant issue due to landscapers stack mulch against the buildings. We are moving because my fianc? doesn't feel safe.

Since we have lived here, the maintenance team have done an impeccable job at making sure if there are any issues in the apartment it was getting fixed as soon as possible. Scully has worked with us with any questions regarding our stay.

Lately not good. Loud neighbors. Slobs using laundry facilities. Leaving laundry in machines for DAYS. Call office about concerns and they seem uninterested. Need to repaint lines in parking lots. Bye

Living here has been generally a good experience, until the pandemic. Since then a number of things have happened that have deceased satisfaction. Issues have not resolved in a timely manner, our pool is not open.

My family and I overall experience has been good for the most part. However, the parking situation and other tenants smoking habits have started to become a nuisance. We live in a non-smoking building?however some tenants tend to smoke in the apartments which we can smell often times in our apartment.

One of the best apartment I have lived in so far. the office staff is very prompt in fielding any complaints. Very pleasant. I can't say enough good things about the maintanence department. Tim and all of his workers are right on top of any problems we may have, even coming in the evening sometimes if couldn't get there during the day.

When we first moved in , it was a really nice place . The rent was affordable, the incentives to move in was great. The past few years , the changes made to leasing has been awful. Now it's about how much money can be bled from the residents and what little the Scully company can provide. The appliances are replaced with patched up ones. I'm not happy ( especially being a resident that's been hear a long time !) I will be moving very soon .

I really do love it here. The whole process of obtaining an apartment was an easy process. Everyone that I've met were extremely nice and helped as able to do so. We had one small hiccup in the beginning but it was handled flawlessly. I really appreciate the team that is running this complex. It's clean, it's quiet, there's parking, and the apartment itself is just beautiful. Thanks so much.

Overall, it is a nice community, in a quiet area of town. All the neighbors are friendly and it's close to lots of shopping, food, stores etc. The issues I have faced all stem from the management company and the staff. I feel that they lack professionalism and they are not committed to the residents needs. We pay a lot of "extra" fees and there is nothing to show for. The pool is an amenity in the summer and it is barely open nor do we get communication on when it is or isn't. The maintenance team is very nice, but service issues are not handled timely and there is always a song and dance about why they can't repair or fix things when it is their job to make things better and easier for the tenants. I don't feel like the management is looking out for the best interest in the tenants, they just want to collect the check. If they took the time to listen to the problems and concerns the tenants had, they could better the community and use the money they collect for property fees to add some incentive to the residents. Everything inside the apartment/s is outdated. Even to have an "upgraded" apartment doesn't mean luxury. All appliances are low end yet we pay high end prices. Would be nice if they "upgraded" with higher end appliances like washer and dryers that actually worked well and didn't take an entire day to cycle through. I think tenants wouldn't mind paying higher rent if they were getting better all around.

We have lived here for about 5 years now and in that time frame have very little complaints. Maintenance is on top of things when you need them. The only downside is the laundry is expensive and I really wish they would've put a playground in instead of a dog park

The community is great. The appliances are a bit cheap and we've had to put in a few service requests, but maintenance is always great and comes to fix things extremely quickly! The only issue I have is the price of housing. When I moved in during 2020, the unity started at $1,450. Only a year and a half later, the same unit is going for $2,000 if you were to move in as a new resident. They were kind enough to only raise our rent $150 during the last year, but we expect another big increase this year and will likely have to move out as we are saving for a house and need that additional income. The only other main issue I have about the pricing increases is that we get emails about discounts for influencers and fairs, even though rent is increasing. Seems like they have their priorities out of whack for how money gets spent.

My husband and I enjoy the greenery around our apartment, the quiet neighborhood, timely maintenance repairs, and reasonable rent costs. I dislike the public laundry rooms, however, due to cleanliness and inconvenience issues. Overall, we are happy to be here for now.

I've been here for a little over 3 years, so pre and post Covid. Common areas are well maintained, including laundry rooms and the Gym. The grounds are also kept clean and tidy. Office staff are friendly but note that they are sticklers for the rules. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly. There is abundant parking, if that's your concern. And we have actual lots, not street parking. Property inspections are communicated well in advance. In short, I love it here. The only thing that may cause me to move is the rent increase that occurs each year. As I said, they're rule-oriented and haven't yet agreed to my request to maintain rent at the previous year's price. The address says Norristown, but it's right on the edge of Audubon, in an area called West Norriton or Jeffersonville. A nice area across from a golf course and surrounded by other condos, apartments, and well-maintained looking single family homes. As for public transportation, well you have to walk over half a mile to catch the bus on Main Street. Being so close to Audubon, there are many restaurants and shopping centers in a 3 to 5 mile radius.

Overall it was eh. The rent was way to high for what I had and for only being there 6 months. The neighbors are so loud and walls are so thin so all hours of the night I would hear things from all over and it was annoying and made me felt like I was going crazy. Also the washer and dryer are expensive and most of the time you have to stalk them to get an open one Also my floor wasn't even level so that was really annoying

Maintenance is great. Concerns or complaints not always acted on in a timely manner. The appearance of the grounds has been deteriorating this last year due to an increase of dogs using common grassy areas and decrease in quality of the grounds care.

Love the area, although the only complaint is that the neighbors below me are very noisy. They have young children which is the reason why I haven't complained until now. But after months of screaming and crying, no amount of sound absorbing material/ objects will keep it down. Aside from that it's a great place to live and a wonderful location.

The staff is friendly, clean environment. Surroundings quiet and easy access to transportation and shopping. Nearby Valley Forge trail to walk or bike. Eco-friendly , groins are well kept as well as maintenance requests.
